Maybe i am just new to creaative cloud and not doing it right. i moved all my photos into my creative cloud folder on my laptop. now trying to sync in creative cloud desk top is taking forever. Any suggestions??

I am working to hasten the startup time on my desktop.  As I went through the list of startup apps, I noticed that there appear to be two instances of Adobe CCX Process (each has slightly different icon - as per the attachment).  Is this appropriate or do I need to address something?ThanksAaron

Hello,the last few days , whenever inexport a video from premier pro to my creative cloud folder is not syncing. while i can find the video on my laptop whenever inopen the exact same folder from my iphone or ipad the video is not there. i used to do it with both photos and videos and it was always working normally. How can I solve this problem?

 I am trying to save my pdf downloads from safari and chrome directly into my creative cloud, but it will not let me save them because it's not authenticated, but when I click the link it just opens the app. How do I make it possible to save a pdf using the print option in chrome? Can I use creative cloud options in chrome using the print feature? Do I have to save a pdf of invoices a different way? thank you all so much.

Just several minutes ago, Adobe just laid a hand on me telling me I have unassigned licenses! What does this all mean? Because I never got this notification before! I'm not an administrator, I'm using the Individual All Apps Plan on Creative Cloud! What should I do?

Hi, i am trying to cancel my subscription which shows as an annual plan, paid monthly. I have been subscribed since 2021 and it is now 2023 and it is saying I need to pay $100+ to cancel for the remainder of my plan. how do I find the end date of my annual subscription as to cancel it there and then?

When I try to enable syncing, it says "Could not enable sync." I've tried basically every forum about this issue but none seem to fix mine. My Adobe plan should have 80GB of storage but when I go to the Creative Cloud website it shows 0 bytes available. Would very much appreciate any help!

Hello, Yesterday I just bought the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (20+ apps) from an online store that has a third party seller because it was on sale.  Yet most of the apps (especially Photoshop and Illustrator that I really need) are asking me for a trial use or to buy them (and I already bought them!).  What is going on here???  So I didn't directly buy from the Adobe website.  However, my account mentions that I am on a Free Plan membership and my serial number I got says that it is already in use but somewhere else it says it's an invalid format.  So NOTHING really mentions that I already purchased this product and I can't get ALL of the apps installed that I should be able to have.  I've looked around and somewhere people have said if I try to cancel a subscription (that I can't prove), I will be charged again.  I just want to use my product and ALL of the apps!!  Help!!

I am unable to access or use any of my apps without signing in. When I sgin in, it goes through and then immediately asks me to login again. This is the prompt I get. I have tried restarting, I have tried resetting password, I have tried 'repairing' the creative cloud app. I am not sure what to do. This seems like such a basic thing and I'm baffled that I can't find any concrete answers to this issue. I often need to embed files from one Adobe app into another app. For example, I'm trying to embed a Photoshop file into an Indesign file. I can't find a way to do this within Creative Cloud. The Photoshop file is saved on CC. However, I can't place it within my Indesign document from CC nor can I easily copy it into my CC library. As far as I can tell, the only way I can embed the document is by downloading it to my computer and either uploading it to my CC library or linking it from the computer. Since I use two different computers regularly, I prefer a cloud storage option. Am I missing something or is it actually impossible for me to work fully within CC to place one Adobe document in another?

I just updated to MacOS 13.3, and I am now getting messages saying that CCXProcess has crashed when I restart the machine. Any suggestions on how to make this stop happening?

Every time I restart my Mac (Ventura 13.3) the ccxprocess crashes. Great advice now tell me what to do if I have orphaned adobe apps like photoshop, 2 version of dimensions, 9 versions of substnce 3d, illustrator.... and when I try to "uninstall" then I get a nasty popup that says:  specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over and all the produc ts are still there???  Then if I run the uninstall tool ands select uinstall all (option 1) and select uninstall all from the list of 32 adobe products and upon rerunning it shows only fix host so all the apps should be uninstalled....But no I still have two versions or dimensions, nine versions of substance 3D, and several others still in the apps and features they are all still there and are still launchable??????

My adobe account linked to the email adress from my school recently expired. I can still login with the same email adress in all adobe services, but the Portfolio site I was working on is not visible anymore (because I don't have the option to login for company use, only for personal use). Would there still be a possibility to transfer the portfolio site from company use to personal use (as it is connected to the same account)?  I can still view the published portfolio website. Put quite a lot of work in it, would suck if it was gone. Thanks for help!

hello everyone, I have deleted my adobe portfolio website, however the link is still showing on google and takes you to an emty page. this is annoying because it pops up before my actual website. I was wondering if there is a way to stop it showing on google? thank you in advance.

This account is a few months old.I've made maybe 10 illustrator files.And here's CoreSync.exe sitting on 1.1GB of RAM.  I haven't used Illustrator since rebooting, and it's not the first time it's done this.I wouldn't mind it using e.g. 1/32 or 1/64 of the system's RAM, but it's not actually doing anything.Then there's the AdobeNotificationClient, AdobeUpdateService.exe, etcGuys, it doesn't take this much time, or this many resources to check if:A- my license is validB- there's anything to syncC- there's anything to updateThen after opening and closing Illustrator, it pivots to downloading 1.6gb of updates.If it was already sitting around doing nothing, why wait till I'm done, and moving on to a new task, before hogging all of my bandwidth.A few minutes laterCrossing my fingers for a time when there's are enough opensource disruptors that Adobe is forced to step up their game and drop the heavy handed act. I have five questions regarding Adobe Portfolio  1) With only 1GB per video file, is there a limit to how many videos can be uploaded?  2) Can more than one editor work on the website?  3) Will the number of visitors affect the bandwidth?  4) Will it work for a video website?  5) Is there a limit to how long the website will be active? 

I have had this problem for a long time now. I cant download any programms in the creative cloud, it always says, that I don't have enough memory, even though I have more than 200 GB available. I tried re-installing the creative cloud, creating new folders and I also waited months for new updates. Still, it doesn't work. The Support Chat-Bot says I have to make more space, but I don't think Adobe programms take 200 GB.Maybe anyone knows what to do or has the same problem?

Most of my libraries from creative cloud just disappeared. Not sure when or how, but they are just gone.I had files for our entire company from May 2020 to now saved on there in libraries. How could this happen? Seems to have happened when 2023 apps were installed. Online doesn't have libraries either. 

I have just retired from my university role and and thus lost my academic CC account. Now I have a full personal CC account. How do I transfer my Adobe Portfolio editing capabilty to the new account?? Grateful any help - or the means to talk to a human being in Adobe. Kevin

We started using CC libraries for our design team two months ago, and since then, I've run across a lot of sync problems.On a Friday afternoon, the primary admin account updated the assets.On a different computer on Monday, the aforementioned assets are no longer visible in the primary admin account. I believed that a sync would take place after three days. Did the exact same work on Monday to meet the deadline. Libraries were updated. Then Tuesday arrives, and all the adjustments I made on Friday began to overlap with the work I completed on Monday.Does anyone know how long it takes for new assets/updated assets in a library to become effective or visible in other users' libraries?
