Hi I had a quick question, so I have adobe cc on two devices. 1, on my PC which I use the most to edit premiere Rush and premiere Pro videos. And I have it so that it syncs the files and media to CC. However due to this, I recently noticed that my laptop had nearly no storage left. And most of it was being used up by the files I have synced from my PC. So I went to the CC settings on my laptop and Paused the file syncing. However there are still a lot of files that have been already synced now taking up space on my laptop. So basically, will deleting those files from my laptop also delete them from CC and my pc?

Hi folks. Apols if this has already been covered. My sync folder has 58GB of file data in it, way less than my 100GB allocation. But on the CC app it says I'm using 114GB of space. I've permanently deleted any previously deleted files, and I have very few libraries so they won't be to blame. Can anyone please shed light on what might be going on here? I've asked Adobe customer support for help and they were bordering on useless. Is there any way at all to get a clear itemised breakdown of cloud storage use so I can actually home in on the problem? Because right now I'm in the dark as to what to do about it. Many thanks in advance. 

So, I was away for two weeks. During this time Adobe implemented this profiles thing.Now I've got three possible profiles.Two of them don't have any active subscription, the third one does.NONE of them contains my CC Libraires.VERY FRUSTRATING since it's years of collecting and arranging and my organisation uses these libriaries on a daily basis – including me. I've logged out and logged in with Creative Cloud app and web, and apps like InDesign and Illustrator, and I've tried all three profiles. 🙂 Creative Cloud 5.7.11macOS monterey 12.4

Witam,Pomimo kilkukrotnych rezygnacji z produktu przed końcem próbnej wersji pobrana została opłata za korzystanie z aplikacji. Jest to jawne oszustwo firmy adobe. Z konta pobrane zostały już 4 opłaty dopiero za kolejnym razem przyjęto rezygnację z planu. Dodatkowo mimo opłaty ok 500 euro nie mamy oprogramowania. Nie ma możliwości reklamacji ani kontaktu z Adobe.

I'm uploading a big file to cloud with slow net and there is now way to know how long I have to still wait, I only see that 1 file is uploading. I don't know if I have to wait 5 minutes or 5 hours. Should I go do sleep or  wait.I just can't understand how Adobe can leave out that kind of basic functinonality from their software. I have never used any app that doesn't tell you the Upload/Download status. How can Creative Cloud, app thats purpose is to transfer files, not tell you this basic information? What do the developpers in Adobe think? Really annoying. I would like to write some ugly words here.  

Hello,I have settings that I use in the Print module to get a certain look that I like for skin tones.  This involves making a color adjustment in the Develop module as well as slight exposure adjustments.  It there a way to "save" the Print settings I have and have this specific setting  include these adjusted Develop settings also? I  added a User Template after I had these settings all set but when I tried to use it on another image the Develop settings I want to use for this specific print job did not change - - I had to go back to Develop and manually do my adjustments. Thanks,Steve

I have put in over 13 hours in the past 4 days with Adobe support trying to get help with my LRC issue.I have been told on 2 occasions that I would receive a call back but didn't.  I am repeatedly talking to basic level tech help who want to do the same thing over and over when I tell them that has already been tried and who I really need are more senior or knowledgeable people to assist me.   Can anyone give me advise on how to best get the technical help I need. 

Is there a way to change the order of the Social Icons? For example, I don't want Twitter to appear first in the list. I'd rather have Instagram or Email come first.I've figured out mainly how these work in Adobe Portfolio, but can't seem to find any order/priority controls.

I recently have started to have issues with my shared CC libraries. My currently shared libraries are no longer showing up when I log into and launch Illustrator. When I click on sync library, it will briefly re-appear. However, as soon as I click on the library and scroll, it magically decides to disappear again. I've logged out and logged back in to my adobe account multiple times with no luck. Please help as this is causing problems with files that utilize linked assets. 

Hello, i have been having constant problems with the adobe synchronization.I have tried everything. I've searched for all different symbols (*/"<> ...), all my files are clean. I've reinstalled the app, rebooted my mac, ... still i get this problem. Can someone help out?Thx!

Hi, I cancelled my subscription a few months ago. I had also created a website on this account with the help of Adobe Portfolio, which was then deleted after the cancellation. Now my question is whether it would be possible to restore the website somehow and transfer it to another account. Would it be possible to restore the website if I took out another subscription for the old account or would the website no longer be there? Is there any way I can get access to the contents of the website?Thank you very much for your help. 

I am new to the community and have a question about my portfolio. How can I show a title at the top of my Video Collection?  It has a collection page with a grid for videos but there is no title on that page, and I dont see a page container block on it either. On the page it shows the cover images for all the videos but there is no title at the top that says VIDEOS. I also have an IMAGES page and an ABOUT page and they both show titles at the top under the Navigation. 

So, no CC desktop app for now, on an M1 apple machine... can I still install my (compatible) apps and log into them with my adobe id? Just can't use the CC app? And once they're installed I will need to update manually... Just got a new machine and don't want to mess it up from the get-go.  thx.

Hello,I've uploaded a video file to my adobe portfolio site. After upload a notice comes up saying that the file will be converted to a web friendly format. I navigated away to the landing page but when I go back to the video page that notice has gone. I don't know if I need to upload again? I can't seem to find any file upload history. Can anyone advise how I can find out or whether I should just upload again? I should note that my internet speed is super slow so uploading is an abosolute pain! Many thanks in advance!

Is there any way to only block the ads pushed thru Creative Cloud Desktop notifications? For example, the latest notification was about an upsell webinar, "Elevate your Ps + Ai work with 3D." I would prefer not to block the notifications I need to know about. I'm starting to feel as if Microsoft and Adobe merged.

I am trying to download creative cloud on my new computer and I have downloaded the installer but when I get to the log in page I put all my details in and it proceeds to a loading screen but after 5 seconds it takes be back to the login screen with no error messages or anything. One reason I was thinking this is happening is because my organisation has a login page it redirects me to when I log in on the website so im not sure if creative cloud fails to display that webpage and just sends me back to the log in page. 

Bonjour,J'ai depuis quelques jours un message d'erreur m'avertissant que j'ai dépassé le limite de stockage autorisée avec ma formule Creative Cloud entreprise (voir image 1).Mais quand je regarde le poids total du dossier Creative Cloud sur mon ordinateur, le dossier occupe à peine la moitié de l'espace disponible (voir Image 2).J'ai regardé sur le Creative Cloud Web, j'ai effacé tous les fichiers supprimés... Rien à faire, l'alerte ne disparaît pas. Est-ce-que c'est déjà arrivé à quelqu'un ? Existe-t-il une solution ? Merci par avance pour vos réponses !

Hi! I can not log into my account on my mobile phone after an update. It says "An error occured while authenticating. Please try again later". It has been like this for a few days, and I do not get access to log into any of adobes apps. I can not go through internet neither. It looks like adobe is blocked on my phone. I can log in if i use my computer and go through internet. What can i do?

I apologize upfront as this is a long issue/post. I had some issue with my computer several months ago and have had issues with Adobe desktop Creative Cloud app syncing ever since. I can't describe the issues except to say I had 2 Microsoft accounts on the computer, they crossed wires, and a computer guy had to bypass the Microsoft login to get me into the computer. I have since totally deleted the second Microsoft account (it was a work account). Now I have one Microsoft login which is used for Word, Excel, etc. The computer login lock screen is a local login that does not have the option to change it. I am on a 64-bit Windows 10 home computer. This all leads to the Adobe issue. On the desktop app, the only files I see are Your Libraries. All the others (Your files, Shared with you, and Deleted) say I'm not connected - please see attached screenshot. I've had Adobe remote in twice. All that has happened is they check settings, uninstall and reintsall the application, and it
