Questions

I have CS6 (disks) and need to purchase a new computer which has windows 11 on it. Will CS 6 work on Windows 11?  If not, do I have any options to make it run smoothly?  I do not want to get the cloud version of CS as its too expensive for me being on a fixed income.   

I downloaded the dmg file (2.9GB). Nothing happens when I click on Open button in pop up. I purchased Adobe DC Pro.

J'ai tout nettoyé, bien suivi les instructions sur le site d'adobe creative cloud etc.. et meme les solutions avancées, j'ai enlevé les anciennes appli adobe etc... verifier tout et ça ne fonctionne pas... avez vous deja rencontré ce probleme... je ne sais plus quoi faire . HELPP!!! Pouvez vous m'aider?... j'ai en plus des travaux à rendre a des clients... merci si vous avez une solution ou si vous avez rencontré ce probleme.Bon week end à vous.

I have two computers, call them Desktop and Laptop. I have an annual subscription to CC through April 2017. Both computers running current version of Windows 10.1. On the Desktop, I had been working in Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC yesterday and everything was fine. 2. This morning after booting my Desktop (internet was and is available), I tried to open Lightroom and I got a sign in screen (I've never seen this screen). I clicked to go the next screen and it said I was signed on. Then it just continued to loop back to the sign in screen. (Same result when I tried to start Photoshop).3. I opened the Create Cloud App (which is set to start and log in automatically). It said to upgrade Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC to the June 2016 release. After upgrading, the buttons next to these two app names said something like "Trial". 4. I can open both Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC but when I view Help/System Info, it says I have a trial license. (Both Lightroom and Photoshop indicate I am signed

I have a MacOS Monterey 12.2.1 operating system.  I recently tried to upgrade my Photoshop program which apparently caused me to have to install the Creative Cloud program.  This has caused issues on my Mac. The program keeps telling me there is an error and it needs to download again because of corruption or some error.  I have tried to just uninstall but it gives me a warning it is attached to other programs on my computer.  Do I need Creative Cloud?

Hi! I Hope all of you is fine.2 hours ago, i downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud setup. But i notice that when i run the setup, the ui is kinda weird. It's looks unloaded html, i think its not suppose to look like that, i think the ui suppose to look cooler.I hope that i can find the solution. Thankyou-koreon

I've been searching for a relatively easy way to uninstall CS3 premium after a Migration Assistant from a Macbook Pro (El Capitan, 10.11.6) to a new Macbook pro (Monterey 12.2.1). I wished to keep the older system macbook for continued CS3 use, so I didn't uninstall before the migration.  After several days of frustrating research I've tried all of the olnline and Adobe suggestions with no luck. The cleanest unistall should have been using the sanctioned Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (v. 4.3.0.201). After download and installling, (with the required addtion of Rosetta), authorizing, accepting license, it did find my CS3 version on my system (yay). The only option in the first panel window is to highlight my CS3, then use "Cleanup Selected' button. The next popup window has a non-highlighted buttton option saying "Try Uninstall"... which is worthless, nothing happens. I have transferred to a new PC and re-downloaded Photoshop Elements 2013 onto it. When I open it and log in, it accepts the serial number but says that it is already in use.However, when I open it up on the old PC and go to log out, it says 'no internet connection' when there clearly is.So I ask support to reset my activations but they refuse saying that they cannot support an old product. I say I do not want support, only to reset the activations but it's still a hard no followed by 'sell sell sell'.What can I do?

I'm paying for the adobe suite every month. At each facturation day (the 17th of each month like today), I'm unable to use my adobe application (illustrator, reader, etc.) and this is very anoying. It is always the same thing everymonth and the day after (18th), my account is reactivated. My payment informations haven't changed, so it is not a payment problem (or maybe just a payment delay with my credit card that I do not control). It seems like a pretty simple issue that adobe should solve. Thank you,

Hi! I subscribed (yearly plan, monthly payment) to Adobe a year ago. I know that I had to pay the whole first year, unless I would have been charged. Now the year is over and due to financial situation, I may have to cancel the subscription. My question is, whenever I subscribe again, can I pay just for using the products for one month? Is there any chance? I just don't want to pay the whole year, I think I'm gonna use my applications (Premiere Pro etx) only few times a year. 

Hello everyone.I started a 7 days trial of an Adobe application and didn't cancel my plan on time so it tried to charge me the price of the 1st month but couldn't do it (I had no intention to suscribe so didn't have money) and now my account is blocked and can't do anything until I pay, can't cancel my suscription (which is what I'd like to do) or my account. If anyone knows how to cancel I'd really appreciate your help.

Hi everyone, Basically what the title says. I have a previous version of AE, PS, etc. and I can't install anything newer, getting the message: "Installation failed. Retry or Reboot" Error Code P64".  Normally I would've uninstalled everything and went from scratch, but here's why I came here first:1) I'm not sure what the "Error Code P64" refers to, because it's not in the list of Adobe's installation errors.2) I have a ton of stuff setup in AE that will be a huge pain to setup again. This wouldn't be an issue if I at least knew what the Error P64 is. Anyone?

Is anyone experiencing the issue where you have current versions of Bridge Lightroom and Photoshop yet Creative Cloud says they need to be updated and then you end up with 2 installations of each product?   The newest and the previous versions.  My Adobe Bridge CC 2015 just finished installing when I already had Bridge CC 2018.  Same with LR and PS.  Camera RAW CC?  No clue there...   The Creative Cloud version I have states version 4.7.0.400 but I'm not sure if this is the correct version or not.  Does anyone with Adobe or users know about this problem?  Thanks.

Just installed LRC 10.3. No problem. Advised of update to 11.2. Initiated update install. Failed. All 'Retry' attempts fail. Advised that it's incompatible!! Nothing has changed on the PC except the installation of a 2Gb NVidia GPU on PCIe bus but Photoshop has no problems whatsoever.

I 'fixed' the issue a couple of weeks ago, but as PS is updated regularly, the old version I was successfully using was decomissioned and now NONE of the available versions are going to work for me. I can't just go buy a new computer and I have work that needs done NOW. Is there any way to get an older version of PS without stealing or getting some kind of malware? 

I cannot download Adobe even theough I have paid for it and have a subscrition
