My Creative Cloud say that it has used 21Gb of 20Gb of storage and I should upgrade, yet there is not one single file (only one empty directory) in both the local Creative Cloud Files folder and the assets.adobe.com webwhat can i do to solve this?regardsDavid

Hi my cloud storage shows 10Gb of my 20 GB being used but I don't have any photos stored in cloud storage can anybody advise why this is the case
A colleague's Adobe login is his school email address (he bought Adobe CS for his course). I need him to be able to access some of my files and assets stored in my libraries for collaboration on projects. I would prefer to use his company email address (rather than the school one) for sharing those assets to avoid a big re-do in a year or two time when he graduates college and loses that email address. He has set his work address up as a secondary address in Adobe, but cannot log in with it (it says incorrect password when he uses the same one as his primary address). Is there any way that we can have it so that he can use a work email address to share folders of files and libraries?If I send a share link to his company email address, he does not see the folder, yet he sees anything I have shared with his college email address.Our plan it to move all our company marketing assets to CC for easy editing and updating by two people, so I need to be sure that we can never 'lose' access to a
I recently upgraded my macOS to Big Sur v11.6. Since then, my battery life has been shocking and my fans have been constantly on at full speed. I spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support. They identified the issue to be clearly and absolutely the fault of CCLibruary.app. Using Activity Monitor, they identified that CCLibruary.app is constantly using 100% CPU time and deduced from that, that the constant full running of fans was due to this app. Force quitting this app in Activity Monitor resolved the issue. Absolutely confirmation that the CCLibruary.app is responsible for this issue. I found this thread on the Community "CCX Process" & "CCLibrary" CPU at 100% not yet resolved (Jul 2021)"(https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/quot-ccx-process-quot-amp-quot-cclibrary-quot-cpu-at-100-not-yet-resolved-jul-2021/td-p/12212206). Clearly then, this remains an issue. The above thread suggests that AdGuard is the issue. I do not have AdGurad

I'm delighted that Adobe offers a way to bring graphics from my multiple CC libraries into PowerPoint. While right-clicking any graphic within the CC libraries panel and selecting "Place Graphic" works as expected, selecting "Place as Vector" does not. This is unfortunate, as most elements in my CC libraries are vectors (and I want to preserve them as vectors within PowerPoint). Has anyone successfully gotten this to work?
I'm using a 2016 16 inch Macbook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7. It appears that an update has occurred that has caused my computer to ramp up the power/energy consumption which makes the fans very loud and noisy. I think CCXProcess might be the culprit. When closing it, the fans die down, but of course it comes back on after a minute or two. I did not have this issue before today so something has changed. Please help. Thank you! James

I've created several paragraph styles in InDesign and moved those styles to a CC library then shared that library with my design team. After team members accept the invitation to share the library, it is available to them. Once they click on any of those styles to apply them to text the style will populate to the paragraph styles pallet.That all works fine but what I would like to do is to be able to edit any of those styles, or add or remove styles and have them update to everybody who is sharing that CC library without having to tell everybody to make sure they go back and click the style after it's been edited.Is there not a way to have paragraph styles in a shared CC library sync with all members who are sharing that library? If that is possible, I can't figure it out. I've read everything I can find on this topic and nothing addresses it specifically.Anybody?Thanks in advance.
Hi!To start with, I tried all the tricks I could find on the net. Both those recommended by Adobe, found here, and those in the darkest corners of the internet (don't ask what I saw by the way).The problem is the standard, infinite loading CC. I encontured it once last year and it was solved, but not this time ...At the moment I have a new Windows 10 system (an act of desperation made me trow everything to trash), no Adobe software whatsoever and the inability to install it through a non-working Creative Cloud, and I need the latest versions of Lr, Ps, AI, Ae, Pr, Me ASAP - at the same time two days delay in my work by fighting this crap, which I am fed up with.Is there anything new that is causing the installer and the application to crash/not load with a message that it took to long and twó options "exit" and "repair" - both without any effect? Any new solutions?I will add that on my laptop with exactly the same system, the same updates and the same internet connection everything wor
I can't use my Adobe Creative Cloud license because there was a "payment error" - I suspect caused by a change of address. Online support tell me they can't do anything and told me to ring 0207 365 0735. I have now been on the phone to London for over an hour listening to music with no clue as to when somebody might get around to picking up the phone and it's not even across a lunch break.Who can I write/complain to?Adobe Customer Support is seriously broken.I click on the "Edit my billing details" link on CreativeCloud and all I've ever got is "Error. Please call xxxxx".Over an hour on hold at the customer's cost (phone calls to London are not cheap) is completely unacceptable, especially when there is no clue given as to where in any queue you are.In the meantime I can't do any work. Does anybody have an address I can complain to?
Hello everyone, first of all i dont know where to put this comment because thers no space for adobe portfolio. My question, is where in adobe porfolio I can make adjustments in the mobile version, because in my computer everything is fine but when you see the porfolio page in the cell phone the buttons are to big, the images to small and it doesnt have the same nice view as the computer, also the menu i want to change the backwround on mobile version and i dont know where to change that, can someone help me please porfavor porfavor.
Hi I just found a bunch of files in my Cloud storage! This wouldn't be a problem if I wanted to use or even liked cloud storage. I did'nt ask or even know the dang cloud was hijacking my files! I do not want any of my files in any damn cloud, I want them on my hard drive. I want to back up my own stuff and I don't need some unwanted cloud service 'helping' me. Does anybody know how to stop the cloud service or disable it? (preferably permanently destroy) It really REALLY bugs me that this thing just starts uploading stuff, without asking or even a promt informing you of what it's doing. PLEASE help.
I am having problems with Creative cloud, basically it won't open! I have uninstalled it and reinstalled several times however I keep getting the same message that I need to repair or reinstall Adobe cloud app.....it will not work!! So cannot update Lightroom for which I get a warning that Lightroom needs updating and will not sync with catalogue.Also when trying to open Photoshop or Lightroom I get the similar error messages(see photos) The programs do eventually launch.Thanks
Dear support community, I work on five different machines together with a colleague on the same Creative cloud subscription. Creative cloud lets you work on two machines on the same account. In practice this results in logging in and logging other computers out. This is where my frustration comes in. I can't see the full computer name (see attachment) of the computers i want to logout. Mostly due to the fact that most of are computer are called "iMac of Eva" or "Macbook pro of Erik". But because I can only see the first couple of letters ("iMac of E....") I never know witch machine i'm logging out. I would love to see a extend name feature or something. Maybe this already exits and I just can't find it. I guess this would better fit in a feature request bet maybe there is a solution? Thanks!Erik

I'm currently using the CC Cleaner Tool to uninstall CS apps from my new MacBook Pro running Monterey. I chose only one file to clean as a trial run: I selected it and clicked "Cleanup selected." It's been going for over an hour now and all I see is the spinning rainbow ball, which starts and stops sporadically. Not that I imagine it's a quick process to search out and clean up all the files associated with the app, but I was wondering how long should it take?
Is there any way to change the hideous and long-suffering image of the frowning blond on the Creative Cloud welcome screen? Her unwelcome visage has graced my Mac every day for too many months. As if things haven't been unpleasant enough for the last year, seeing her ever-present scowl is not inspiring nor uplifting. If there is a way, please let me know. Thank you! Paula
Hello, could you make it possible to drag, drop and share entire folders on the cloud in synced files?At the moment my colleague and I are having to zip everything so that its one file. It would help tremendously for the workflow. Also, would it be possible to move folders in the Libraries?
Dear community, Not sure if it is a bug or a "feature". I am relying on CC Libraries for most of the my work and I am facing a blocker that is intriguing me. Here my use case: 1. Create vector assets on Illustrator and add into the CC Library2. Build the layouts on XD using the assets from CC Library3. Add created layout to the CC Library from XD4. Post production of layouts on Photoshop5. Add composed images into the same/new shared CC library The workflow works fine. However it is not possible to edit the layout created on step 3 - neither from Illustrator or XD - forcing me to create a new asset and manually replacing the old layout on Photoshop. It seems that, on a CC Library, an asset created on XD is not able to be edited anymore - see attached pictures. I've tried to work around by replacing the CC Library to "XD Library" but then it is not possible to add assets from Illustrator or Photoshop. Is there something I am missing?
