Hello. I am attempting to build a site using the Hero Light template. The problem is when the page is resized, the header image stays the same and reveals the grey box to the right. Can anyone share what I need to change in the html or css so that the image will move with the window edge?  

 Maybe someone can help with this error.  I am using Adobe Dreamweaver 19.2.1.    I receive the following error when executing  my find and replace string  and selecting replace all.  Regular expression syntax error:  invalid quantifier.  Code I am searching  <table cellspacing=0 border=0 cellpadding=2 width=312>Search string  =(?<!")\b(\d+)\b(?!")Replace string  ="$1"I do not recieve the error if I simply select replace. Adobe makes the appropriate changes with no error. The error  only occurs if I click replace all.Thanks

Embarrassing!  I only use a CMS these daysI have a site I built 10 years or so ago with DW.  Pages are .htm files.  I need to edit a couple of the pages.  I would like to check them locally before uploading to the remote site. I have chosen Chrome F12 as my DW primary browser.  When I click into the .htm code with my cursor and tap F12 I get "The requested URL was not found on this server" error. I'm on Windows 10 and Wampserver is up to date and turned on.  I just can't remember how all this works.  Assistance please.

I'm currently teaching myself Flexbox (via css-tricks) and although everything seems straightforward enough at first glance, I find myself struggling to get the following simple behavior working correctly. Basically, I'm going for something like this...<div class="container">     <a href="#">Stuff</a>     <a href="#">Stuff</a>     <a href="#">Stuff</a>     <a href="#">Stuff</a></div>...where a row of 4 anchor tags (or possibly span tags) becomes two rows of 2 tags when the width of the container becomes too narrow for 4. I'm trying to upload a new index.html but I get the following message: index.html - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put index.html. Internal data error, possibly because of failure to start the upload. Hi, If the developers are too busy to maintain Dreamweaver, would it not be feasible to get auto updates from PHP to update Dreamweaver?  It is a lot quicker than waiting for years with no progress. If it can support Wordpress' block editor and Woocommerce, even better!

While I’m happy with the overall design, I'm struggling to make the tables responsive for mobile devices.Since I want to keep my site lightweight, I’m hesitant to add more plugins. Are there any CSS tips or best practices for adjusting table responsiveness in WordPress that you could recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I updated my template page in Dreamweaver CS6. How can I update all my website's webpages based on the edit I made to the template? All the pages are based on the template.

I have edited a webpage locally, selected the local file in the files tab and clicked on Put file(s) to "Remote Server." A few seconds later I checked the log and it states "Put operation successful." However, the online page is not updated. I even tried to view the page in incognito mode to ensure that I am viewing the current page rather than a saved or cached page.

Por favor, no Adobe Creative Cloud - Adobe Dreamweaver 2021, constam em "Configurações Avançadas" duas opções para marca para criar páginas em PHP aS versões 5.6 e 7.1.  Ocorre que no Wampserver64 só posso  indicar uma das seguintes versões:7.4.33;8.0.30;8.1.28;8.2.18;8.3.6 No servidor da empresa de hospedagem indicam as versões do PHP:7.4.3  (Desatualizada);8.0.30 (Desatualizada);8.1.30;8.2.25;8.3.13. Como pode ser observado meu Dreamweaver (permite versões do PHP 5.6 e 7.1) dessa forma não posso criar as minhas páginas em PHP.Esse entedimento está correto? Com o meu plano tem condições de instalar uma versão do Driamweaver que contemple indicar versão para o PHP com verão 8? Obrigado

Hello, I want to learn Dreamweaver via the tutorials but there doesn't seem to be any order to them. Am I missing something? Does anyone know of a link to the Adobe site where the tutorials can be watched in a sensible order for learning step-by-step? Thanks!

As web-design-tool DW was dead since (2018) 2020 ... but now.So Adobe has NO web-design-solution. Thats realy poor.

I'm trying to use a layered font using CSS ":after" on a class  to load the shadow version of the font. The css for the font uses weight to call the different font layers. Everything works as expected until I try to center the text, and then the layers don't align. Hi everybody, I was wondering if anybody on here was familiar with writing in Arabic in DW? I’m having some weird results with Arabic text in DW. Although it displays correctly in DW when you put the file into a browser one paragraph of text has certain words moved, while another paragraph doesn’t!, and punctuation at the end of a line of text has moved to the start of the line but punctuation in the middle of a line as stayed in it’s correct place! I will upload the exact details of the errors later. I have an old html template for a site that I USE to be able to edit in DW CS6. Now I need to make a change in it and I had upgraded to CC and I feel stupid because I can't see VISUALLY anything but the front page of the bootstrap site. I see the code, and where I use to be able to just scroll down and come across all the other parts of the site, I can't in current DW. I would like to do some code modification in DW because I have a visual editor for feed back but now I can't see it. I feel like its something simple that I'm not seeing. The screen shot shows the extent where I can scroll and see the visual file, but in old DW, I could scroll down further to see the second and third pages. the site is [removed by moderator]I can no longer visually see the whole site. I could just edit code and all, but I don't really want to do that in a big way.

I am really battling with Dreamweaver. It does not apply any style changes. It might add an element (html or bootstrap) sometimes. Even if I try to change the style of anything (background, type - it doesn't matter) it just does not apply and becomes totally unresponsive. I had no less than 4 adobe agents looking into the matter, they have no clue. I uninstalled DW, reinstalled, used an earlier version, no change. I signed in as a different user, no change. I had the imac checked, nothing wrong there. I disconnect internet, no change. I work in code view, no change.

Hello everyone! I want to ask if it's possible to loop an HTML banner 3 times on Dreamweaver. I have the index coded to loop infinite times but I want to change it to 3 times only. Is that possible?  Thank you a lot! 

Hallo,ich habe auf zwei PC Dreamweaver CS6 installiert und hatte bis vor drei Monaten kein Problem.Von einem auf den anderen Tag funktioniert das Hochladen der Dateien aus Dreamweaver nicht mehr. Es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung.FTP-Fehler aufgetretenbei beiden PC!Wenn ich die Zugangsdaten in FileZilla eingebe, bekomme ich eine Verbindung zum Server.Ich habe die Firewall deaktiviert, hat nichts gebracht. Ich denke, es muss etwas in Dreamweaver CS6 sein, da es auf beiden PCs ist und zur gleichen Zeit aufgetreten ist.Oder es ist ein Update von Microsoft, der jetzt den Zugang zum Server (Strato) verhindert.Auf beiden PC ist Windows10 installiert. Hat jemand eine Idee? GrußRainer

Computer : Mac OS 13.6.9Dreamweaver version: 21.4set up and manage a site I use the Site > New Site, or Site > Manage Sites dialogs but when I save the computer freeze entirely and the wheel keeps spinning.Also upon uploading and downloading files to the external server via FTP it has the same  problem.How to fix this?
