macOS Monterey   Anyone seen any issues with packages failing to install after creating and downloading from Admin Console? I've made a single package that contains only the CCDA (5.7.1) but when I try to install, it immediately fails. I notice if I run a chmod -R 755 on the PKG, it will then run successfully. Any reason why these packages are getting created/downloaded with the wrong permissions? Hi, I know this problem has been an issue for a while, but none of the previous responses have helped and support has passed me around to 5 people already with no luck. I am having an issue where CC endlessly loads. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting my computer, and uninstalling all adobe apps, but now we are still stuck here. I'm using a macOS with Monterey 12.4. Prior, I was getting an error saying CC could not connect to an enterprise server, despite this being a personal account. Any thoughts?

Hi, I would like to ask you if there is an Adobe Plan that includes access to download videos for free on Adobe Videos. Actually I have the Adobe for Enterprise Plan which includes acces to all of the apps, but when I look for videos it shows I have to buy them. Do I have to buy videos besides the license I have?  Regards. 

Hi, I'm the IT guy in a mid-size company that has an adobe team account with 45 creative cloud licenses.We've just bought a 10 assets/month license for adobe stock for the team, assuming everyone in the team would be able to use adobe stock then. I've assigned the stock license to one of our admins, but when I go to the adobe stock website, I myself don't have any available assets and it says I have 'No Plan'. What can I do to make Stock available to every member of our team?

One of our users created a personal profile trial with a business email which already had a issued license.   This caused two accounts to exist on the same email address... Why is this even possible? Two different accounts... with the same email login... with 2 different passwords. How? Hence we can't login to the Business account where the actual license resides to use adobe. (Yes you get a prompt to select Busness or Personal but only after you already signed into the Personal one, so selecting Business or Personal takes you to the Personal unlicensed account anyways)   Adobe has also made it really clear that you aren't allowed to delete your personal profile. (Tutorials all show there is a button, but when you go there.... Nope no button shows) Even when you have removed your trial subscription. Nope still no button.   Second option? I'm sharing this because it took quite some time and frustration to figure out, and hope that this can help others with the same issue. Prior to the forced migration to Business + Personal ID, you could easily go to the help site and start chatting or getting whatever you needed from the Help Center. Now, going to the help site switches you to your personal profile with no option to switch -- even if you're logged into your business profile, once you go to the help center, it will switch you to your personal profile and constantly remind you that you have no active plan and need to sign out and back in to get help (because a profile switcher to switch between the two profiles that you never asked for was too much work, apparently). However, when you sign out and sign back in -- even with the automatic profile selection setting turned off -- you are still in your personal profile, and still cannot chat or do anything else. If this sounds familiar, here's what tech support

Is there a way to install my Adobe apps without Creative Cloud? Because it's a broken mess for me, but the apps work just fine, well the one app it managed to install successfully at least.

After few weeks, we are seeing following error on adobe admin portal.   You have unpaid licenses that are overdue. You can no longer place a request for additional licenses. Current users may lose access if payment is not received. hello, Our company admin recently assigned an Acrobat DC license to me, but it doesn't appear on the local Creative cloud. I've tried logging out & logging in again, restarting, etc. Creative cloud only gives me the option to start a trial or buy a new license. Any help would be appreciated. Best,B. 

Hello, let me know, the subscription from the invoice was not ordered by us. We have 9 active subscriptions, but we got an invoice for another one. The subscription amount also does not match our current ones. We received a notification about the extension of this subscription to a different address than it was added. Besides, we did not receive any information that anything additional would be included. How can this be explained? Is there an e-mail address to Adobe where we can describe our problem?

Having issues syncing 3 different computers work in creative cloud ?

Adobe help is useless!!! I tried the (Contact us link), it says to speak to a real person. But hen I get routed to a virtual chatbot who does not comprehend my question and just keeps circle routing me back again 

I recently noticed new accounts need to have a date of birth entered when registering. This presents a problem for my current onboarding process of new employees. I usually take the time to install and create the Adobe account when setting up new employees so they can start work on day one. Also, it allows me to setup Acrobat DC as the default program and tweak any other settings.  So should I type in a generic DOB just to pass the setup field or hope that my new employee can navigate through setting this all up themselves? DOB should be optional during account creation.  

Hello dear forum,I have a very strange problem with a customer. I cannot access the Adobe servers via the Adobe applications, i.e. the online setup does not work and therefore the activation of licenses does not work either. Now we have tried the whole thing on a PC of the customer in various networks, both in the office and at home as well as in the mobile network. It did not work in any of the networks. A firewall rule can therefore be ruled out. Then we tested the whole thing on the same device with a local user instead of an AD user. There it finally worked. But of course the user wants to work with his AD user. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the AD user to not be able to connect to Adobe's servers? I have also done the test with other AD users and had the same problem. The Windows Firewall also has no special entries and allows all outgoing connections. I am looking forward to any feedback. We recently went through a process of updating emails for our organization. When that happened, staff were not able to log in with the "old" email address. Problem is, some staff had content attached to those accounts. Is there any possibility to merge the "old" content with the new user emails?

Hi!I'm a professional 3D artist working with games, and I'm lookign to update my expired personal licenses of Substance Painter and Designer, as well as my Photoshop license.Do I have to buy the "Substance 3D Texturing" plan and then Photoshop sepparetly? I've worked in multiple game studios, both AAA, AA and indie, and Photoshop is always a tool I've had at my disposal. It's a big quality of life thing, but not essential. Technically I could work without Photoshop, but the 3D texturing plan is not complete without it. So I'm not happy to see that I'd have to pay the double amount just to add a software I barely use, but sometimes need.I don't understand why there is no plan that includes Photoshop with the Substance softwares? Or is there a better way to buy them than the way I mentioned?

Hi I am unable to view libraries  that have been shared with me on Adobe CC desktop app.I can view the shared libaries when loged on the Website but they do not sync to my local PC. This issue effect s two users in my Organization.Troubleshooting Done so far . Removed/reinstall app using uninstall tool  Logged user onto a diffrent PC Removed licence from user account  Deleted Cloud Sync Directory  Prayed to Adobe CC Gods .Any help would be greatly appreciated .
