Questions

I've been trying to sync some files to my Creative Cloud and I keep getting the "Unable to sync "..." due to server error. There are no unsupported characters in my file names and I have the space needed to sync these files. I've used the Log Collector tool to create the .ZIP on my desktop. To whom should I be sending this to?Thanks!

This isn't the first time it happened. I rely on creative cloud file syncing to work from 2 locations. Once, it just stopped syncing all together and I had to be on the phone with a technician for hours to get it fixed. Now on my work computer, the Assets tab in the app is blank, nothing syncs and no options even show up. To be honest, this Creative Cloud has caused nothing but trouble for me. Fix this huge annoyance Adobe. The app is completely unreliable. Anyone know how to fix this? I've already tried logging out and back in. I can't uninstall as it won't let me saying I have apps that rely on the app. Thanks

So I am customizing the look of my mac icons and it all goes without a problem except for Adobe Creative Cloud Files folder. Everytime I restart my system it refreshes the icon and it reverts back to the stock yosemite icon with the cloud on it. What I need to know is where is that icon stored so I can replace it with my own. Thanks for the help.

This has happened many times - I deleted files from the cloud, delete them from the Archive AND delete them from my own back-up.  Yet somehow, these files are being reloaded from somewhere!  It takes up a lot of space and it just bogs up our cloud.  How do I stop these files from reloading and where the heck are these files even loading from?!

I need to restore my desktop iMac (running Sierra 10.12.5) to factory settings. I'm worried about my libraries. Where are the libraries stored? Do I need to rescue them somehow first? I ask because there are times when I send links to my Adobe Cloud Photoshop files to clients or assistants, and when they download the files, the library files don't seem to be included in the document. (That's another question I guess, ha ha!) So are they nestled somewhere on my computer? Do I back them up?

I want to know about the deleted files in the folder of Creative Cloud Files.I have used Creative Cloud Files which Adobe provide as Cloud service to save my works. However, all files, that had saved in Creative Cloud Files, suddenly disappeard even though the license term of Adobe Creative Cloud for teams has not yet finished.I know that the authority of using Creative Cloud Files is provided for extra 30 days by the contract end date.Is there any methods to recover my data from the folder of Creative Cloud Files?Looking forward to your answer.Thank you.

I keep getting a message saying files failed to sync due to server error.  Have tried al of the fixes but I still keep getting this message. Help please

For the second time in 4 months we arrive to work to find our creative cloud does not have all the files from the night before. The missing files are in our recycle bin. What is the proper procedure to restore these files? They are in each of my teams recycling bin. They were not deleted by a team member. I read a thread from 2016 that said adobe was working on a fix.

I've moved over to creative cloud and ever since it has been the worst mistake. My work flow is awful., I have to deal with constant crashes, freezing & impossible slow workflow. We use to be able to download older versions like CS3 from the Creative cloud app....one of the reasons they sold the cloud based software to me was that it had that ability but now it only goes to CS6.I spend half my time trying to find workarounds to all the issues or figuring out why one day something works a certain way then the next it doesn't.Then if you want to actually chat to a support member......well selecting over half of the optional questions put forward means you get pointed back to a forum and unable to speak to the support team.I can't be the only one who is suffering? Is anyone else feeling the same?

Hi there, I have been experiencing this issue for a couple of weeks, since I got a new iPad Pro. I have a subscription to Adobe CC for all programs. I am logged into my Creative Cloud across my 3 devices; I have a MacBook Air, iPhone 6 and iPad Pro. On my MacBook Air, all of my libraries appear in the libraries panel in all of my adobe programs, mainly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign which are what I use from day to day. On my iPhone and iPad, depending on which app I open, I don't have access to any or very few of my libraries. What could be the cause of this? I see that some apps do not support the libraries, but for example, in Adobe Comp, I only have access to one library, but it shows no assets inside. When I access this library on Adobe.com, or through my Creative Cloud panel on my desktop, I see all assets there. It seems like there is a syncing issue somewhere, but I can't figure out where or how to properly sync everything. I have tried logging out on all devices, logging

Hello,I am having issues with collaborators updating artwork within the CC libraries. It is not that they are updating work that is the problem. It is that once they update their work and save it within the library, none of the other collaborators have the updated artwork, just the original. Only the person that dows the work can update the files. Has anyone else had an issue with this? Am I missing a setting or is this a glitch within the library system itself?  Thank You!

HiI wanted to put some of my files into creative cloud as I was running out of disk space, so I dragged the folders into the creative cloud folder on finder.  There were 3 folders that I dragged over, containing lots of photography files.  It all started and looked good, but when I came back I found that creative cloud was full, but that not many of my files had transferred and that I was just left with empty folders.Help!?  Where are the files now?  A few of them have uploaded most are missing as far as I can see.Can someone help me please?Wendy

ive got up this morning with so many files and folders missing. not on local machine, not in recycle not in archive. just gone. months of files. I really am at a loss here. kind of gutted at the moment. my account id tinylion@outlook.com  can someone please look into this. its the folder _subjects_all that only has a few of the files left. over 800 files gone. and just to make me smile, this morning was the date my cc payment went out of the bank. not happy timing.

I am a photographer using LightroomCC.  I export my images into Creative Cloud Files and then into individual folders.  When I open the folders the images appear but the 2 buttons at the bottom  "choose" and "cancel" have disappeared and/or hidden. I cannot figure out how to retrieve them and they are not part of the toolbar at the top.

I have downloaded over 60 files on my Galaxy S7. Each and every single one of them read fine on my phone when downloaded. I read and enjoyed several of them.I then uploaded them to the cloud so I could access them from my computer. When they uploaded to the cloud I renamed from the random number names to the names of the books and manuals that the books actually had. Never could figure out how to do that from mobile and that's not the issue at hand here. When I go to pull one from the cloud onto my phone now I get an error message saying "There is no app that can open this file".Did renaming them reformat the file to a type my phone can no longer open? Or corrupt them somehow? They read fine from my computer still. Keep in mind each and every single one of the files worked fine on my phone prior to this.

I have an alias I use for active clients, which is in my creative cloud desktop folder. Nothing updates. I attached a pic.

Hi,My client has registered for an Adobe account to give her access to the Shared folder I created. However it's not allowing her to upload images - it apparently says it's read only. She's in the list of Collaborators. Any idea what the cause might be? Would her upload privileges be disabled if she hadn't verified her email address? If so, how can the email verification email be resent. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I start getting 20Mb emails : )Thanks, Steve

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to select a folder on my computer to constantly stay synced with my CC assets. For example I have a folder that has all my work for that month saved in My Documents. I would like that folder to stay current in my CC library so any work that I do in that month will always be available on other computers. I haven't found any answers regarding it.Thanks.

Today is June 21 2017, about 1 week ago, the cloud file sync is unable to use.I am not a pay user (only using XD beta) and living in China. Any time before one week ago, I can use the cloud sync smoothly.Does the cloud sync is unavailable for free user?

We haven't been able to use cloud team file sharing since last week. Friday I had an adobe tech guy on my computer for many hours trying all sorts of things. He reset our services, removed and re-added me. The issue is that the syncing is not working. It looks like it is, then seems to start over from zero. For example, last night I started over again and it said syncing File 2 of 6250 with 1 hour left. This morning I got up and it said syncing file 7 of 62,000. The folder in reality has 6,816 files. This happens repeatedly. Previously it was up to syncing file 80 of 311,353. Last week files that were deleted were showing up in their previous folders again and then moving back and forth by themselves, literally. It was bizarre. I had my entire team remove all of their cloud files including emptying archives. The only files we've got syncing are the ones I'm doing. It may be related to my computer going to sleep. I just did a test and before sleep it said syncing 220 of 6250. When I wok

Cannot download images to stock all my libraries inside stock have disappeared i keep getting a cannot load libraries error message

I worked through this link, but I ran into an error message that is not addressed in this document: Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products For this section:Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Creative Cloud–associated processes I followed the steps for Windows, and put in the weblink with the service port number as mentioned.  And once I click enter, it brings up a blank page that says "upgrade required".  Any idea what that means?  The instructions give a couple options like "website cannot be displayed" etc. but it does not mention this message.CC library is not loading once again, and ID has become super slow - I think it is because I have fonts from Typekit in my document and since CC isn't loading, ID is not recognizing my fonts and so it is super slow.Anyone get this same error message or know what is going on?
