Hey, I have a huge problem, I can't uninstall single apps from my PC, like Ai, Ps, Ae, Pp. I tried to uninstall whole Creative Cloud, but theres an error that says I have Adobe apps on my pc so it can't be deleted. I have installed Ae 23.1, but when I installed newest version I have 2x Ae on my PC. They are both ~3.5Gb so its annyoing.can anyone help?

Hello, I haven't logged into my CC account for a while but I realized I needed some photoshop and illustrator files I kept in my creative cloud. Now I don't see any files in there. Will you please help me?

My Adobe Cloud storage is not working now, when I logged in to Creative Cloud the status showed "Libraries is syncing: up to date" I tried to test by uploading the folder+file on my laptop then I logged in my PC and checked the uploaded file from my laptop. but the folder stays still. How can I fix it? FYI: previously when I operated with file/folder in my Cloud storage, it showed a notification message and also showed some tag done status in the file/folder name. 

Hi, can anybody help on how to remove old creative cloud folder from quick access? already tried Remove Creative Cloud Files folder shortcut from the Navigation panel | Windows (adobe.com) but not working. Now i have two creative cloud  

i want to install adobe creative clous and photoshop on a M1 macbook air running ventura but i cant use the installer because it requires admin, is there a way to get a drag and drop DMG installer for CC personal subscription? i tried moving it from another mac but it didnt work?

I would like to report a very annoying bug. After the latest windows 11 update i keep getting long broken Creative Cloud Files Personal Account icon in my Windows Explorer ( with very long name ).I've deleted the icon in windows Registry but it keeps popping up. I've talked with the support and removed the CC app on my PC and installed the newest version, but the icon keeps poping up every time i restart my PC.Any solution for this? Thank you!

Hello, I am a teacher and our institution give us an account attached to our email so we can use all adobe apps. My question is... When I use creative cloud apps with my teacher profile, can I use the personal storage? So no files are shared with the institution?I would like to use it for personal use just to learn, and edit some personal photos. I can't afford an account for myself.Best Regards.

Mich stört der Creative Cloud Ordner auf dem Desktop. Leider kann ich diesen nicht auf herkömmliche Art löschen. Wie bekomme ich den von meinem Desktop weg?

Adobe will no longer sync CC files effective Feb 1st, but the files on your local PC should not be affected. However, all the files on my local computer are now all gone. Unfortunately, I was unable to backup my files, which is my work from the past 10 years. Can somebody help me? The Virtual Chat is no help. 

Hallo, der Dienst mit den synchronisirten Daten wurde ja jetzt eingetellt. Ich hatte davor alle Daten schon entfernt. Ich kann jetzt nicht nachvollziegen wieso noch 16% belegt sein sollten. Es werden auch keine Daten (die insgesamt diese Größe aufweisen) angezeigt. Weiß jemand wie sich das erklären lässt? Ich hätte gern alles restlos gelöscht.  

Hi all — Does anyone know how to completely get rid of Cloud Storage in the Creative Cloud app? Occasionally I get a red exclamation mark in my desktop toolbar which means it's not syncing properly. I've never used Cloud Storage and never will and so just want to completely disable it for all my CC apps. Not within the apps but the storage itself so I don't have any error messages again? Thanks

I've been using Lightroom CC ever since it was published, my entire photo library is in it's cloud. I need to  buy a 2TB plan, but since Adobe is not available for direct purchase in Serbia, my subscription is via Apple's App Store on Mac.  There, I only have an option for a 1TB plan, monty or yearly: Adobe's chat support directs me towards Apple support, Apple support directs me towards Adobe, which is more reasonable, it's their app.  The only "solution" I got from Adobe was to make a new account in a different country and then they will be able to help me upgrade my storage, but I'm using this account for over a decade and that seems like a very patchy solution that I don't trust.  Does anyone have an idea how I'd be able to upgrade my storage on my account? 

I do not understand why the name of the local Creative Cloud folder on macOS (14.3.1) is no longer "Creative Cloud Files" but follows the following pattern:Creative Cloud Files Personal Account <emailaddress> <string_of_24_uppercaseLetters_and_numbers>@AdobeID Since when is this and why has it to be so? It bothers me to have such a long name in the Finder's sidebar...

Since today, I can't log in.. not in the creative cloud cloud app, not online...Who knows what to do? I always get this message:

I use both Lr and LrC and as part of their installations, Adobe installed Creative Cloud.exe. and set it up to run when Windows 11 starts up, so it is always running in the background. During tax prep season (now) I use HR Block tax prep software, including H&R Block Business 2023. When I started this program I was getting frequent crashes, sometimes with a diagnostic, sometimes no diagnostic. In the latter case the program either disappeared or just stopped running requiring that I kill it with Task Manager. Sometimes the diagnostic said the file containing a saved return was corrupted. It is noteworthy however, that the failures took many forms and occurred in different places in the program but didn't take long to start happening once you opened the program. I then engaged in a very tedious debugging project, starting with a "clean boot", which requires disabling all services and disabling all startup programs. Hello. I am using adobe portfolio and would like to create a drop down navigation menu for one of my pages. Here is the example: I have three pages : Work , Play and About. The work page has three projects. The Play and About page are single pages (not what im concerned about). However, when I click on the work tab I am brought to my home page which lists three projects. When you click a project, obviously you are redirected to that project. Now when on that project page, and you hover over the work tab in the nav bar, nothing happens. When you click it, you are brought back to the home page.   Is it possible to create a drop down menu in the nav bar that highlights the sub pages within a main page when you hover over it? So im viewing project 1 and i want to view project 2. Rather than clicking work, being redircted to home page, then selecting project 2, I want to hover over work tab in the nav and have the option to select a different project from there.. is this

I've had my site up and running through Adobe Portfolio for three months now, without issue. I can see in my desktop app that synchonizing services will be stopped? I pay for this service? And now it will be stopped without any compensation?And where are my files going? 50GB hours of work? Dear Adobe: raising prices and cutting services for loyal customers without proper information how to handle is - at least to say - a not very consumer friendly way to work.
