Hi, We have a team of 6 designers each with their own creative cloud license. We are all currently working remotely. Is there a way of sharing our work folders without files syncing on to each others hard drives. It would be great if it is possible to move files between team members creative clud folders. Is this possible?

Hi together, today I can see that my CC Desktop App notifies me that there is a new version of CC Desktop App. In this screenshot you can see my current version is 5.3.1.470:     Where can I check what's new in this new version that is offered?I tried this page that was changed the last time on December, 7th 2020: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/release-note/cc-release-notes.html   All newer versions that are listed there are for the new M1 chip Macs: 5.3.5.499 released on 11/09/20205.3.5.518 released on 12/07/2020   So again: Where can I find information about that new CC Desktop App for Windows 10 that is offered?   Thanks,Uwe Laubender ( ACP )    

Morning all,I've been using the CC packages Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for several years now and havent experiences much in terms of problems until the last month.  Photoshop was the first programme to start.  It was very slow responding and started to crash often. Today, Illustrator started crashing.  It loads up, but as soon as I try to open a document or a new document, it crashes.  I have uninstalled both, reinstalled the latest versions.  I've tried running as administrator.  Those things dont seem to help.  Has anyone else come across this? I have a decent laptop I am running these programmes on but literally I cannot do anything in illustrator and it is causing real issues. help!! 

In edit mode for the Adobe Portfilio (photography) I have choosen "no password protection for entire site" and saved the change under settings. None the less, the password protection page pops up and ask for a password!! I have choosen no password for the entire site in addition to each page. Still, when I reload the site, the password protection page appears. How do I deleat the password protection page - given I have already selected "no password for entire site" from the settings?? Whats the point of having a published site if no one can get pass the "enter the password" page??Appreciate a quick response.

After updating a couple of CC apps recently I noticed that creative cloud doesn't allow me to stay signed in for longer than 5minutes. If I open photoshop it either shows error code 205 and closes immediately or if i manage to log in and open/use it it kicks me off after 5minutes which is hugely frustrating. This is happening with all my CC apps. I've followed the instruction for error code 205 but nothing seems to fix it. Adobe how do I fix this?

Can somebody explain why these apps are in a section titled "Available in your subscription" in the CC Desktop app when they are, according to Adobe customer support, not at all available in my current subscription. I understand that my subscription only includes 3 specific applications, so why would there be anything else in this section besides those 3? 

Its important for me to see which files are syncing and green ticks of ones that have. But since updating to Big Sur these do not appear anymore.  Please fix Thanks

The file _____ is too large and will not be uploaded. This seems to be a recent issue as I have not had problems uploading large files (26GB)Tried using desktop version but it tells me to use the desktop version. (What!!??) Any help is apprecieated!

I am trying out Spark for the first time to explore the ability to make quick animations and I feel like the builder isn't viewing properly (see attached). I am getting a colorful pixelation that looks similar to how a monitor looks when your video card goes, but it is contained to just the artboard. Does anyone have a fix?Thanks!

Hi Can anyone tell me how to stop Adobe Cloud Syncing files constantly re-writng the files. Becuase it keeps going back to the begining of the file sync, half my files are not even downloaded.

Hi All,I've recently purchased an iPad Pro and would like to use my creative suite subscription.However, when I go to download any apps eg. Photoshop, it asks for my permission to download in app purchases.Does anyone know how this works if I'm already paying for a subscription?Your help would be much appreciated.Thank you!

Hey Guys,  i have a question, i am currently a student at Pforzheim Design School, in the first semester.I checked my Account and realized my Student License has vanished. I am Paying The €59,49 for the first month now. Also, I have the Yearly Adobe Subscription now and i dont know if i need to pay this amount everey month.Is there any solution to switch to the student license again? Hi,I have an issue...My hard drive C is almost full. There is also my operating system (Windows) on it.So I tried to move the Creative Cloud Files folder to my hard drive D.Now I have the Problem, that after 5 days, only 70 files out of 20.000 were synced and no error messages are displayed... The green checkmark´s in the folder are also not displayed.Could anyone help me, please?

I'm hoping some experienced users can help me avoid massive amounts of work deduping.I have the same photo (many times with the same file name, but not always) on multiple drives... from multiple phones, downloaded to multiple laptops, backed up to multiple external drives.I now have a network and server with enough storage to merge all drives... but need to find an easy way to merge all photos from the last 20 years and depup them so there is only one representation of each photo.What are the best tools/Apps for detecting and removing duplicates (deduping) photos?

Creative Cloud keeps randomly signing me out, making me close all the apps while I'm working, then making me verify my identity by texting my phone and logging back in. It is highly annoying! Does anyone know how to make this stop happening?

Hi,I can't run Camera Raw through Bridge and can't connect to Adobe Cloud, the icon is greyed out and I am getting a message: check your firewall and time settings. Yesterday everything was o.k., I have no firewall nor messed with time settings...... 

I want to upload my mp4 file that was exported from premiere pro to share the file with somebody else.The file size is less than 2GB. Although I read that I can upload a file up to 5GB as long as I use the desktop cc app, the error pops up saying,"your file is over maximum file size (1GB)". Did they change the maximum file size policy? 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the cloud and xd latest updates so many times and nothing happen to solve the issue 

Hello, I currently have many Photoshop Cloud Documents (those that are not synced to a computer), but I need to either migrate all of them to another Adobe account or download all of them. Is there a way to do this other than opening and saving each file individually? That would take far too much time.Thanks for your help! 

I have sent so much time trying to figure out how to do this basic function. Downloading multiple files from Cloud Documents should be a straightforward basic operation. The idea that I would have to open each file one at a time to download is RIDICULOUS. It is totally putting me off using Cloud apps and documents. What am I missing? Is there something I don't understand?

Hello, can anyone here recommend me a remote solution for home office? I tried Teamviewer (Mac), which resulted in Adobe Creative Cloud not working after about a week. Do you have any experience? Thanks a lot

I am a new subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud, and today I am unable to sign in to use it. Login area keeps looping and then signs me out. I have had Adobe tech guys dial into my laptop and for quite sometime. The one guy just told me that there is an issue with new subscriptions outside the US and that they are working on it. Just wondering if anyone else has/had same problem?
