I am using Creative Cloud for a few months without problems. However, since last week, when opening any adobe program, I am always asked to enter email address and password. In fact the same is happening with my Outlook email accounts. As I have not changed any security settings, I am wondering if anyone of you has an idea how to avoid this inconvenience.

How it it possible for an app thats primary purpose is to see if I have paid my monthly payment, need updated almost constantly? I have at least 12 different Adobe processes running in the background and the only thing running is Creative Cloud. Instead of adding adding new features, how about cleaning up the footprint on my computer.

I was searching for some Adobe products, and then I start receiving offers on Facebook for 1-year full access to all Adobe apps (20+) in addition to 100MB cloud. the price is one-fifth of the price shown by Adobe site. They said that they will give me a Redeem Key which will work for two users. Is this authentic and legal?

Hi I purchased the student's adobe pack last year, and like you guys know, it's 19,99. Well its been a year and now they're charging me 30,74. I'm still a college student, how can I submit anything to prove it, cause if I'm still a student I have the right to have the cheaper pack of 19,99.Huge thanks in advance 😘

Hello, I kept trying to activate missing fonts in Illustrator but it wasn't working. I finally realised that they weren't activating because somehow I was automatically logged out to my creative cloud account. When I tried to log back in, I keep getting the error "Unable to reach servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again."I've restarted the computer many times. I've tried re-downloading and re-installing the app but got the same error message. I've tried ticking and unticking the firewall settings in system preferences. I've checked the proxies and they're all unticked. OS MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.6Illustrator version 24.3Please help!!!

Hi there!I've recently become a full time student and have signed up for the student discounted creative cloud account.  I do however, still have my curent creative clould account, which has a library that's around a terrabyte.  Would like to know how to transfer my libraries and files from the currrent creative cloud account to my new student creative cloud account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Best,Steve

I'm relatively new to using Adobe Javascript, so having troubles with this simple routine and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.  Can anyone comment on this sample code?  The first test works and turns the target Red but it fails the second not equal test to turn the field yellow???? var f = this.getField("word").value; {if (f == "hello")event.target.fillColor = color.red;}      var f = this.getField("pswrd").value; {if (f != "hello")event.target.fillColor = color.yellow;}     }I know there it is probalby easier to use an If-Else statement but I couldn't get that to work either, so backed off to doing each step separately.  Thanks for any help you can give Lew

Hi, It appears that whatever is in ones "Synced files" syncs to every device with Creative Cloud installed. I only work on a handful of photos at a time and don't really want valuable SSD space eaten up with images going back years. Is there a way to select what is sync'd on a per-device basis? Similar to OneDrive, DropBox, Box and Google Drive? Many thanks W

Sometimes once a day and sometimes more, I need to re-sign in to Creative Cloud to use the apps on my computer. VERY annoying when I am trying to work. I notice that my credit card is charged once a month. Why does the payment ALWAYS work and the apps on my computer do not?

Hello,I have 11 of these folders. One gets created each day. What is the purpose of these and how do I stop their creation?Thnaks,Eric

The creative cloud app is suddenly not in launchpad on my computer. How can I put Creative Cloud in launchpad on my computer? It would be cool also if someone could tell me how to get Font Kit to work with InDesign to because  that is the  real problem that led me here in the first place. i have no idea why adobe make the most janky ass bs in the industry.

So my adobe id works well but when i go to enter email and password for alkido it says email invalid.why ? Even my husband is the same we can log in to the reader. Please help

When making a new library in CC libraries and providing a new title, all of a sudden a colon (:) is now qualified as an INVALID CHARACTER! Since we have been working for years with libraries and have built up a file of hundreds coded with a colon in the titles - we experience a serious problem. We cannot change all titles to keep a logic order.Apparently it is a cloud problem; uninstall & install the applications is no solution. Can anyone tell WHY this bug suddenly appears? How to solve? Please advise Dutch version....

"You don't have enough storage space to continue."Trying in the web app..."It was not possible to upload the file"The file is 512kB big. Apparently the Document Cloud does not have a tool for managing your used space, so I manually summed up the sizes of all my files, and they don't even top 1.4GB.

I have saved a lot of documents to my cloud drive and am now unable to access it. All my work is gone! Last week, I scanned some Lego box images from my own in-stock inventory to create vector art later. Now this week I cannot access my cloud documents. I am the only user on this account and the administrator. I get an error message on my PC/MAC.  How do I access my cloud drive then?  This picture shows there are files. But when I click the images I get this message. I cannot access this feature on any of the Adobe apps.

What is the best Adobe website design program to use for beginners? I hear that Muse was excellent but has been discontinued. Did anything take it's place? We need something easy without knowing coding.

every time I try to delete files it say "an error accured. try again later."

How do I get back to the edit page of I page already published? I need to embed links in it for my class and I don't know how, or where, to edit. I only see the page I published Thanks

Ok, I've seen a bazillion online complaints about this. Somewhere at Adobe something is broken. Repeatedly pushing out background services like Creative Cloud, Synchronization Manager, Genuine Check, etc. is at this point seemingly the same as pushing malware onto people's machines. I'm sorry if this sounds heavy, but it's essentially the functional outcome, every single time. What I mean is that when my Windows machines, plural, slow down because of these apps. I only need kill Adobe processes to reduce my CPU usage by like 80%. What could these apps possibly be doing that requires 80% of "any" CPU? Downloading updates? 80%, really?  Browsers don't do this. I can't think of any other software that does this. Using Adobe > Preferences to disable these apps from running on startup seems to always have one net result, they run anyway. I would really LOVE IT if Team Adobe would INVESTIGATE, IDENTIFY, and RESOLVE these matters in a lasting and meaningful way.Pea

Hi all! I've synced fonts from typekit in the past with no problem, but a few weeks ago my fonts tab in my CC desktop app just stopped working - I just see the blue wheel perpertually loading. I thought maybe it was an issue with my account, but it worked just fine when I logged onto my Adobe account on another computer. Any idea what my issue could be? In my CC preferences tab, the enable/disable fonts box isn't even clickable - it is greyed out! I already tried the adding the extension .old to the com.adobe.accmac.plist file route and chatted with Adobe customer support reps online (4 different times!) and no one seemed to even understand my issue, let alone knew how to fix it! So far I've spend hours on this issue and have come up empty. I really need typekit for school so any advice would be much appreciated!

Is there a way to not synchronizing Craetive Cloud Files on a computer?

Hi,I have the Creative cloud and I would like to back up my work on it, and I have some questions: 1. Is there a way to upload files independently not using the stnc option? like dragging a file to the cloud directly?2. If my work is backed up on the computer, and than I format my PC, would the files be safe on the cloud, or would they gat ereased? due to sync for example. Thanks!!!
