Hi, I have recently updated my OS on Mac which is now Monterey 12.4All of my Adobe products were working well by then, and when I updated, it all worked except for Illustrator which keeps having this issue:  I tried all the solutions written here so far but none of them worked. I already uninstalled, re-installed it. I logged out of my Creative Cloud, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still coming up. Anyone know what's up? 

Where  is  my paid  up account acess to Adobe Acrobat PRO DC next annual payment  January 1st 2023. As of  13th June 2022 no access.... H H H  E E E  L L L  P P P

[Moderator moved from Creative Cloud Services to Enterprise & Teams.]   We literally got BOMBARDED with this error all week! Multiple users! Mac and Windows combined. What the heck happened?!?! What the heck changed?!?! Thank goodness we had a work around to get out of this mess. Its not a solid solution but at least we could get folks back up and running. How do these types of errors just trigger themselves?! Doesn't anyone at Adobe take into consideration that maybe there are actually folks out there who still use prior versions of their softwares? Does no one test anymore before something is released?   

I tried this 3 times and it failed. I contacted chat support which sent me a password reset email which then locked me out of my account. I called the support number 5 times and got hung up on 5 times after describing my issue. I entered the password for one of our new Teams user to setup the account for them. I got an invalid password message when putting in the password I set. I used the reset password feature and code a verification code which I entered and then entered the new password (it wouldn't accept the "previously used one" which is said was incorrect). After entering the new password I tried to log into Acrobat Pro DC and I get the same invalid password error. I did the reset 2 more times with the exact same results. It simply is refusing to accept the correct password.And Adobe suppport seems to be using the same people that AT&T is using.  Yall should do some QA on your suppoort group. Hi,   First post, been on a support chat and a phone call with no progress.   I manage a Google workspace with over 30 school districts. Several are trying to configue the Adobe Admin Console to use Google as the Identity Provider.   This is the config doc: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/setup-sso-google.html#sa_src=web-messaging   I do not want to give the tech in each district super admin rights to our entire Google Workspace.   Is there a way to manage this kind of Adobe/Google cofig without making all of my delegated admin super admins?   What are the minimum privs the account used to configure the Adobe console?   Thanks in advanc.   Dale

Is there a way to merge two enterprise accounts intead of archiving one

I found another post with a similar issue, but when I tried to respond to that for more assistance my post was removed, so i'm assuming that means it needs to be a new topic? One of my team members is trying to get their account created. I gave them access to creative cloud, they go to sign in, get the error in the subject line. I have them sign in on adobe.com, same error. I remove their email from my teams page and try having them sign up for a new account fresh. Same error. There is no error code or further useful information on the page, just that single string of worthless text, not describing what the error is at all.

I accidently added a wrong email when I created an account in order to get the free plan. Is there any way I can delete that account with the wrong email. I forgot my password, so I can't login. And it's not possible to get a new password.

Hello,I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro for one of our clients.  I've never had issues before.  I've assigned them a licence and usually I remote them to go through set up as they don't have admin rights.  When I try to set up I get a little pop up saying something along the lines of  'search for the Adobe Installer in the downloads section of your browser or computer'.  I have searched everywhere, I can't find it anywhere.  I get the option to restart the download but it just brings that pop up again.  Has anyone had this issue before?Many thanks

My company recently upgraded to Enterprise Licensing, and now all the libraries I had saved look like they went missing from my Adobe apps. I found them when I was downloading some stock images from Adobe Stock, however, they aren't connected to my account anywhere else. I can click on the share link and technically "add" them to my libraries, however, they're all read-only which isn't super helpful. The libraries were made by someone else before I arrived, so maybe I need to dig deeper into who has the main access to them, but wanted to reach out here just in case anyone may have a workaround.

No this doesn't help. We're using Bridge. It's set to custom sort. We upload one group of images. Then another. We would like those groups to stay together. They don't. They shift the minute you drag them in. Then we have to manually sort them which is a waste of time. Why doesn't a group go in as a group EXACTLY where you place it?

Hello, I have been victim of an online crook. A crook seller is re-selling across the web, subscription as a member to his Adobe for Teams licence - without telling that's a Team plan under an Enterprise licence. He is telling it's an individual and life-time licence!  It turns out after you have paid and once you enter the platform you get acknowledge that it is a " team plan" and find out that an "organization name" has been put into your personal account! The crook seller is selling worldwide across his scam sites the access to enter the team, then. After a while he revokes those sold member access privilege, so that you get an e-mail from Adobe telling that you have been thrown out from the ADMIN of the team. Despite you are not able to use the tools you have paid for you still see his organization's name inside your account; that's weird, is not?  Further more: this funny ADMIN selling the access to the team licence

With the new way Adobe requires true up (report by month when assigned licenses); How do you manage Adobe licenses by month? I was told you could do it within the Adobe Admin Console and have yet to find it.

When editing a text component using the inline rich text editor, if I delete a line break (merged 2 paragraphs into one) and then save and close the inline rich text editor, the next time I open that same text component and view its source(in the config editor), a 'span' tag gets added around the paragraph with a lot of unnecessary stylings which I don't want.@7650794 @11377681 

Hi,on May 24th I signed up for a test subscription that I cancelled the very same day.Still money was withdrawn from my bank account.Now, I tried again to cancel, but it says there is no valid bank information.It doesn't make sense! How can it take money from me but at the same time apparantly there is no valid banking connection.Please refund the fee and make sure the subscription is cancelled (In the adobe acrobat it directly recognized that the subscription ended, so I have not used it any more).Thanks and best regardsDominik

I've unfortunately lost access to some important files locally that are stored in a former employee's Creative Cloud "Personal Profile" area of an enterprise account. The screen looks like this when you log into Creative Cloud on the web:     All of the files I need are visible in Synced files under the Personal Profile:     However, these don't seem to be syncing with my Creative Cloud Desktop app under Files. Do they appear elsewhere? Am I just out of luck with files in the Personal Profile area unless I download them individually?   I've gone as far as completely factory resetting a laptop and performing a fresh install of everything with no luck. Thanks for any insight 

I do not have other admin functions besides "Add User". What do I have to do to get the functions like remove user?  Thank you! 

We recently created a corporate account for Adobe products. One place to manage licenses. We have an employee who had a separate Adobe Creative Cloud account and renewal was coming up. Instead of renewing, we cancelled the auto-renew, and purchased a license in the Admin Portal. We put the user's email in and she received the email.She went through the process and used her email (same one as the personal account) and got signed in. However, all of her files are now missing. We thought it would just attach the new license to the existing account... but that doesn't seem to be the case.She can still switch sign in as the "personal' account (gives two options, the corporate and personal) when she signs in, but the cloud files she had are no longer there. Is there a way to get these files back?

I scheduled a meeting with an Adobe rep who was repeatedly emailing me offering to help streamline our Teams account. We had a user cutoff from Express for 5 weeks and were desperate for help.During that call the Adobe rep said the 40 stock images/mo is less expensive than our current plan (10 images per month). I reconfirmed I would only approve it if it was truly less expensive. He promised it was.Sure enough getting the charges and it's more expensive, we're now billed for both 10 and 40 images now and I'm guessing when our annual invoice renews it's going to be much higher due to that 40 images/mo. What a mess. Feeling scammed by Adobe reps - anyone else getting that upsell pressure or approved a change that ended up costing more when the rep said it would save money?
