I want to take two videos of the same size and shape and create an uploadable reel for social media with the videos as separately playable and side by side. I think FB used to allow this on business pages, but doesn't anymore. In order to do it, I had to create this on my personal page, make it public, then share it on my business page which was not ideal at all and very time consuming. I think there must be a way to do it with Adobe Express perhaps? I haven't ever used that but wondered if anyone else had tried to do this. Must have though; it seems like an obvious thing to do.

Hi!  My name is Karrigan and I graduated college this past December. While in college, I had access to Adobe through my school.  Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts.  I created a new personal account and was able to transfer my old projects to my new account but I lost access to my old Behance.  The profile is still there even though the account has been deactivated.  How do I gain access or transfer my Behance account?  My old username is "karriganjones1" and my new one is "karriganjones".  Hope someone can help!  Thanks!!

wrong charge despite discount verification confirmation They told me that my student product was ending, they asked me to check if I would continue to be a student, they confirmed that I am now a teacher at that university, they told me that the verification was correct but when the month arrived, they charged me the normal charge.

Hello, Windows 10.Creative Cloud file syncing is disabled. Going to: Creative Cloud Desktop / Settings / Syncing says:"You don't have access to manage preferences for SyncingPermission fro your IT administrator may be required." I have no IT department. This is just me and my new computer. What am i supposed to do?

Доступ к приложениям и службам Adobe может быть ограничен». До этого был пакет программ в 19, потом я ими не пользовался и как оказалось на компе еще что-то осталось. Скачал утилиты для полного удаления, удалил но проблема не решилась от слова полностью, буду благодарен за подсказку что делать

Why the website is so complicated and a bit chaotic? Here's what I mean. Let's check.From the index page we get here https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop.htmlFrom that page, in case we notice a tiny link at the bottom, we get here.And only from that page we can get to the full updates list, mentioned above. What are these quests for?! Why do you make multiple pages with some pieces of information instead of one well structured blog post directly on the index page? The Adobe website is not user friendly at all and needs to be improved. IMHO.

I'm running v5.9.0.373 of Creative Cloud Desktop on an Intel Mac running OS X 12.6.1. Recently, the Adobe Content Synchronizer seems to have begun spawning huge numbers of instances of Adobe Content Synchronizer Helper -- I currently have 90 running, along with 5 instances of Adobe Crash Handler. Each one seems to use only minimal amounts of CPU time, but I'm fairly sure that whatever the Helper is doing, it doesn't need 90 copies running simultaneously. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and are there known causes and fixes?

I have creative cloud installed on my computer for a long time and some adobe applications that I use such as photoshop, premiere pro, after effects, media encoder, photoshop beta. I can open and run these applications in windows and use them without any problems. However, when I open creative cloud, only a few applications are listed in the installed applications. For example, photoshop appears with the "install" button as if it is not installed on my computer. I was working as normal, today, connected to the cloud and everything was fine. At one point, I went to work on another file and I saw that I had a sync error.  Then I saw that most of my folders were gone.  I watched as the last 2 literally disappeared in front of my eyes. As the owner of all of our folders at the office, I needless to say panicked, because the folders vanishing on my computer SHOULD cause them to vanish on everyone else's computer.  Fortunately that did not happen.  I looked and found about 80% of the folders in my trash can, so I was able to restore them immediately, but our most frequently used folder was no where to be found. After shutting down everything else on my computer, starting and restarting the sync several times, it began to recover that folder.  Of course, it had 3600 files in it, so it's taking about 2 hours to restore, which makes me completely unproductive for those 2 hours (thus why I have time to type this).I contacted Ado

So, yesterday I restarted my machine (MBP 2019, OS 13.5). I noticed that my local creative cloud folder was syncing, which I thought was strange because it was synced before the restart, so there shouldn't be anything to sync. But, whatever, maybe it's a glitch. This morning I had to restart again, and now it is syncing 21,000+ files! And taking hours, during which I can't work on the files that I need to use. There was only one file that was changed. So, two questions:Why is it syncing the entire folder? And, there are not 21,000 (seeable) files in that folder, I keep things lean.Why does it have to sync every time I restart? This is distressing since I can't work. I checked to make sure I was logged into the correct account, and I am. (I have both work and personal accounts. The work account is administered by IT as part of an Enterprise plan. The personal one is the Photography plan.) What is going on? Suggestions on how to fix, please?  Thanks.  

Dear Creative Cloud Experts,I recently purchased the Creative Cloud App Apps plan and would like to install older versions of Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effect on my 2010 MacBook Pro (latest MacOS is 10.13.6 and this laptop can't update further).However, on Creative Cloud, for example, when clicking Learn More (see photo01 in the attachment), when I get to Photoshop, in Versions, it doesn't have older versions (see photo02 in the attachment). This is odd because there are several videos on YouTube that users can find older versions that are compatible in the older MacOS.Where can I locate the older versions of Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effect on Creative Cloud so I can install them on my 2010 MacBook Pro?Thank you!  

Thank you, Adobe,You've outdone yourselves this morning; sending an e-mail to users with the announcement that file syncing will end, forcing the use of a disastrour cloud document function that only works with certain apps. Your support pages for this may as well have been written in cuneform , and the whole function (or lack of it) is a big fat middle finger to anyone who may find themselves unexpectedly without an internet connection, or by default through no fault of their own has an unreliable one.Well done.👍

Hi, I need help with my adobe creative cloud library.I was stil using the library last night and today I want to use it again and it's gone!All other libraries are still there but just this one is gone. (and Ive also noticed one of the last night deleted library came back today Please help, this library is very important to me and I dont have any backupsIve created this library with photoshop last monday.

...does this mean you'll finally stop soaking up background resources on my system, continuously, whether I'm running any Adobe applications or not!? I mean, surely this was only remaining excuse for literally dozens of background processes running, soaking up... let's see... at present, 470MB of Real Memory and approximately 1% of my CPU, even though I have not, nor have ever, used my Creative Cloud folder, have literally none of your applications open (including Creative Cloud), and have had sync paused since within 15 minutes of installing the apps in the first place!? Is this finally Adobe's concession that there are pieces of software they both they didn't write and that their user base have installed on their computers!?

How do I make this go smoother? I've tried to load this on to my creative cloud like 6 times. I have plenty of storage and I do this from my phone. Am I just a dumbass? Help. Thanks.

Hi there,I've recently been experiencing an issue with the Adobe Creative Cloud Files failing to sync correctly to my local drive on my computer. I had multiple folders shared with me on my Creative Cloud account and they were synced correctly (to the location 'D:\Adobe Sync Folder') and up to date. Last week I left one of the shared folders because I was finished using the files and wanted to remove the files from my local drive. I did this by going to the online Creative Cloud Web and selecting 'Leave' from the '3 dots' next to the folder, then resuming my file syncing for the Sync Folder to update. This is how i've done it for years and have had no issues. After this sync I noticed that all of my folders had been removed from the sync location on my local drive. I tried multiple quick fixes like pausing and resuming the sync, closing all programs, restarting the computer but nothing seemed to work. I thought this was just a random glitch so I left the issue over the weekend, and hop
