Hello, I have been looking on forum for the answers, but nothing helped. Every time I want to start any adobe program I end up with an error 205. Ive turned of my antivirs, firewall and tried other ideas, but nothing helps me.

I have been trying to resolve a significant issue with my account (where my storage was dropped and my entire Lightroom library has disappeared) for a month and a half. The ticket was escalated 30 days ago, and I have called twice a week trying to get a resolution on the issue to no avail. This is the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had. Any advice?

I have paid plan for workgroups. 3 participants connected. But we don't see each other's files saved in Creative Cloud. The file settings even have access for members of the working group.Why can't participants see the files in the creative cloud?What can be done to make it work properly?     

Bonjour,Ayant avec ma société un abonnement à Adobe Créative Cloud complet, j'ai répliqué l'installation sur mon ordinateur portable pro pour pouvoir travailler de chez moi.Mon pproblème :La syncronisation des fichiers à mon bureau est OK, sur mon portable pro KO, depuis 4 jours.J'ai effectué le mode réparer du logiciel en le lancant via les paramêtres applications windows.J'ai bien sur vérifié si les parametrages de CC avait changé, non...J'ai voulu supprimer l'installation pour la réinstaller, mais il me dit que des programmes adobe sont encore installés, ce qui est normal...Que dois-je faire ? Une solution ?Merci pour votre aide.

Hi All,  I have been having this issue for a week and I am now stuck and Adobe support doesn't seem to be able to help me. I had "personal" account on Adobe then I decided to make a "business" profile with the same email address. I have an active subscription on the business profile, but nothing on the personal one. Since last week, even if I log on CC Desktop app with my professional account, it says I have no subscription. I have had 5 chats so far with adobe and they did so many things on my mac without solving the issue. I then tryed to log in with my colleague account (she has personal and business profile too) selecting the business profile and even with her profile I have the same issue. I can't use any application it just gives me te option to "try" or "buy" the application I want to use (with my profile the trial has expired too so I can't use it anymore). Did anyone here have the same problem? how do I fix this? I am on Mac OS Monterey 12.4 Thank you all f

I recently Purchased Photoshop 2022 which requires Creative Cloud.  I learned that my computer didn't have enough disc space, so I cancelled my subscripion and uninstalled the Photoshop.  When I attempted to uninstall CC it wouldn't let me, warning that I had other programs? apps? that required CC.I didn't have CC prior and have not added any other apps so not sure why the warning. Can someone help , suggestion for how to Uninstall CC?Thanks

Older versions of the CC desktop app allowed users to toggle the Adobe Cloud Sync option, many of us would like it back.I'm fine with Adobe pushing its SaaS as long as its not a requirement and able to be disabled. There was an anti-user choice in removing the sync option and leaving only the pauce/resume sync section. I don't need ANOTHER company's cloud service daemon running in the background using my machine's resources. Now I have to deal with a random folder I don't want and can't hide without doing Windows registry hacks taking up valuable real estate on my quick access bar.

I'm honestly at a loss here. I have my computer set up to run NOTHING related to Creative Cloud on boot. Earlier, I open Photoshop (NOT CreativeCloud, NOT an installer... Photoshop.) and use it for seriously less than 5 minutes to add a label and a header to a static, still screenshot.I then take a screenshot of THAT (meaning I didn't export it, I didn't even open a save dialog), paste the results into Slack, switch back to PS and close the application, selecting Don't Save on its way out. A few moments later, I note my processor seems ate up about something. I open Activity Monitor and I have SEVENTEEN Adobe processes eating close to 20% of my CPU and a half GIG of memory!? For WHAT!? I have it set NOT to auto-install updates, so that's out... I have never run CC intentionally or voluntarily in the first place... I haven't given ANY Adobe App permission to view ANYTHING on my drive beyond ONE (currently empty) folder, so it's not indexing anything (and I use the classic star

Hi adobe fam, I have been trying to install and run Adobe CC but keep getting these error messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 5 times, restarted my computer many times, and still keep getting that error. Please help..

Hi, I noticed that I'm unable to view my synced files that I've uploaded to my Creative Cloud - even when it says I'm offline I have access to the rest of my adobe account when I use the internet (from https://creativecloud.adobe.com/), and my internet connection is fine. Whenever I try to access these files through assets.adobe.com it gives me a message saying "You’re offline, so no files are available. Connect to the internet to access your files stored here." See attached image below.  Some help would be greatly appreciated.  

In checking system information, I discovered there are 24 unsupported, 32 bit items in my system library, ALL are Adobe items with last updated dates between 2012 and 2015. (see attached list)These items might be the cause of some recent issues on my Mac and they need to be removed.Can I just delete the items without causing harm?

Our team has lost an InDesign file from Creative Cloud. It is not in the trash. This is really unsettling since many of our files are on creative cloud. If CC is supposed to be stable and secure, why are files vanishing? We checked all deleted files in creative cloud folder and the file is not there. This is really unacceptable.  InDesign seems like a complete mess lately.  Mac - Monterey v12.1InDesign version 7.2.1.

The cloud storage says that I use 913,5 MB of 1 TB, but I get the error message that the account is full. How can that be? 

I have problems with opening files on M1 MBA. And I couldn't change the file's default application from the Info window. I contacted to Apple Support and discussed with a super visor with screen sharing. He found that files related to Adobe products, such as JPG, PNG, PSD, and AI. So he suggested I contact Adobe customer support, but while chatting, the supporter suddenly closed the chat, and I received an email saying “case closed.”   Since my MBA's internal SSD is 256GB, I modified the App folder and Sync folder settings of Creative Cloud.app to an external HDD.   Please help me. A few weeks ago this started to pop up on my computer. The adress first mentioned is unknown to me but there is a load of others, and they all appeared out of nowhere. I didn't install anything or visit any weird sites. Finally I wiped my computer and installed Win10 from scratch. That's when I finally got rid of the pop ups. But the very minute I installed Creative Cloud and Photoshop they appeared again. I hadn't even had time to use the web other than to find the install file for Creative Cloud. So, I'm 100% sure the pop ups in question comes from Adobe software. Now this is not the first time I've spent days problem solving this overpriced crap. Days I could have used working and making money instead of doing someone elses job. I'm out. I'm leaving all of Adobes crap behind me now. I'll try a few of the alternatives and if they don't work... well.. we'll what happens then.

Hi,Since last week I'm having problems with the storage.I filled my storage capacity, and when I noticed that I deleted a lot of old files I had in there.But it keeps on telling me my storage is full and now it's useless to synchronize my new files.How can I make it work?I'm adding captions of the message it shows and the real storage in my hard drive. Thank you

Le cloud à des difficultés à se mettre à jour après upload d'elements graphique dans la bibliothèque.  1 élément s'affiche au bout de 10-20 secondes puis plus rien. j'upload depuis Illustrator windows 11 et souhaite consulter sur ios.

Despite the nice online help library, my CC does not give the options shown in the images of how to uninstall apps. Some of my apps are outdated, as of 1 week ago they suddenly stopped updating, and I have no options other than retry or go and do something more productive like use MS Paint. If anyone has a solution to this, I'd dearly love to hear it so I can get on with my work.   

I am trying to link WORD documents and previously used Ctrl-D (its been 3 years) and that would link the xls, doc, any editable document; its not now. I read the help page and its said to use "place and link" in the edit drop down; there is no "place and link' in the edit menu - what am I doing wrong. I've placed the documents, but they're not linking. Please Help! Thank you!

Since last month cant shared Link for Adobe Creative Cloud anymore bcz the Download never started! We tested more than one link and files on several PCs and several Mac and Android and IOS, but as i said, the Download never started!What kind of file? everything!   .zip, .7z, Mov, It used to be very Helpful to upload a file in cloud and share it with someone, but now we have to uplaod everything in One Drive :(.  If someone from Adobe want to have a Link to test just send me a pm. We uploaded the files first with Adobe Creative Cloud on PC and then with cloud on Web.
