I cancelled my Plan on 24th September and still haven't received the refund even after complaining multiple times on customer support. They keep sending invoice but I did check with my bank multiple times and no refund from adobe has been. created. Pathetic custimer support no one responds and end chats without solving the issue

Within the last 2 weeks my Macbook Pro refuses to go into sleep mode. After much searching I found that others have similar issues. If you open Activity Monitor it shows that in the column "Preventing Sleep" Creative Cloud is listed as "Yes". I discovered that by opening the CC app and chosing Preferences/Sync and turning Sync OFF then back ON then closing preferences and the app, this disables the prevention of sleep and the computer operates normally UNTIL I shut down or restart. When the computer restarts, I have to disable then enable sync again so the my laptop can go into sleep mode. I have reprodeced this several times. This does not happen on my desktops. Anyone else have this issue? Is this just waiting for an update? Any feedback welcome!

I created a firewall rule to allow creativecloudset-up.exe on all ports. For whatever reason the firewall still prompts creativecloudset-up.exe to access the internet. Now Adobe has it so that creativecloudset-up.exe, while trying to phone home, scans hundreds of ports trying to accomplish this. So when my firewall prompts me, the service has already scanned 20 more ports trying to access, so that when I click "allow" it's no longer trying on that port. So this causes me to have to click allow a hundred times trying to catch up, which is impossible. Please, this a PAIN. There is NO reason to scan ports that fast, and that might be why the service is being considered a risk? How do I address this so that I don't have to click allow a hundred times? 

Hi!I just downloaded the creative cloud to install lightroom on my mac book, but at the apps tab it says: You don't have access to manage apps. I found how to change ServiceConfig.xml, but I could not find the Configs map under  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE. Thank you for your help in advance 🙂 

Windows 10 user. Two days ago my PC crashed and a technician had to wipe my drive and reinstall Windows. Today I logged in to Adobe CC, downloaded the desktop app and the two programs I use most, Illustrator and InDesign. In the desktop app, I clicked on files. It says I have no files in the cloud. I thought I was going to faint. I hope that's not true. There was years of work there. My business. Hope someone can help me.

I'm already subscribed to the photoshop. I've been trying to change my subscription to include all apps but my payments keep failing. I've tried using different browsers, credit cards nothing seems to work. I'm from India. Does anyone else have this problem?can someone help me with this?

Creative Cloud Files icon changed recently after some updates of Adobe CC.Weird looks, I opened support but assistances told me like this.Its a default icon after CCDA UpdateTo change to Folder icon :system preferences >> extension >> finder >> coresync helper should be checked inWhy this ugly file icon is default?My mac already turned on coresync helper extension and already tried to clean install Adobe CC using Cleaner Tool.

I've permanently deleted everything in 'My Files' in Creative Cloud, also several years of photographs from Lightroom but I'm still over my limit for storage (100GB). These deleted photographs will be available for the next 60 days, so perhaps they are still showing up in total storage. My problem is that even when they're gone I suspect that Lightroom will set about syncing my photographs all over again. I no longer use Lightroom Classic as it was doing something similar on my hard disk, collecting images and, I think, generating thumbnails of them.So perhaps it would be possible to still use Lightroom CC but somehow prevent it rounding up all my photographs from my hard disk?I know this question has been asked before but I haven't so far found a solution in the various discussions. I guess I'm trying to stop Lightroom doing what it's designed to do.

When accessing my portfolio, my chrome says: Sorry, our service is currently not available in your region After I contacted and submit a request in the portfolio help centre (Submit a request – Adobe Portfolio Knowledgebase & FAQ (myportfolio.com)), no response send to me. Anyone knows?Help me to solve this.Thanks!

For the last week or so, my attempts to upload photo files from my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra have partially failed. One or two files will upload normally, but all the rest just get marked UPLOAD FAILURE. Before this began happening, I was able to upload many files, but am still only using a tiny fraction of my total Adobe Cloud storage quota. The phone has Android version 12, Creative Cloud app version 6.6.0. Hundreds of GB of free storage on the phone. Great 5G network connection. It has no other malfuctions that I've seen, and all software has been updated. Any clues about this? Is there a log of file upload failures stored anywhere for me to see? 

Bonjour, Je rencontre quelque probleme « d’autorisation d’accès à l’élément », sur le onedrive.Je possede un asus nvidia gtx 1050 amd ryzen 5 window 10, avec une securite McAfee. J'ai interrompu la synchronisation sur l’application adobe creative cloud puis j’ai redemarer mon ordi pour reactiver la synchronisation mais rien ne change je vous met si dessous le message onedrive a savoir que cela m’empeche de faire la mise a jour de mon systeme et me cree pas mal de bug interne. Merci à tous.

Hi everyone,I have some questions about the plans options, I previously purchased the Substance Painter plan and now I had to purchase the "Creative Clouds all apps" plan.Can I cancel the previous Substance Painter plan? Is it included in the "Creative Clouds all apps" plan?I'm asking this because even if it says "all apps" id doesn't show painter when looking at the details of the plan.

My portfolio site is suddenly offline. My provider says all settings on their end are ok so I should contact Adobe and I did but I haven't heard anything yet since I posted a question so I thought I try it this way. The DNS settings adobe gives are set exactly the way adobe provides them and they are the same as I see at whatsmydns.net. see also screen attached for the full settings: Does anyone have any ideas of what could be the problem?....  Thanks,  Ron

Really confusing support message today which doesn't give me confidence in Indesign's Publish Online product.Yes, I've been told that I'm a fool to think I can build a business of the back of Publish Online, and also that I should be using Ajar In5, but Publish Online when working properly is fantastic for my business.  However, one of my issues recently has been a change to the Publish Online system that means document opening speed is much slower.  Originally (several months ago), it was blazingly fast, but now it really does just take it's time, pity because the speed was one of the things that convinced me Publish Online was a viable service (even if Adobe turned round and said at some point they'd charge for hosting later on, that'd be understandable).So, having reported several issues, one of which is slow document load speed, I get the following from Adobe support: Firstly an email saying my case is closed. Then in support chat:Me "I don't understand that - h

I updated my mac to Catalina and cannot instal photoshop or any other program (free or paid) from Creative Cloud. It shows a download error message each time (unable to reach adobe servers - 125 error type). I tried to find a solution, I tried as follows:1. try to download programs using wi-fi and a hard connection - this same problem2. restarted my computer several times, all updates of the system are done3. I have administrator privileges. I do not have any antivirus program installed or firewall on, no proxy or VPN.4. I ran the Limited Access Repair tool, with no result.What else can I try? I need Photoshop to work today (the client wait for work to be done), no direct support from Adobe.

Olá, fiz uma compra recentemente do plano da Creative Cloud, onde incluía o adobe illustrator por 90/mês, porém a cobrança veio por 69/mês e não consigo ter acesso ao illustrator, pois diz que preciso comprar um plano, sendo que já comprei. E não aprece o plano que comprei na minha conta da adobe, porém está mostrando a cobrança na minha fatura. Alguém pode me ajudar como faço pra cancelar essa cobrança?

Hi, Is there anyway to have Anchor Links in Adobe Portfolio?I am tryoing to have a workaround collection nesting issue Adobe Portfolio has and i though anchor link feature would be very much helpful.Is there any way we can have one section of a regular page to be anchor linked (SCROLLING) to another page? Thanks
