I wanted to add album to Adobe Portfolio and received this error: "Unable to import: Album contains too many assets adobe portfolio."There are 1 490 pictures. What is maximum for one album to import? Thank you.
Can I run Photoshop and lightroom without having Creative cloud installed? Creative cloud is extremely slow running in spite of a very fast internet connection, causing delays and Interfering with my work. Also I do not want my work stored in the cloud for security reasons. Thank you for any advice or help.John

Hi,I asked this question before however people always assume I am referring to lightroom and give me an answer related to that. I would like to automatically back-up photos taken from the camera in my phone to Adobe Creative Cloud (nothing to do with lightroom, photoshop or any other app) Is this possible?If so I will upgrade to a 1TB plan and use CC to backup my photos, as Google's unlimited storage will stop from 2021.

Hello,after all these years I recently discovered Adobe Portfolio and the oportunity to create a free website.However, I cannot find any source / help department / forum that offers any help for especially that.It's usually straight forward, but there are a few road blocks I would like to address. Can anyone direct me to the right forum or has any experience with it?It would be highly appreciated Thanks
It`s been a day since i get the message "unable to reach adobe servers", i have already unninstalled and installed creative cloud.I need to download some adobe font for a project.Very unhappy with this error, i cannot access my apps through creative cloud because it says i'm "offline", which i'm not.
When I open my AI design file on another mac which contains linked images. It tells me the images are missing and need to be relinked. This seems to happen when the linked image sits outside the directory where the project file resides. This is a problem for me, any solution?
Is it no longer possible to use Adobe Story? When I click on https://storyclassic.adobe.com/en-us/index.html is tells me I need to download Adobe Flash Player. Is that all I need to use it? If Adobe Story no longer exists, is there some alternative screenwriting software that Adobe has or is working on for the future?
Please advise if Adobe will remove my Adobe CC files if I do not immediately continue the subscription.At the moment, I'm subscribed to a trial Photography plan.I am yet to evaluate which apps to take and I have not decided just yet.I hope someone can help me understand what will Adobe do to my existing account if I'm not yet subscribed to any of the products. My Adobe CC account storage shows that I have used 8.3GB of 20GB but I have no files, no photos, no anything that I know about in the storage. As far as I can ame out it's completely empty. If it's empty what is the 8.3GB I am apparently using?

After a free trial I paid for the first month for all CC apps. The invoice and information shows up on my account and my transaction history on the card I used to pay for it. However, everytime I open a CC app (like Lightroom Classic) it still asks me to choose and pay for a plan. I'm logged into the same account that I used to pay for it so I'm not sure what else to do.
I've been away from the CC subscription / one off costs debate for a while but am interested in the latest developments. There's lots of software choice outside of Adobe and information about moving to other software, but I'd like to know if someone from Adobe can clarify the position on whether CS6 users will still be forced to move into subscription when they want to upgrade.
Since a week my portfolio-website is not accessible via the laptop (see attachment). I linked my own domain name to my Adobe Portfolio website. I contacted my domainname-host and they told me that it can be solved if Adobe activates a SSL certificate for the site. I contacted the customer service and they advised me to post in this community.Anyone can help? 🙂
I'm not able to center the page titles on the gallery page in the Thomas theme. When the text appears as you roll over the image it is always left-justified, even when I decrease the max-width of the page and click on the center button. If all page titles were the same length it would be easy to adjust this by changing the margins, but that's not the case. They seem to center just fine in other themes, but not Thomas. Is there a way to fix this? Is it a bug in Portfolio or does Thomas really not let you center the page titles?
I am unable to stop this from starting at the login and its slowing down my computer. I cannot see where the prefernces are. Under the Ellipse is where everyone is saying they can change prefernces but I do not see where. I have already deleted this from the list in Mac System Preferneces but it still starts up. Please help.
Can someone please provide a link where I can chat with a live person at Adobe?? I tried the "Contact Adobe Customer Care" link, which brings me to a nice page with all kinds of stuff I don't need and STILL not way to actually access chat.... While going in circles, I finally found this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html?promoid=1XGJD4QX&mv=other which offers the option to "sign in to contact us", BUT I AM ALREAY SIGNED IN!! It's like Adobe is deliberately making it impossible to connect to support. Can anyone help?? I have a corrupt LR catalog that I need to recover and, of course, the Adobe help page for the issue says to "contact support" and links me to the Customer Care page that has NO WAY to contact support. I think my brain is about to explode.
I wanted to try Adobe Cloud storage by uploading a video file about 2gb so I downloaded Adobe cloud desktop but I still get a message "your file has more than 1gb and it is too big". Wasn´t it suppose to work up to 5gb? If I can´t upload more than 1gb file, it´s kind of useless storage 😞 Any clue? Thanks

As title, since i tryed to update the cc version to the latest one this morning, and the cc desktop app just keeps spinning in loading page, had tryed all the solutions that the help center taught, but the problem still.btw, i already used the cc cleanertool to remove all the apps, plz help!! > <my work system: windows 10 (64 bits)

Hey Folk. Pardon the simple question, but I'm not a Creative Cloud user. I have a laptop with CC 2015 on it. I know that Adobe went to the subscription model some years ago. My question is: What part of Dreamweaver CC 2015 works when you don't have a CC paid subscription. The program (Dreamweaver) opens up just fine and it appears that I can create a basic file and save it. Is this a thing where I can use basic features of the program, but other features will not work because I don't have a subscription? Thanks much.
