Recently bought new pc. Have acrobat reader paid subscript on old one.Followed all instructions to deactivate/activate . No luck. Cant find serial #.Adobe says I only have free version despite paying 14.99/mo for more than a year.Can anyone help?

Can anyone tell me why my Creative Cloud Desktop App is loading with menus showing up in jibberish?I've tried the Adobe Help via chat and all they wanted to do was send me a link to change the install language (which I've done several times already to no avail). Uninstall and reinstall don't seem to resolve the issue either. I'm using WIndows 10 and my OS language and Adobe install language are English, but the menus show up as in the attached photos.  

I recently had what appears to be a GPU (driver?) crash, resulting in the GPU being "disconnected". This occurred while I was using Photoshop 2020 (v21.x.x) Ever since, Photoshop 2020, AND OTHER CC 2020 ADOBE APPS have been negatively affected. Also affects CC 2021 apps. CC 2018 does NOT seem to be affected. When the crash occurred, Photoshop 2020 was the only Adobe app running, Creative Cloud app was not running at the time. Now, when I open Photoshop 2020, there is a long delay when I open an image file, or create a new image. The Adobe spinning wheels pointer starts, then freezes along with the rest of the app for about 10-15 seconds. SAME behavior with Illustrator 2020. (Those are the two 2020 apps I use). Then the image loads. And now it is generally slow. For example, if I select an area of an image, then free transform, there is at least a 1 second delay before the action happens. Previously, everything was normal, fast, responsive.   I uninsta

No matter what I try I can not seem to solve the error 205. I have disabled my firewall, completely cleared creative cloud files with CC Cleaner Tool. I assume it's some kind of connectivity issue, so I switched from wireless to LAN, still nothing. Any help is much appreciated

How come a new subscription for Adobe LR/PS and CC ALWAYS gives a 191 error when installing?Done the 5 step method and nothing works. Is this a new fad? Suscribe to brokenware? Too much talk of M1 native operation and not enough about solving Win10 installs

Everytime I try to open my Adobe Creative Cloud progrmas, I get the perpetual spinning wheel and have to force quit.  The only program that works is Photoshop, and I have even tried deleting Cretive Cloud and reloading it.  I never had any issues until I loaded Big Sur.  Any suggestions?  I have a new computer and have loaded the most current versions.  Not sure what else to try to do.  Any suggestions???

Hi GuysAll my other Adobe application runs perfect, but I cant open the central application "Creative cloud" (error message: "the Adobe servers are not available" / see attachement). I have try to repair the aplication with the uninstaller with no effect. Uninstall is not possible, because the other application needs "Creative cloud". But even when I download a new "creative cloud application" from the Adobe site, right after the installation the same error message apears ( "the Adobe servers are not available") Any ideas?!?Thanky you in advance

I am running Windows 10 2004 OS build 19041.685.  Previously I have been able to use Premiere Rush, however I was having issues to uninstalled.Now after re-install Creative Cloud is telling me my system is incompatible and I need to update my OS?.. My OS is toally updated?What is going on?

Ich habe Photoshop Elements 2021 auf meinem Windows Computer installiert. Möchte bestimmte Arbeiten aber lieber auf dem Mac durchführen. Wenn aber im Mac die Seriennummer anführe, bekomme ich die Meldung "fehlerhafte Seriennummer". Gibt es eine Lösung? Für Eure Mühe im voraus besten Dank!

Hello, I have an older iMac running on mac OS 10.8.5 and downloaded Illustrator CC2014 just fine through the Creative Cloud application, but it absolutely will not download Photoshop for me. I keep getting an error right away before any of it downloads. It says "Installation Failed" and I click "Learn More" and it says: "Installation Failed.Download error. Please Retry to try again or contact customer support.(404)" Some old threads came up suggesting to go into the Library and delete a folder called "AAMupdater" but nothing happened. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Thank you for any help!

I have been using the apps on my macbook with no problem, however I have just moved everything over to my pc and sold the mac now and I haven't been able to do anything at all. After a few minutes of use on any application (I am using Photoshop predominantly) my display will turn off and then on again (potentially the graphics card restarting) and displays its brief startup message, however when it turns back on the app will be in the process of crashing and by that point it is too late to do anything. I have all the up to date drivers and software for Windows 10, AMD (Processor), Nvidia (GPU) and the current versions of the Adobe Apps themselves so I don't really see what the problem is as my machine should be more than capable.  I have...- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - Nvidia RTX 3070 Founders Edition - 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Ram (2x8GB @ 3200MHz)- Asus ROG Gaming-F Wifi X570 Motherboard - Corsair MP600 PCIe Gen 4 NVME Drive (1TB) I feel like

I am the "designated CC mentor" for a team of students. We have a FIRST Robotics team license. Have not installed yet. We are doing projects all-remote now, so I would like to install CC on both of my own computers, for ease. I would like to transfer one of these installs to a student/team computer once we are meeting in person. Can I do that? Can you uninstall on one computer and reinstall on another computer without an issue? I have used CS6 for ages, but CC is new to me. Thanks for any help.

When i try to find the serial number I´m redirected to the Adobe Licensing Website, but when I try to login it tells me that I´m not recognized as an authorized user in that website, and I had no problem with my Adobe account before.

Hi everybody,I am your subscriber (photographic plan) (photo 1).Recently I bought a laptop          (win10-64 bit-12ram memory-256 SSD- ryzen5) and          tried to install Ps 2021 and LRc through my Adobe Account.I chose download Photoshop (photo 2).Unfortunately, after many many attempts, I did not succeed, because the PS was not downloaded and -waiting loooong time- i was taking these pictures (photo 3-4-5-6-7-8-9) and unfortunately, I give up my attempt without result (photo 10). Please help me solve this problem by driving me properly ....Thank you and I look forward to .... 

I recently upgraded my PC and added an SSD as my primary drive. Like most people, I also have a secondary drive for most apps and files. In the Creative Cloud App manager, I changed the Installation location to a directory on my secondary drive. The problem was, Some applications I wanted on my SSD for performance reasons and there was no way to change back to the setting "Default location..." Because CC installs both a 32 bit and 64 bit version of some applications, I wanted to make sure that it put them in the correct "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" folders. After some poking about in the config files I finally found out how to do it.(NOTE: The path below is for Windows 8 and possibly Windows 7, for other OS's it will likely be in a similiar path)Close the Adobe Creative Cloud app (File > Quit)Open this file in notepad: C:\Users\ExampleUser\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\com.adobe.accc.apps.....prefsSearch through the text untill you find the install location that you set. This is incredible! TThis is incredible! This would be the new window for saving files after downloading Big Sur (for example on Indesign)? So small you don't see what's inside the folder, you don't see the favorites bar, you don't see anything....! Maybe it was better as it was before....sorry for the outburst!
