Hello,My Mac got destroyed due to water spill and I need to urgently install phtoshop and illustrator on wondows 8. However adobe asks me to update to windows 10, without giving me paycheck for it. How can i install and use photoshop on windows 8?

The dialogue box states that Photoshop did not complete loading. How do I restart Photoshop so it will load and  I can use this service I paid for?

I have my own paid subscription to the Creative Cloud but logged in several weeks ago and unexpectedly was presented with the option of signing in with my company. I declined because, even though I have an email account associated with this company, I am paying for the subscription myself. By declining I somehow ended up with all trial software. How can I get my own account back?

Hello how are you? I'm helping my client "EMAIL REMOVED", she is having a problem with Photoshop on her iMac 27 inch 2015 (MacOS Sierra v10.12) where when trying to open Photoshop it calls the Adobe Application Manager application which does the license verification process, but it results in the screen saying that the license was not found, as the package was recently purchased.   How to proceed with this question, she really needs to use Photoshop...   [personal information removed for your protection][This is a public forum, not Adobe support, please do not post personal information]  

Hello,I bought one year plan. then i downloaded Photoshop via creative cloud desktop.after downloaded the photoshop however, when i open it. it showed 7 days left in trail. I really wonder what's happening. cos when i check my visa card. i already paid for monthly service. So any one please explain to me why this happen and what i should do?

Hi everyone! Hoping to get some help on this, cause I'm so confused.  So, I just upgraded my Adobe account from a free user to a creative cloud user. Unfortunately, that change has potentially deleted all my active profiles (behance). When I tried logging into my Behance account, the system seems to assume that I'm a brand new user, because I have no access to my old messages, old profile preferences, moodboards, appreciations etc. The old account seems to be nonexistent.  Has anyone experienced this before, if so, how do I get the old account/preferences/messages etc back? Please and thanks

We are using AEM 6.1, jQuery 1.12.4 version. There is a requirement to upgrade jQuery to 3.5 + and followed https://jquery.com/upgrade-guide/3.0/ftiSo when tried upgrading to jquery-3.6.0.min.js version without minification in Adobe Granite HTML library the site is working fine. But when minification is turned on the site is breaking and i found out the error we are getting in jQuery minification file i.e.,

Hi Guys, Can I use my Adobe Creative Cloud Express license on a company computer?Is it legal?I don't want to cause any licensing issues in the company 

I can still open the apps if I type them in the search bar of my pc. I can still download apps from the browser version, but I cannot update or uninstall apps because the Adobe Creative Cloud refuses to open. I have treid everything from uninstalling it, to reinstalling, to restarting my pc, and everything that I read in this link: https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/adobe-creative-cloud-will-not-open/td-p/9468229#sa_src=web-messaging It refuses to open. I close it in task manager but it still does nothing. Whenever I run the application, the only thing that pops up is a notification for updates in the bottom right. When I click it to open the creative cloud, nothing happens. Please help! 

Hallo zusammen,vor einiger Zeit hatte ich mal das Fotografen-Abo. Dieses habe ich gekündigt, weil ich Lightroom nicht genutzt habe. Ich besitze eine MasterCollection CS6 Lizenz. Seitdem ich das Abo ausgelaufen ist, wird PS CS6 jedoch nicht mehr geöffnet. Es wird immer der Lizenzstatus der Creative Cloud Photography geprüft und die Eieruhr läuft und läuft. Sonst kam immer die Aufforderung das Abo zu verlängern. Das möchte ich aber nicht.  Woran liegt das? Was kann ich tun? Danke für euere Anregungen. 

When i click on "sign in with google" a new browser tab opens and i am able to choose the corespondent google account. But after that, 50% of the time it's loading forever and the other 50% i get redirected to an Error Page. The Error message is diffrent everytime but i might aswell post the last one here."dca8afa8-bc5b-4655-92c5-7021e3c32858" I hope someone is able to help me, i need the adobe services to work, help is greatly appreciated. Tobias

This is kind of a joke, after merging of account(I suppose that after that) I've lost lightroom 6 from my account, also I've lost my plan of Creative Cloud, whole invoice history also dissappeared.My plan was paid in advance for one year, still 3 months left. Cannot contact support, coz I have no app in my subscription, so I cannot use phone supportWhat the heck!

Hello,I'm really sorry to contact you but I am racking my brains as I can no longer access my subscribed apps.The creative cloud installer runs and then attempts to open Creative Cloud, it then fails, a short blue wheel appears next to the cursor and then nothing. Each time I try to run it I get the same issue.I then cannot install photoshop or lightroom and am getting extremely frutrated with trying to troubleshoot.I have uninstalled my apps via Advanced Uninstaller Pro 13Any help will be greatly appreciated.Many Thanks In AdvanceLiam 

Hello, I have a really specific but really important question about my account. I am going round in circles on this website, and just getting lists of questions that are not my question, with no option to actually speak to anyone. This page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html repeatedly lists options of phone, chat or forum, but only the forums have live links. "Contact us" leads to menues and Q&As but not to a way to actually "contact Adobe". Adobe has turned its empire into a "subscription model" but then treats customers as if they made a one-off purchase. I recall it was SO EASY to talk to someone when I first signed up. But now seemingly impossible.Any ideas / suggestions appreciated. Thanks.PS: I cannot post this without selecting one of 6 topics below, NONE of which are relevant to my problem. So much for articial intelligence. 

Bonjour,Suite à une réinstallation de mon système (Windows 7) sur un disque SSD, mon système windows est installé sur ce dernier portant la lettre A:\.Mon ancien disque système sert donc pour mes données à présent et garde la lettre C:\.Creative cloud s'installe donc automatiquement sur le disque SSD système (A:\). Hors suite à différent problème d'identification, on me conseille d'nstaller Creative Cloud sur le disque C:\ pour ne plus avoir de souci. Mais comment faire étant donné que le programme vient automatiquement s'installer sur le A:\Merci d'avance pour votre aide.Hi all,Can someone tell me how to install Creative Cloud on my C:\ Please?My system drive is A:\ and CC is automatically installing on it but my Identification don't work and an adobe agent tell me to install it on the C:\ drive.Thanks

Creative cloud is not starting. It has worked before, Until i did a fresh reinstall of windows. After running the installer and installing it Simply nothing happens, Only sign of It being open is on the system tray Although after a Split seconds it dissapears. Uninstalled CC ran the Adobe Cleaner tool then Installed CC again, Yet still no success.....Any ideas?Sincerly, Paul.

Hello! I'm trying to solve a printing issue where Photoshop crashes every time I try to print. I currently have Photoshop CS5 Extended version 12.0 x64 and I'm running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on a Macbook Pro. I saw a post that updating to version 12.0.4 might resolve the issue, but the link on that page was dead. I also found another post here with an updated link in the comments, but that one didn't work either (it brought me to an FTP that gave an error message: There was a problem connecting to the server "ftp.adobe.com". The share does not exist on the server. Please check the share name, and then try again.)I spoke to several Adobe representatives, but none of them were able to provide me with a link to the update so they recommended I post here.Does anyone have a link to Photoshop CS5 version 12.0.4 for Mac?  Thanks,Matt

Eu tentei baixar a avaliação gratuita do photoshop, mas ao abrir o Adobe CC, todos os aplicativos estão marcados como incompatíveis. Ao clicar no photshop, ele diz que preciso do windows 10 1607, ou posterior, mas eu tenho uma versão do windows 10 muito acima desta. Se alguém puder por favor ajudar, eu agradeceria, tenho que resolver este problema o mais rápido possível, pois eu preciso do pacote adobe para minhas lições da faculdade

NO logro cancelar la versión de prueba o suscripción de Adobe. NO me aparece la opción para hacerlo, ya hice todos los pasos y no tengo habilitada la opción de cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. ¿Suele ser asi? ¿saben si el plan se deshabilita automáticamente?
