 After using Adobe app, I am facing a problem. Every MS word document is getting converted to coded language and it is becoming difficult for me to access my personal documents. Please help me on this matter.

Hey Folk.  Pardon the simple question, but I'm not a Creative Cloud user.  I have a laptop with CC 2015 on it.  I know that Adobe went to the subscription model some years ago.  My question is: What part of Dreamweaver CC 2015 works when you don't have a CC paid subscription.  The program (Dreamweaver) opens up just fine and it appears that I can create a basic file and save it.  Is this a thing where I can use basic features of the program, but other features will not work because I don't have a subscription?  Thanks much.

Hi all.Today I created a new folder in the CC Folder (local on Mac Big Sur).Usally I don't have issues but I noiced that CC created an untitled folder instead a named one and then send me a notification error to sync the folder (with the right name) because some unsupported symbol. As you can see in the screenshot, the name of the folder is "plain".I tried to restart my mac and resync but no success. Any suggestions? Thanks Federico

As I update my Apps for instance, when I moved from Photoshop 2020 to Photoshop 2021, PS 2020 is left on my computer Do I need them? Or, can I remove them?

Can anyone tell me why I'm having these major issues opening Photoshop CC? I'd never had any issues before last night, when I went to open it and *nothing* Creative Cloud wouldn't open either. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone at Adobe to answer my call then it took us another 1 hour to fix the issue via screen share to him. I pay my monthly service fee via direct debit and there's never an issue on this end, so why am I experiencing such issues now with using Photoshop (Creative Cloud et.al.)? Running on a Windows 10 64-bit PC, Nvidia dual quad 950XT processor, 4T hard drive + 10T external etc. So I can definitely handle it all (?) Any and all help welcome. Hey, I'm not too sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I need help. I'm trying to connect my SquareSpace Domain name to my Adobe Portfolio Website but having issues with customizing the A Records in the domain's DNS Settings to get it working. I'm entering all the correct info, but when I click "Apply" on Adobe Portfolio, it gives me an error message reading: "Oops! Looks like your domain settings have not yet been configured correctly with our IP address. Instructions here. " I'm following the instructions perfectly but can't get it to work. Any advice would be appreciated. 

I'm using CC for syncing fonts and keeping my applications up to date. However I have disabled the file sync because I've found it very unreliable when syncing files between Mac and Windows.I'm a bit annoyed that even though file sync is off CC keeps creating the "Creative Cloud Files" folder and shortcuts on my PC. When I delete the shortcut and the folder they reappear when I relaunch CC. Is there some registry hack to disable this behaviour?

I have changed my email address and password and am trying to Update Lightroom and Photoshop but the system does not recognise my new password or old password. How can I speak to a human being? Thanks

Hi there,Basically the above. Been having this issue that I first noticed last week where the cloud system is continuously stuck on sync, even when I've only got a few files to update. If anybody has any suggestions on if there's anything I can do to fix this or if this is a known bug then that would be great!TIA

I'm not sure if this is the right area to be posting in, so please correct me if it's not, but I wanted to reach out to the Adobe community to see if anyone is experiencing the same issues as me. I'm running Windows 10 on a fairly capable XPS 15 9570, and for the past few months I've realized that everything on my computer is extremely slow. Today, I decided to go ahead and disable every Adobe startup app that I could find (AcroTray, CCXProcess, Creative Cloud Desktop, etc.) and it runs like butter again. Literally night and day. I'm wondering two things; firstly, has anyone ran into similar issues? And secondly, does disabling these processes actually do anything negative to my Adobe experience? I haven't ran into any adverse effects so far, but I just figured I'd ask. For a company like Adobe, I would've expected a bit more clarity around the severe system impact that their background processes can have, but I guess you can't have everything.

I'm working on various files in Illustrator and Photoshop and repeatedly when I hit save, it has lost the ability to find the document. I want to save them to my dropbox folders, I don't need to use the cloud. I'm guessing that it is doing an auto-save to that? Not sure as I'm not finding the files in the cloud either. This just started happening within the last couple weeks

When I have been away from my computer for awhile, my Adobe apps decide to close on their own. No freeze, no error message, they just shut themselves down without being asked. How do I stop this from happening?

I am a long-time, small home-based business owner, a graphic design professional and professional photographer. When i started in this business in 1991, I used PageMaker and FreeHand (remember those?), and for many years, QuarkXpress. For almost 20 years I have been used Adobe software exclusively to publish small scale newsletters, magazines and to create graphics for websites I design. I am now at the end of my rope and am SO FRUSTRATED with this Creative Cloud BS POS software that just consistently turns itself off, hangs, forces a complete Mac restart, I could go on. It's become the worst software EVER. And it's making me extremely inefficient in being able to get my products 'out the door'. I'm at the point of seeking out something else and ending the exhorbitant monthly subscription fees that offer no real support that I can trust - not going to waste my valuable time even trying to look for any solution from Adobe. I like using Creative Cloud file sync in file explorer/finder, and would use it for all my work files if it was also accessible in Chrome OS File. (I use a Chromebook in my workflow)

I believe this is an issue with the creative cloud desktop app, but it affects every app, even when trying to add fonts from the web browser.  Basically when I click the fonts tab in creative cloud desktop app, the loading icon just keeps spinning indefinitely. When I go to the website to add/sync fonts from there, I'am able to activate fonts but they do not show up in any of the Adobe applications. This is detrimental to my work.  I am running Windows 10 build 18363. Creative Cloud 5.3.1.470Apps 5.3.1.470CoreSync 4.3.61.1CC Library 3.9.27.3  

I got a file synching error last night that I had exceeded my cloud storage. According to this helpx topic What happens if I exceed my storage quota?, "you can still move, rename, or delete files."I have therefore moved a ton of Creative Cloud Files to my Dropbox where I know I have room. However, the Cloud storage warning has not changed, and I am still gettting syncing errors this morning (see screenshot). When I go here https://assets.adobe.com/files I see it still thinks some of the files are there. I hoped it would resolve the sync overnight but I am still out of luck.  Can I still do my work? How can I resolve this unhappy sync? Thanks, Adobe fam! 🙂 

I feel like I've watched every tutorial, every Adobe MAX session, every troubleshooting video on this topic, yet I still cannot seem to fix it. Syncing assets/media/projects is just not happening across my devices. Now, it does happen sometimes. But it always seems to NOT happen on any of the projects and media that I need it to. I cannot figure out on which end of the syncing process the error is happening. Most recently, this has happened in Adobe Rush. I created a project in Rush, loaded all the Media into Creative Cloud so that it would be in there and would sync across devices. Created a library in CC for all the assets as a backup option. I did all of that on one device. Then I got on a different device, another laptop, and NONE of the media was there. The skeleton of the Rush project was there, but none of the media appeared and couldn't be relinked because I couldn't find it anywhere in my CC. So, I went back to the original laptop, and decided to chop together the rough cut on

So, I am really freaking out.  I have been creating one long document by combining files and saving them as that document.  Adobe automatically deletes the original files that you combine and saves as the new one.Today I started doing that, but then it showed the wrong file, so I canceled the combine.  BUT...somehow the two original files I was trying to combine are now deleted, AND I don't have a new, combined version.I looked in my mac's trash, but apparently that is not where Adobe puts its deleted files.The tabs that were still open for the ones I was trying to combine showed blank pages and would not let me save them or revert to the older not disappeared version.  Like, revert was not highlighted.Going to the list of recent documents didn't work because they were gone from that list.I tried to find the autosaved folder as per a google suggestion, but there wasn't one. Please, please, please tell me a way to find my two files, especially the big master one

Hello, I submitted a design for the Adobe helmet design contest and I received an email that my design was approved. In the email it also said I would receive a link for voters to use on December 8. I never received that link.

Using windows 7 and 2015.1 release of creative cloud with just lightroom, photoshop and bridge installed.I do not use any of the cloud storage services on online resources and have these set to off in the creative cloud desktop interface properties.I find that various background process get started and constantly access my disk even when I am not using and even when I have never started lightroom etc.As far as I can determine these processes are doing nothing that is useful to me. Note that I am not using any of the cloud features.They are certainly irritating me and littering my Temp folder with log files, not to mention adding to the wear and tear of my disk.How do I get rid of these processes and stop them running?I expect that as I am not using any features that require Sync that processes such as CoreSync would be switched off and never run at all.So why are they running at all?Any why do they not stop when I am not using lightroom etc?On my system with my usage profile the creati

So I just bought this forsaken software yesterday, it all worked first time I tried it (albeit slowly), but when I went to use it today... yeah literally nothing works. I've been trying to launch Creative Cloud for the past 4 hours, online chat support never showed up after hours of waiting and their "24 hours support phone line" doesn't connect, and automatically hangs up. As you can guess, I'm quite put off by Adobe at the minute and wishing I'd saved myself the headache even more than the money. Bit of background:  When I opened AE, it opens some login type screen where there are my projects, but then another screen pops up in front of that, which never stops loading. Literally just keeps refreshing itself infinitely, but never logs me in. If I exit out of this smaller screen, all of AE closes, so obviously I cannot access my little 3 minute project I started yesterday that I should have in hindsight just made on iMovie.  Anyway, long story short I've come t

Using Windows 10 PC.I have Creative Cloud set to run at startup in my preferences. It does not run at startup. Each time I startup my PC I see in Task Manger that startup is disabled. So I enable it but on next restart it has been disabled again! Any ideas what may be causing this?
