Hi everyone!I have a problem in updating photoshop If I select update on Creative Cloud app it starts to download but at about 10% it says me that my internet connection does not work.I have the same problem on my MAC PRO and omn my MACBOOKPRO using different internet connections.In any case my internet connection works fine for everthing else so I can't reallu understand what's going on!Any ideas?Thank you in advance for any help! Lorenzo

Good evening, I have a problem with the space in the cloud. I followed the advice I found on the internet and emptied everything inside the following links:https://assets.adobe.comhttps://lightroom.adobe.comhttps://documentcloud.adobe.comhttps://spark.adobe.comI also emptied the trash.The problem is that out of the 20 GB that I should have available, 11.8 GB are still being used, and at this point, my cloud is completely empty, except for 17 photos present in Lightroom CC with a total weight of 80 megabytes.How can I resolve this? I don't understand what is taking up this space. Thank you.  

In the latest version of Creative Cloud, users are now being shown a popup to "Level up with Adobe Express (Beta)." and a "Get Started" button. Clicking the button takes them to a webpage to get startet with Express.It is not immediately obvious to many users that this isn't something they have to do to keep using Creative Cloud and are contacting me for support. This pop up should be far more clear that this is optional, and should actually be off by default for any enterprise account which hasn't opted into the beta at least. The dialog box should have clear options between trying the beta, or just using Creative Cloud.  

I shared a CC library with a Intern but now I need to remove him. How do I remove him?

This is the third time I'm trying to get help in the past half year, because my Adobe Cloud storage is being metered wrong. Adobe Fresco iPad's one-year subscription of 5GB of storage space is currently 300% full, so I can't use all its functions. But my adobe cloud isn't actually full, since I don't store anything in it other than a couple of documents and iPad Lightroom photos. I use lightroom with a monthly subscription, which comes with 100GB of storage space, and my photos fit comfortably in it. However, this 100GB storage space is not displayed for the other adobe programs, they only see the 5GB that comes with the Fresco subscription, but the space occupied by my photos is still counted in . Therefore, it believes that the 5GB of storage has 15GB of data on it. What can be done?

I'm in the process of testing whether we can house our image libraries on Creative Cloud libraries for our designers and editors to easily access. Let me tell you, the test is not going great. I've been uploading images in batches (per shoot - about 100 images at a time, some JPG some TIF), then waiting for Creative Cloud to show 'File Sync: Up To Date' before uploading any more. I uploaded about 10 shoots worth of images. According to Creative Cloud, all complete. However, if I login via the web, I could only see four images and none of the extra groups/sub groups I created. Likewise, other creatives in our team could only see the same four images in their libraries. I noticed that despite Creative Cloud showing File Sync: Up To Date multiple times over multiple days, if I closed and opened the software, it would start the sync again, all the way to 100%. Hi,I want to increase the number of Adobe login users, how can I do?

I'm trying to restore a file that I deleted from Adobe Creative Cloud, but it won't load the files. I've attached a screenshot. I'm using Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2.  

As of yesterday my file syncing has been spinning for hours and then saying waiting for connection. It is happening on both my PC and laptop. Since it says it's waiting for connection after trying to sync I'm assuming the servers are under maintenance or something else. Anyone have an idea? If it helps at all normally I have little check marks next to all of my creative cloud folders but there is nothing showing now. I can still see all of my assets when I view from web, but nothing I change on either computer is uploading to the cloud. 

I had to reinstalled my Cretaive Cloud desktop app and XD app on a new mac machine, but my XD cloud libraries (Personal & shared) are not displaying / appearing / syncing within the desktop CC app, all my libraries are still appearing on the cloud but I can't get them to sync to my new desktop app, I am using creative cloud for teams. they just wont sync or appear on my new machine ? I have tried everything, waiting overnight to sync, pausing, re-installing, force quitting using cmd/alt/r, they still work on my old machine but not on my new M1 chip / Ventura 13.4 mac mini, basically the problem is I want the Libraries to appear in desktop app so all my files dont have broken links when I open them and I can work.

Adobe Creative Cloud has a feature to add your fonts to the cloud. In fact, that's what I did. Now I need to share a font from the cloud with another person. I wanted to download it, but it turned out that there was no such function. I deleted this font from my PC and I can't restore it except to download it from a cloud. So how do I get these fonts from the cloud on my PC?

My university has made Adobe accounts available to students.After months of use, when entering I was asked to login.After logging in (same email and password) my files are gone.Could someone help me to recover these files?

If any one can help, it would be great! My computer literally isn't letting me uninstal creative cloud because illustrator and photoshop are linked to it. Whenever I try to uninstal either one so I can delete the app as a whole, it leads me to the login/sign up screen. My account was a school account which has now been terminated. Its literally stuck on my laptop and I have no way of getting it off. How do I fix this?

Hi, I hear a couple weeks ago that I can save my photos to adobe creative cloud to save storage on my device. I have all of my photography session organized into different "Libraries" in Adobe Creative Cloud. But, I want them to also be in "Files". How can I copy. move, or merge them? I just want to be able to export photos to the cloud, and also have them organized in Libraries.

So finally I found where the synced files online is https://assets.adobe.com/files and now I need to download a folder(s) so I can then remove/delete it to solve the overstorage issue (had 1TB via company and downgraded to individual after leaving to 100GB so now I'm over the limit but can't sync all my files to desktop (the 140GB I have) and I can't go into each dir and download because it's a stupid thing to ask people to download thousands of indivual files and go through days of doing this for each single file. Is there any other way to get all my 140GB first? Then I can decide what I need to delete or have a back up of first and remove from CC storage.

Currently it is not possible to sort files within a library e.g. alphabetically. A sorting function would help a lot to organize the folders better.

I just wanted to sign in to my Creative Suite. Normally I recieve a sms from Adobe with the verification code. But today I received a sms from an e-mail address horikel548@gonaute.com with just six numbers. No extra text. I did not receive anything from Adobe. (I did not use the code to sign in but re-issued the code via mail). Is this some kind of fishing???

Hi There, I do have the basic 20GB plan with Creative Cloud on my Mac, and it suddenly appeared to be full. I deleted and removed about 6GB of files, but it keeps seeing the cloud as full (20GB / 20GB).I do not have files remaining either in the Deleted folder or in the Trash.Does it just need lots of time to sync? 2. Also, I do not have that many files on it, mostly jpegs. I do not really understand where those 20GB come.Anyone would know what is happening? Thank a lot for your answers. Best,Rémi

Creative cloud auto-update isn't working!! I've turned on automatic updates but I still have to do them manually.....then what's the point of automatic updates? Fix it please
