So I just strated my free 7 days test of photoshop . But the downloading link that i received on my email just redirect me to the same page (the one where you reclaime this downloading link), so i don't have the opportunity to download it, anyone got the solution ? I'm on a chromebook, thanks !

So this issue only started today and its seriously getting on my nerves, the stupid application will just open itself up without me doing anything adobe related, it seems to be every time i open or close an application it will just pop up and its insanely annoying, Please help me because id quite like to keep my adobe products i pay for but if the application keeps randomly opening ill be cancelling and uninstalling everything adobe.

I had Windows and changed to Mac. Now when I try to import photos from my external file I get an error DSC.3337.NEF This never happen with Windows. What is going on and how can I fix this??? 

I'm setting up my new laptop, I download creative cloud, but when I try to run setup. I keep getting this message. Anyone know what I can do?

So this is a weird one and it's been happening for the past six months or so. The creative cloud 2018 desktop app won't keep my apps like After Effects or Premiere Pro up to date like it should. I'm on the most recent version of Mac OSX and my machine has the hardware to run things, I just think it could be a problem with the app itself. For example, my AE app has stayed in 15.0.1 probably since it released or since I had a similar problem updating from the previous version to the most recent. For those of you who don't know already you can update to the most recent version by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling by choosing the most recent version. I'm not sure why the CC app won't update my apps, the recent versions won't appear in the 'Other versions' section of each app either, so it's incredibly weird. Just wanted to bring this up and see what people are experiencing and if there's a fix yet.

Hi, I've been trying to work with Adobe IT but this is going nowhere.  Last night I updated my CC desktop app to the newest version, but when the app opened the only available program to install or update is Lightroom. Bridge and Indesign still work on my computer, but Photoshop won't open at all. I keep getting an error without an error code, it just says that there's an issue with the Application Manager and gives me a link to go to. When I open the link in my browser, it just sends me to my CC web portal. Under Photoshop, the web portal states that the app is available for install on my device. I go to install it and another error sans error code pops up just saying that it's unavailable. The Adobe tech guy I've been chatting with insisted that I update my OS, I did and nothing happened. He had me uninstall and reinstall CC desktop. I did and nothing happened.  Can anyone help me out? I need Photoshop for work amd this is killing me.  I'm running Window

Hi, Since some updates of Creative Cloud, I get an error message in the main windows of Creative Cloud; "You have not access to management features of applications - To manage applications, may be you need an administrator autorisation".  But I am administrator of my laptop (Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042). What can I do for this issue? Thanks! Michel

I have tried all the tips, the advance techniques and even the CreativeCloudCleanerTool (the one that is used from the command window) but Premiere Pro and After Effects just will not update or install (as I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling them). The installer has run for a couple of hours The other apps and Lightroom Classic update no problem, taking somewhere between 5 to 20 minutes each, depending on the app. What can I do about Premiere Pro and After Effects as both are currently uninstalled, and refuse to install?  

I have downooaded the PS Elements into the new pc Win 10.  I am unable to get past the sign in prior to use.  Tried numerous times using by Amazon product code.  Can some hlpe please, very frustrating. This error code is not recognised:Something went wrongPlease try again later. Premiere Pro, Media Editor, and the Adobe Creative Cloud apps are all failing to begin. They will all start with a screen that says "You have been logged out of your account, please sign back in" then load for a while, and then ask me to sign in. When I click the "sign-in" button however, I am quickly forced out of the log-in screen and am informed that "I am unable to reach Adobe servers" and that I should "check my firewall", which I did and there does not seem to be any issue there. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps only to run into the same issue.  I have also tried downloading the apps on a different computer but it won't let me sign into adobe stuff there either. Is this happening for anyone else? I downloaded the 7 day free trial of adobe Premiere pro last Sunday and it has been working fine until today. I have two macOS High Sierra's version 10.13.6 that I have been using. If this is a personal account problem, who can I contact to help me resolve the iss

Hallo, seit heute Mittag komme ich nicht mehr in die Mac App der Creative Cloud. Sowohl deinstallation und neue Installation haben nichts gebracht. Auch "reparieren" in der Adobe Creative Cloud Deinstallations App brachte nichts. Habe dann die Verbindungen einmal aufgehoben über den Browser. Aber auch eine erneute Anmeldung bringt nichts. Nun steht nur noch die Fehlermeldung bei den Anmeldeversuchen: "Fehler Bei dieser Aktion ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es später erneut.". Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch tun soll. Kann mir jemand helfen? Auf dem iPhone funktioniert alles ohne Probleme. Danke

Hello all,I am wondering if anyone had gone through the same frustrating experience with Adobe support via the Chat channel. It is a virtual nightmare.Recently, i decided to continue with the Adobe Lightroom CC subscription after a 3 months free subscription.So, i initiated a chat hoping that Adobe could facilitate the subscription as due to a unknown reason, i could not complete it online due to limitation on the form.It took me 4 attempts (4 different days) with different support staffs before i finally got my subscription done.I had chatted with the Sales, Technical and Billing team on different occasions.My horror experience:1- I asked for monthly billing, but it was setup and billed as annual - reason given was he got confused with another client he was supporting the same time. Asked me to wait for 20 minutes and the changes will be reflected on the system. I was asked to logout and login from my profile to check later. After 1 day, nothing changes. I had to contact Adobe again a

My light room shows develop module disabled and says to renew my subscription. well my account has never stopped and my subcription is paid each month with auto pay and appears to be active.  I need acces to my all my presets and i am not able to get to them. it has given me a message to redownload the app but that does not down load for me.  can you please guide me as to what i need to do to get me back up and running. thanks    

Hi, I have my adobe suite on disks (not creative cloud), my suite was installed on my C drive, now I have a exterior hard disk (F drive), and wish to install the suite on this drive because C drive is full. But when I tried to do that, I realized there was only C drive installation available from the installation disks. I saw on the adobe support that when you have a subscription on Creative Cloud it is possible by managing preferences to install where you want. But when it is from disk is there a way to do that too ? I am on windows 10 and my computer is now on "install all new applications on F:" But that does not work with my disks... Any solution ? Thank you !

176 fault I am already suceesfully running 2000 it will not update now putting that impossible fault tried to get rid of this fault previously spent 4-5 days on it as I would have like 2021 version I havie no NETWORK drive attached

When i try to download phooshop it tells me to email myself a link. ive done this many times now and when i click on the link it just sends me back to the original screen telling me to email it to myself again. Anybody know why this is.

I have a subscription already but CreativeCloud is saying I need to renew it.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mir letzte Woche vom Media Markt  die Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 MAC OS Studenten Version gekauft und zum 2x angemeldet. In meinem Account sehe ist meine Windows Version, die ich ebenfalls auf einem Notebook mit Windows System im Einsatz habe. Alles ging gut bis ich die S/N bekommen habe. In meinem Account versuchte ich die S/N zu finden oder eben einzugeben oder zu suchen, ohne Erfolg. Der Supporter von Adobe (Englisch) hat es auch nicht geschafft diese zu Installieren, stattdessen installierte er mir die Cloud Version mit einer anderen S/N die ich nicht will.Auch deinstallierte er mir die Photoshop Version CS6 die ich letztes erworben habe. Ich bin also sehr enttäuscht darüber wie vorgegangen wurde. Ich bitte euch um deutsche Hilfestellung, dringend denn ich sollte verschiedene Aufgaben noch erledigen!

I know this is a really old thread... but for some reason, I've just started encountering this problem.I've been using the boxed set of CS6 Production Premium for years. I recently subscribed to CC, and now Creative Suite is telling me there's an update for Photoshop CS6. When I run it, it fails with the U44M1P7 error. The logs indicate that some files are "corrupted".I've renamed the folders that the article mentions, I've uninstalled Photoshop CS6, downloaded the latest version from the Adobe web site, reinstalled it, and an update appears.. the update goes smoothly, but it updates to 13.0.1.  Some time later, the next update appears, 13.1.2, and that one fails!You mentioned skipping an update.How does one do that?
