We migrated from Adobe acrobat 2020 to Acrobat Pro DC for all of our users.  Environment is about 16 citrix session host servers.  Since migrating to Acrobat Pro DC we are having all sorts of issues that we are unable to resolve.  Main issue seems to be, several users are unable to send email as outlook attachment directly from adobe.  They get a white box.  Online cloud options are disabled, send attachment as link is unchecked.  I have done several reg keys etc.  Nothing seems to work.   We are considering going to foxit since it seems to work.  Really dont want to deal with user training, etc. Thanks for the help.

Hi, I purchased my student plan for CC after finished trial for Illustrator.Even though they showed my subscirption is done properly,  CC shows still in the status of  trial.I need to use my Illustrator ASAP but having been struggling with it, as I cannot even reach to customer support chat or contacting them via emal and keep coming back to the same website. so if anyone could help me solve this problem i'd much appreciate it, cheers! p.s. I had kept logged out and in for times and nothing really changed.

I am trying to upgrade to adobe creative cloud for my team in my organization, however before i do this i would like to contact customer support to assist me as the plan that we want seem not to exist. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with one of your salespeople/customer support that can assist us with our inquiry?

I personally can no longer afford to pay for my subscription and just realized that I was paying for two subscriptions (my fault). I went to cancel the first one, which was under my personal email address. Cancelling that account was very easy because it gave me the option to view my payment and subscription options. However, when I log into the second account under my school email, I have no way of viewing my payment options or subscription options. This leads me to believe that I don't have to pay and that it's being covered by my school. But once again, I am being charged twice, with $17/month and $21/month, so it's clear that it is, in fact, two separate subscriptions. I tried to check out my school's covered products, but an Adobe plan was not one of them. I have no other accounts, and customer care has been useless. I hope someone knows the answer!

I need to remove Illustrator from my subscription how do i do that the auto renewal is the 12th Jan so im inside the month how do i remove this so i dont get billed again for a year again please

Hello, Since Saturday December 10 my firm receives the "We're making some improvements" when accessing the Adobe Admin Console.I received an email on December 06 containing a reminder that the console will be under maintenance for 30 minutes only.Currently we haven't received any correspondence from Adobe with an estimation when the console will be responsive, the cases we have created also remain unanswered. So far the Adobe Admin Console has been down for more than 24 hours.Users who have a current Adobe Standard or Pro license receive the following error:"Sorry this web browser is not approved for use at our company." The error has only appeared since the console has been down.Regards,Chris

I created a library that was originally shared with the larger organization of my company. Now I would like to make this library only accessible by invitation - is that possible? I don't see a way to remove the Workspace option (and I have other libraries that do not have Workspace members included, so it seems like it should be possible).

Hi everyone. I just purchased Creative Cloud for Business, but I can't run any apps in Creative Cloud Deskop. I have a "request acces" information next to each application, even though i assigned a license in the admin panel. Even when I ask for access, it accepts it, nothing changes. Could soemone help?

Since the middle of October (around 17th October) 2022 we seem to be having issues. First it was installation problems, now it seems to be mainly monthly Adobe check in. Users are using Adobe Creative Cloud, and mainly Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. We have Zscaler deployed, but I cannot see anything blocked anywhere. I have played around with various SSL bypass rules, and I believe I might have got the installation issue resolved (although there still seem to be a couple of users affected). The main issue is now the re-activation (every 30 days, so it might have started at the same time as other issue). The error we're getting now is: Sorry, something went wrong.This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the internet. There seems to be some kind of mismatch between Adobe and Zscaler, as this error seems to go away once Zscaler is disabled (which is obviously not what we want). Anybody has come accross ths issue and have a

I have an issue with my resseler, wehen I asked for license renwal He confirmed that the licenseis renewd but when I check my admin console I find that the expiry dateis not changed (17-12-2022) it should be 17-12-2023, and when I asked my resellerhe told me that on the expiry date the new licesne will take effect ,please I need a confirmation from your side about my case, thanks

When adding a new user with license assignment (Acrobat DC Pro) a welcome email is not sent. There are no blocks on emails (I'm an administrator) and there are no logs from Adobe emails. I've even tested with personal emails (@gmail, @outlook, etc) and even these don't receive the email. I've been facing this problem for at least 3 weeks now and phone support has not helped at all. Thank you all for your help.

Je ne peux ajouter que des licences supplémentaires. Je paie >37€ par mois pour la licence et une seule personne peut utiliser ? N'y a-t-il pas une offre adaptée pour mon équipe ? Merci

Not on this account, but on my coworkers, it doesnt allow her to access edit PDF or Prepare PDF as well as some other tools. We are paying for an Acrobat Pro license but we cannot figure how to access those tools.We tried removing and reenstating the license as well as deleting the software and redownloading it. 

I run a small team of designers for print and am the admin. I have recently switched a user over as had a staff changed and been downloading all the apps required from her console to the PC. When it comes to Acrobat Myself and the other users all run 'Acrobat Pro (32bit)' which is what we need as we are designing for print and require the Print Production tools for pre-press checks. For the new user I simply can't find this particular app on her console. She can download Acrobat Reader for desktop, web or mobile it seems but not the Pro version and I can't understand why as she should have the same permissions as all other members of the team. Thanks

Our company is using AEM Assets and the Creative Cloud including InDesign. We are happy that we can link assets from AEM Assets into an InDesign document by using Asset Link. We are also able to upload the created InDesign file directly into AEM Assets using Asset Link.However, we would like to know if there is a way to upload assets that are used in an Indesign file but are stored on a local drive by using Asset Link? Otherwise we have to go to the browser, open AEM Assets, upload the files, relink them in the InDesign file using Asset Link and only then we can upload the InDesign file using Asset Link - quite a tedious process.Thanks for your reply.

I work in a small group where we each have CC for teams and primarily use InDesign to create weekly and monthly publications. These documents will have a primary document creator/editor but everyone needs to be able to access and edit as necessary. We would like to have a shared workspace that we can all access and edit the stored documents, where there is not a specific owner. We would prefer not to have to issue sharing invitations for each document stored. We also want the documents stored so that when staff turns over, eveything will stay in our shared area. Can we achieve something like this with CC documents? From what I have read, CC documents are individually owned and each must be shared. I would appreciate ideas.

I recently bought a CC license after my old one expired. I have remnants of a CS4 installation on my Mac that is causing the Cloud Cleaner Tool to crash. There is no such thing as a current uninstall (Ventura) program for CS4. This is preventing my access to all CC Apps, even though my previous license worked. How do I get access to the products that I purchased?

Hi, I'm not sure why the create cloud isn't installing as I don't understand the errors, warning and fatal errors in the PDApp.log. Could someone please takea  look and let know?
