Hello, I love Light Room and Photoshop on iPad. I don't love automatic features that can't be removed or turned off that prevent users from working in an ordinary straightforward way with THEIR PERSONALY OWNED FILES (data) like just saving a file to disk (see screenshot attached)How do I remove the automatic cloud save feature so I can save my files without uploading them to Adobe and who knows Elise?

Hello,I need help! Desperately.On my workstation (Win 7, SP1) the Creative Cloud Desktop app won´t connect to the server anymore. "Adobe Server are not available" (Check your firewall and if the time is correct and try again). So Photoshop and also Camera Raw won´t even start.My abonnement is ok and active, I can log in into my account via browser.I tried the whole ordeal, nothing helps.I worked through *every step* of this: (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html). Really, every. single. step.My computer can tls 1.2 just fine:Your user agent has good protocol support.Your user agent supports TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3, which are recommended protocol version at the moment.)Firewalls on/of doesn´t work, anti virus software on/of doesn´t work. Host file had no entries (tried the tool and tried manually), all I have there is a Hosts_bkup which is empty. Hello everybody,it's been 2 or 3 weeks since, I'm experiencing File Sync Error in Adobe Creative Cloud.As far as I can remember, CC used to list the file that cannot be synchronized, but now this option is not available, thus I cannot manage ti understand it that's the issue.Mac Mini M1, 2020CC vers. 5.7.1.1 (all apps are updated) Thanks for helping!

I have no problem launching and using Ps and Ai on my desktop, but that actual Creative Cloud app, after I click the exe file, will briefly open with a message that there is an update to CC  and then closes down. I restarted my PC and made sure that the app is set to start when I start up my desktop.  Can anyone suggest what may be happening? This morning I saved some Gradient presets in Ps and once I closed down that app and restarted my desktop, all those presets are now gone. A wasted 5 hours of work down the drain. Very frustrated, can anyone help? 

Hi there, Due to older hardware I can't upgrade past Mac OS 10.13. Unfortunately the Creative Cloud app is just showing all the Apps as 'Not Compatible' but when i go to 'Preferences/Apps/Settings/Show older versions nothing is changing? Anyone else had this problem?

Normally when slowing down 60fps I:Interpret the 60fps to 24fps my next step would normally be to make proxies, but when I got to interpret the footage for the proxies in media encoder it is all greyed out. This has never been an issue before. Anyone else having this problem?

On me dit de contacter l'administrateur du service, mais mon école me dit qu'Adobe a fermé cette administration et on a simplement transmis de nouveaux identifiants et un nouveau compte.J'ai besoin d'aide, car sinon, je ne pourrai pas passer mon examen, j'ai une année entière de travail sur ce cloud et je risque de tout perdre.Mon école peut-elle transférer mon cloud sur le nouveau compte fourni ? I continously receive a message that my Creative Cloud Storage (20GB) is full, but I cannot find any file in there whatsoever. Not on my PC (windows-user/Creative Cloud Files), not online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). I want you to fix my storage counter to 0. I also want you to to fix your cloud. If not, I'll stop paying for this subscription. This support situation is horrible.

Hi,One of my users can no longer sync any files to Creative Cloud.  They are receiving the following error:  Unable to sync because the owner has exceeded their storage quota.  As you can see in the picture below, there should be over 25GB of storage available, and the archive is completely empty.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Hi. Sorry in advance if I don't articulate this properly, still kinda learning my way through things. I've been trying to create a basic portfolio using Adobe Portfolio. One of the photos I want to include was originally taken in colour & then converted to b/w image. Converted image has been saved and uploaded to Adobe portfolio and because it is the first photo in the grid, it appears as the 'profile' pic for that collection of photos. As a 'profile' pic, it is somehow appearing in its original format - full colour, but once you click into the collection itself, the image is in b/w (which is how it should appear). I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. Thanks in advance. 

Hello. I have an issue with logging into my Behance and Adobe Portfolio accounts. I purchased a plan in March 2022 (a K-12 plan from my school) and it should expire in March 2023.Recently I received an email saying that my plan is about to expire on June 21, 2022, and in order to keep my Adobe Portfolio, I should renew it. I can log in to my Creative Cloud and use all of my programs as usual, but the only issue I face now is logging into Behance and Adobe Portfolio.When I try to do it I keep getting the "Access Denied" error ("Access Denied"; You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error. Please follow this link.).I already contacted the Behance support, but no reply yet. 

Hi, I am part of a group that share XD files in CC. We have several old files that are no longer needed and the owner of those files is not an employee anymore. Is there a way I can clean up our shared files even though I am not the owner of that file?

HiI have uploaded some video files, ranging in size from a few 100MB to a few GB.When I get a link to send to somebody to download, sometimes the download button doesn't work.I've tried it myself, and the download button goes grey but nothing happens.When they work I get a message saying it's downloading and I see the download happening.Can't work out why some can download and others can'tCan anyone help?Mark

I uploaded many files long ago to my cloud and made no access to them for so long, but when I checked the cloud storage I found nothing there, there are not so important files but there are a lot, and it says 14.4gb used but I can't access no files nowhere.

Do we have the ability to block the usage of the Cloud Storage feature?

Hi All,  I'm getting all sorts of issues today trying to get into Premiere. After forcefully closing CC and then re-opening it I'm getting this on screen and I could REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLLY use Premiere right now!and more worryingly Can anyone advise please?  

Is there a way to share a CC library with others in the company (who do not have an Adobe ID) where they can download images in the library but not edit the library (save, rename, etc)? The only option I see is to share a link where people can edit Edit or View (but not download).

I have a problem with Adobe repeatedly asking to log inSince members of the company using ADOBE use private network (through firewall settings and ADOBE authentication)Most users can log in to Creative cloud and access Adobe APP normallyHowever, some users will be asked to re-login in an infinite loop, even if they enter the account to log in, the screen immediately jumps back to the login screen....Does anyone have a similar experience....  

Can I ask what is it about the Createive Cloud Helper app on my Mac that causes it to be at the top of my Screen Time report showing as 24 hours per day. Not only does this seem unneccesary but it also distorts the benefit of Scrren Time reporting. Thank you for your help
