When trying to purchase more licenses we get the following error message.  Current credit card details are vaild. "We couldn't process payment on this account. Please contact Customer Support. Payment must be received within the next 90 days to keep your account active. Until then, you won't be able to add new licenses or assign existing licenses." 

We are using isolated frl, because we work offline. i need to trasfer one license to a new workstation. i have deactivated the license using the licensing tool kit. because we are offline the license did not return to the pool. how do i come about returnig it to the pool so i can activate it on a new workstion? 

Contexte : une machine (Macbook) utilisant une licence Creative Cloud dûment attribuée a crashé. Depuis, en tant qu'administrateur, j'ai retiré et réattribué cette licence à la même personne via son adresse mail.Il sempble que la licence, pourtant bien attribuée dans la console, n'est pas disponible sur le client.Comment faire pour résoudre ce problème qui dure maintenant depuis quelques mois.

My organization is using Adobe XD at an enterprise level. However my team has used FIGMA for years and has many artboards/designs in FIGMA. We are in the process of transitioning over to XD and were wondering if Adobe has a roadmap of how they will integrate FIGMA. Will they merge the products? Should we continue with moving off of FIGMA now that they will be part of the Adobe product suite? Our biggest question is around moving all our assets off of FIGMA to Adobe XD, which we were planning to do until we heard about the FIGMA acquisition by Adobe. 

Hello! My Adobe Creative Cloud won't let me sign out, the button is there, however it is gray and I can't click it. To give more context, the account that is signed in is not this current one, but my other one, which is a problem. I have all my subscription plans with this account, so since I'm signed in with my other account on Creative Cloud, I only have access to the free trial versions, and I can't access the files I've already made with this account. This is something that, if you know what I need to do, I'd appreciate if you could help! I need to access my stuff ASAP as it relates to college work.

Hi AllI want to, at the organisation level, force 2FA for all the users in our organisation.   I've checked help files, google and this forum and cant find any obvious way of enabling that.    I obviously want to avoid having to get all my users doing it manually via their account as compliance would be somewhat low 🙂 Does anyone know of a way to do that please?    Thanks in advance Mark

What steps are involved in switches devices when you use a installed version of Creative Cloud Licence??

 Hi, I have used photoshop for about a year through my university, and out of nowhere, it will not let me open it. When I try to open it, I get the loading screen (the first screen to appear when launching the app) and then closes. I have deleted photoshop and tried to install it again. It doesn't even appear when I search "photoshop CC" into the search bar. I included a screenshot of what I see below.  I tried to creative cloud and reinstall and had no luck. I have checked with two different people for my university and I still have access to all the adobe apps. I am logged into my adobe account through the school which means I should have access to it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!Thank you!Alec

I want to downgrade my full subscription of adobe since i`m just using the photo apps. The only way i find is to call the callcenter. I`ve now called 3 times, but they constanty missunderstand my e-mail adress. Making me spell it and then missunderstanding again. It is very frustraning. Is there any way to chat with adobe instead?  

Hello all. I've been using CC on a corporate license which has just expired. Attempting to open apps following expiry of the license I see this pop-up: I logged out of that account and logged back in with a different account (personal email, on a free trial initially which I plan to eventually upgrade).Still seeing the error message. Have tried uninstalling/ reinstalling apps, restarting the computer, deleting certificates, and switching to a different user on the same machine - no luck.However I can access the apps under my personal account through a different machine so I think the issue is with my computer. Is there anything I can do to make my machine completely 'forget' its previous association with the corporate license?Any ideas much appreciated.

Seems to be AdobeUpdater.Overrides.xml file that causes the problem when Creative Cloud Desktop starts.When I rename or delete that file so its not used Creative Cloud Desktop works as usual. When I run RemoteUpdateManager.exe wtih AdobeUpdater.Overrides in place it works and get its updates from internal Adobe update server so AdobeUpdater.Overrides.xml is working with RemoteUpdateManager.exe as it should. It has been working with older versions of Creative Cloud Desktop before, it seems just to be the latest version 5.8.0.592 Something for the bug department at Adobe;-)

I get this message when starting Creative Cloud Desktop Application version 5.8.0.592 "You are using the prerelease version of Creative Cloud for devices with an ARM processor, like the device you're using now. We don't have any desktop apps available for your device". I have made the package in adobe admin console with self service and with an internal AUSST.The package only includes Creative Cloud Desktop and then we let users manage their Adobe applications themselves based on what licenses they have. Even if i try to do install it manually with downloaded CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe i get the same results. We get this message on several computers in our organization, it has worked eralier on same macines. We are not using computers with ARM processors and why does it say that we are using the prerelease version? I have run the Log Collector tool and looked through the logs but I cant find anything related to why I get this messege. Any ideas? Tha

We have deployed Creative Cloud as a full suite and allowed users to install whatever they want. This was working great until Adobe randomly switched Acrobat from being a 32bit deployment to 64bit and we have plugins that aren't compatible. We spoke to Adobe about this and they said they didn't change anything and have no idea why we are getting 64bit although I see other posts out there about the same thing. Regardless we now need to replace all 64bi versions with 32bit which is easily enough and mostly done, but now how do we block thew 64bit Acrobat without having to reinstall Creative Cloud on 3000 devices and this will fdorce users to reinstall all their apps which is not viable to the business. We have application whitelisting software in place but somehow Adobe bypasses any Blocks I put in on the install, I can see the Block work if I manually try and install the exact same app but if CC installs the app it must use SYSTEM or something that gets passed the whitelisting

We have Acrobat running on a RDP server which has 20 - 30 users connected most of the time. Each user session has several unnecessary processes running related to Creative Cloud that are using up a lot of memory in total.  I would like to uninstall CC but I don't want this to affect the running of Acrobat. 

We have an Adobe account that has two Adobe license,Adobe for Enterpise (CC) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (DC) (DC licensed by Admin console). Before purchase Adobe for Enterpise CC,this Adobe account have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC licensed by Admin console.Adobe Acrobat Pro DC normal in Adobe account and PC. After Adobe for Enterpise CC license actived, found Adobe Acrobat Pro DC can't normal start.In Adobe account show Adobe for Enterpise, have many Adobe software but missing Acrobat Pro DC. We guess DC license affected by CC license.We try for reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Pro (DC) but still fail. Could you kindly provide suggestion for fix / handle this problem, so account user could normal use Acrobat Pro DC, Photoshop and other licensed Adobe software.Many thanks.

PHotoshop suddenly stopped working today.  Just would not open. I was advised to uninstall it, and then reinstall it..  I uninstalled it. NOW I can't for the life of me install it back.IT tells me I need to fix my creative cloud??  I can't DL Creative cloud because it just won't.Stops DL at 21.5%.  Every time.  Am I an idiot?  help

I'm not paying the monthly plan. I should have access, but I cannot open my apps. I cannot even speak to support, since the chat is for admins only, and I don't know my school admin. I'm working on a project that NEEDS to be uploaded within the next few days, so I need to be given the subscription I have activated (good through 7/31/2023). Please someone from the Adobe support staff, help me out! 

Our Teams license allows me to create teams and allows me to set administrators. However, I'm not sure how to set specific rights to various teams?I assume that an additional license of some sort is needed to allow for setting specific rights for groups?But I have no idea what license that is? We currently have Acrobat Standard for Teams.This allows the assigning/re-assiging of licenses. But we are looking for more granular control of group setups. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? thank you

Hello, I bought an Adobe Stock plan for Business when I meant to only buy it for personal. Can I delete the business somehow and get a refund or transfer the plan to my personal account? I also have the general Creative Cloud All Apps plan on my personal account. Thanks!
