I discovered AE render files where being saved to a cloud folder.  When I deleted them, they just ended up in Deleted Files in the cloud.  We are talking about 10,000+ 100kb files that add up to 95GB of my 100GB limit.  The only solution support is giving me is to manual select and delete each file.  That would take YEARS, not to mention the website is slow and hangs when selecting multiple files to delete. There has to be a better way.  I just need an empty trash option. I am paying for a service I can't even use... Please help!!

Hi, It's ridicilous that I cant share big files with my clients in cloud. My SVG is around 1GB and it cant be loaded in cloud. Also other formats like pdf is working very slowly and zoom is only 800%, like I need 6400%, I can easy do in local pc. I can't understand why cloud services is so limited and useless when computing power is unlimited in these days. Maybe you guys can give me some advise? 🙂  Cheers

Hello, Whenever I'm using my PC for things like 3D rendering or for making music I need every little bit of resource it can give me so I manually terminate the Adobe background apps with my task manager. Even if I'm not making stuff, I don't want these apps running and using resources if I'm not using them. Is there an easier way to do this than to manually terminate each individual process? Can you add a way to terminate all your background apps when not in use? (similar to the run at startup options apps give you). I really don't understand why these are open in the first place if you're not using any Adobe apps.

Dont know if this is the right forum (please move to correct forum if necessary) but the CC app needs a vamp. Many users come to the forum asking how do download older versions as they are not visible in the CC app. Often Settings/Show Older Apps is missed. Its hidden behind the scroll. Can this be made somewhat more visible? This one is quite noticeable as text is half hidden and therefor invites scrolling the very narrow scroll bar.    

I'm writing this on behalf of my client who's asked me to come here and figure out how they can get all their assets off Adobe cloud without having to download files one by one.  She spent on several occasions hours with Adobe Support asking how to accomplish this, everytime Adobe Support told her it "Was Not" possible.  When she told me this I thought to myself that's crazy that there's no facility to do that.  Luckily there is a way, with the first app on the list when logged into Adobe cloud.  What I couldn't believe was how incompetent Adobe Support had been, Adobe deserves to loose it's customer base for this product with such horribly incompetent people manning the frontlines for customer support.  Another great case for why you don't offshore your customer support.

I have an Imac running Apples most recent IOS, Montery 12.1.  I have a subscriptoin for the Creative Cloud. When I try to open the programs, such as photoshop, they don't open or take a very long time to verify. I get a bar saying verifying, that often takes a very long time to complete and usually doesn't open the program.   I read in a forum that some non Apple products need full disk access, which I have granted in my preferences. Apple says it's not their problem.Any suggestions?  If I can't solve it here, is there a support phone I can call, or only forums on my personal Creative Cloud plan?Thanks for any help. Tom

Fonts will not currently activate automatically when I open files, so I have to keep writing down the font names that will not load, then search and manually activate each one in Suitcase every time I open a file with inactive fonts. It is driving me mad. Specs:Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (machine is less than 2 years old)Adobe Creative Programs - most used are Photoshop 2020 21.0.2 and Illustrator 2020 24.0.2Font program is Suitcase Fusion 20.0.7 (8698) - non subscription based When I go to 'Manage Plugins' in Suitcase, it shows that plugins are not installed, but also says, "Your plug-ins are all up to date!" in the bottom right on the dialog box. I asked specific questions via the 'help' feature with suitcase, but their response was just that I need to upgrade (which may be true). According to Suitcase, I need to upgrade to their latest subscription-based program, the one I have is outdated (the one I have was purchased when I got my new computer less than 2 years ago)

Hello everyone,I've been fighting this issue for quite some time, searching for advice, but there doesn't seem to be a solution to this.On my Windows 10 laptop, I'm running Creative Cloud quite extensively, utilizing cloud storage etc. Almost all of the time, the CoreSync.exe keeps synchronizing and employing the processor so that the fan runs constantly. Moreover, while the sync process is on, it seems to block icon display. The moment I kill the CoreSync app, all goes back to normal.Do you find this behaviour normal? Because it really slows down my work (CPU power AND file organization without icons).See the video for more detail.Thank you for advice.

Hello, Je ne parviens plus à accéder ni aux fichiers partagés ni à tout autre document (illustrator en l'occurence) enregistré en ligne. Depuis environ début décembre 2021, dans Creative Cloud, onglet Fichiers, il est seulement indiqué "Une erreur s'est produite" ; rien d'autre n'apparait. Même message dans l'onglet dédié sur AI. Je peux accéder aux documents depuis adobe.assets.com mais ni les télécharger ni les ouvrir dans AI depuis cette page web non plus. J'ai changé d'ordinateur. Tenté de réinstaller Creative Cloud. Tenté de me connecter à la version bêta d'AI (sans succès). Suis à cours d'idées.  Quelqu'un aurait-il une piste ? Adobe Care sur tweeter a vaguement tenté de m'aiguiller, sans succès...

Hey Everyone,I couldn't find a single way to contact Adobe since I don't have a subscription yet and there isn't much information I could find online that I was comfortable with, so I'm going to ask here. So I got a question about the Creative Cloud for students.Our school wants to get Creative Cloud for the whole cinematography club that we have, which is around 10 people, but we don't know how to share Creative Cloud. I think its called Creative Cloud for teams. I'm now sure.I know that we can log in with our school email to download Creative Cloud after the school buys it, but how does it work? Do we need to register our school somewhere in the Adobe Website? Which subscription specifically would be suitable for us? And, how do we make sure that the school emails actually work and that we can share it in the club?

Hi all, my internet connection works well, but creative cloud keep being like this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but this problem keep happening. I tried to turn off core sync but the core sync doesn't appear in my extension. I attach my wifi information. Anyone can help?

Hello, I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud on my MacBook (M1) with macOS Monterey, and I want to remove the CC icon from the menu bar, but I haven't found any option to do so yet, so I'd need some help.Thanks in advance.  

For the past month now, CC has been giving me error code 306 (one of the most underachievable error codes there is) for all the updates including itself. Any ideas? I have already done a fresh install of CC. 

Hello, Every one of us is using cloud storage to store his files and job of personal and business. A lot of cloud storage services offering an option to customize what you need to sync (Files/Folders) with your desktop computer. So, I am suggesting to Adobe to have these features on Adobe Create Cloud. To sync what creative personal needs. The main disadvantage of syncing all files and folders is to local disk space is becoming full of unnecessary files/folders (completed project files which are usually large).  Anyone is agreed with this suggestion (custom sync of creative cloud folders/files)? ThanksYaseen

Can someone explain to me why every time I open an application from adobe creative cloud I have to wait 5 minutes for a Verifying step?????  There has to be a way around this?   Someone please before I stick a screwdriver through that pop up!

My cloud storage is perpetually going up and has been reporting I am "almost full" for several months now. Despite the fact I have cleared out a heavy load of raw photos and other photos, it never adjusts down to reflect the storage being cleared up.Yes already cleared the "deleted" bins as well.  It seems this is a common issue by other forum posts in other communities in which the only solution offered is to completely delete ones cloud storage. Is this going to be fixed?

I have a paid creative cloud subscription, which includes portfolio publishing. My portfolio is saying unpublished and whenever I tried to publish the website, the subsription option populates. If I am already a subscriber, why is it asking to pay and upgrade and create another subscription? Please advise

When using Creative Cloud desktop file syncing, is there an option that doesn't force all synced computers to download everything, and taking up all that hard drive space locally?  For instance, I have a desktop with plenty of storage space, but I also have a secondary laptop with limited on-board SSD storage. Creative Cloud is essentially unusable on there because Creative Cloud tries to download everything, with no regard to how much space is available on that specific machine. And it seems like the only workaround is to disable Creative Cloud file syncing entirely on that computer. But doing so also disables the very convenient desktop integration, and I'd have to go to the web portal to get the files. Is there a middle-ground solution that I'm missing, or are we limited to this "all-or-nothing" syncing? This user flexibility is already possible in Dropbox, iCloud, and Microsoft's OneDrive, to name a few. I can maintain desktop-to-cloud integration with these services
