Heyy, I'm having some sort of issue on adobe portfolio where I have changed the text colour and it won't change, its still white and I have it selected as this aqua colour on the regular display, then it works on the scroll display as it is white as you can see in the images below. The blank space in the left corner is supposed to have the word 'portfolio', but its just not showing as the aqua colour!!

Hi Team, The Marketo emails that go out are not sync back into the D365 Contact Records ( under activity ) which would allow the rep more visibility of what is going out to their contacts/prospects. We dont want to use MSI, Is there any alternate solution to this? Emails that are sent from Marketo do not get tagged; or tracked; or logged against the existing contacts that are in Dynamics, and we want a solution to this?  

I recently needed to upgrade my cloud storage from the base 100gb to the 1tb plan. After going through the process of upgrading I opened illustrator like always and was prompted to sign in. After signing in I found that all my files were gone. After some investigation I found that all my files are still linked to my personal account (no longer active), and not my enterprise account. But here's the rub: my enterprise account and personal account are under the same email.  Thise means I can't give my personal account access through the enterprise account admin portal. Am I missing something? I was never prompted to auto migrate my files and I can't find a way to transfer files outside of individually giving access to each and every file (remember, there's over 100gb of files to transfer). I need access to these files ASAP and can't figure out a solution that isn't hugely time consuming.

Sorry if it is the wrong place. I'm trying to set up a siote using Portfolio and any changes I make to container size or margins doesn't have any effect in mobile version. What is happenning or how can I achieve this?As you can see, I set up a space in the left, but in the mobile version the text is too near the creen border.

Hello, I have a W.I.P Adobe Portfolio website. It hasn't been published yet. I want to publish it under my custom domain. First time I tried, it worked for a while, but when I checked a few days later, I found that the domain had been reset to ''.myportfolio.com'', instead of the ''.com'' custom domain I intended to use. I filled in the correct DNS values on the hosting service, I waited for the changes to be put through, but nothing worked. I've shared a screenshot blow of the message I get when I press ''To Apply" (sensitive information blurred for obvious reasons). Can someone help me with this?

I am a paid plan subscriber and I have no problem accessing my apps from one of my PC's via CC.  I have another PC that has CC installed and a trial account log in.  I have tried to change the log in to my paid account credentials and access my apps.  I can change the email and password to my paid account.  However, it shows no apps installed. If I install one of the apps in my plan,  CC says I have to purchase it. I have had no success in contacting a real person at Adobe to assist me.I would appreciate any assistance.Regards,Bob W

how do I select an object in a clipping mask without going inside clipping mask?

My previous credit card was stolen and i had forgotten to update the billing information on my account. but now whenever i press "Edit billing and payment" a blank white box appears and for a split second  the buttons to edit appears aswell but then it dissappears instantly. i have tried resetting my cookies restarting my pc done it on my phone but nothing has helped me.English is not my first language so sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes

2 people on different devices have told me they cannot open an image on my Portfolio, it asks for a login. All other images open & I can open it on my pc. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey all, I have had an issue with my adobe portfolio site displaying the wrong previous Favicon only on project pages for over a year now. I created the site when I had a previous logo, and have since updated the logo. I have gone through and changed the Favicon on the back end of the site, and it has updated when on main pages like groups of pages, but on individual pages, it reverts back to the original Favicon. I can't seem to get it to change, even after removing the Favicon completely, leaving for a day, and adding it back multiple times. At this point its been so long I've just had to accept the result. I've also tried viewing on new devices, wiping cookies and cashe, and different browsers. All no luck. It seems to be on the website side, and I'm not sure why individual project pages are different than other kinds of pages, and why those specifically are stuck on the old Favicon, despite the update. For reference, the red "H" logo is the old one, and the

Hi, Apologies if this isn't the right forum for this. I have the Photography plan (Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, 20GB cloud storage). I almost entirely use Lightroom Classic on my mac and sync various collections to Adobe Cloud to do simple edits on the go - I look at these photos and edit them on my iPad and phone. I've previously imported photos directly onto the iPad and accidentally switched on my camera roll import on my phone - but I've switched that off and have since deleted the files. As far as I understand, synced photos from Lightroom Classic do not take up my allocated cloud space, and the number of photos I sync doesn't seem to affect the amount of cloud storage space I have. Adobe currently tells me that I am using 4.1GB of my space, however I can't work out what is taking up this space. When I'm unsuccessful in following support articles, specifically for Adobe Sign, I'm unable to determine if the articles are outdated, if it's user error on my part or something else. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to determine these things. Outdated article vs plan limits vs custom settings?1. Is there a standard way to determine if an article is outdated, not applicable due to plan limitations, subject to differences based on custom options, etc.? I see dates at the top of articles, but that doesn't tell me if it's up to date. I know some articles include "Note" boxes that indicate some differences based on plan types & account settings. Hello everyone, I´m living in an area with a rather bad internet connection (Germany, maximum of 35 MBit/s).I noticed that quite often the "Adobe Installer (32-Bit)" downloads something (?) in the background and uses my whole bandwidth, which makes it literally impossible to work fluently, write emails or quickly check some web links.I also don´t want to force-close the process in the task manager because who knows what trouble this will cause again.So - question to ADOBE first: Why don´t you start listenting to your customers and remove the "bloat-ware" that no one needs as long as the products are not running on purpose?Next question: How can I solve this issue? I just had a "downtime" of more than one hour because of the Adobe Installer blocking all other traffic. thanks for any helpregardsDennis

Hi, I recently decided to upload my pictures from Lightroom Classic on Adobe Cloud services to access these from anywhere and have an online backup of my content. For this purpose, I upgraded my 20Gb storage to 1Tb. Since I've started to upload my files and synchronize my pictures on the Cloud, storage still appears at only 6.50Gb. However, given the amount of data uploaded and synchronized, it should be several hundreds of Gb's ! I've tried many diffenrent things, ensuring that all my app's were up-to-date, but I'm stuck at 6.50Gb and that's very annoying ! I've been checking the figure from Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, Lightroom online, Creative Cloud Desktop and Online. All indicate 6.50Gb .... I'm quite sure I have much more online, and if it's not the case I'm even more worried about this ! Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution ? Thanks !
