I work for an organisation with multiple Adobe CC accounts and I have taken over an account from a previous employee, changed the email and details but when another employee is trying to share a folder with me through the Creative Cloud Website, it still comes up with the old employee's email and not mine. How do I change this, everything in the Profile/account that I can see has been updated. Thanks Will

So I downloaded and installed Abode Creative Cloud but when I was asked to "let this app make changes to my computer I got a error message saying this "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140 was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". And I really need to download Photoshop, Priemere, And Audition for b=2 of my college classes that I'm taking this semster... and I don't understand as to why it was working fine before and now this happened so if someone could please reply to this post soon with a solution that would be great! Thanks so much in advance!  Veda

Hello, I have a connection problem. My photoshop subscription has been paid by my school (Ecole de Condé). I'm connected with my school's mail but Photoshop asks of me pay. How can I do Photoshop on my PC ?

I'm experiencing a little trouble using adobe creative cloud service. Using this email address (Edited by Moderator- email removed) to use the service or at least I was until something has happened. I have changed the primary email once to (Edited by Moderator- email removed)  once and then I changed it back to original one. I keep receiving the invoices and the money is clearly being taken of the card used to pay for the service. When I try to login to the https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ site using the same credentials I get an error message that I'm not allowed to access this site. Sorry if this is vague.Last year our college students too advantage of the free adobe access during lockdown.  This time around as there is no free access offer we have purchased licences to allow those students needing it to access Adobe at home.We have an administrator assigning licences to the college email address of students that request it.  However she has a student that she can't assign a licence to because it says his college email address has already been used.  I'm guessing it was used last year.Any ideas how we get the student licenced this time around?

The update for XD version 36 s not showing up in creative cloud app, only 35 is visible.  I tried suggested methods of restarting creative cloud app, signing in/out, reinstalling XD, nothing helps. Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Thank you

Small design agency using CC Teams, I'm the file owner and my co-workers are collaborating with me on my InDesign files (no one has the files open at the same time though).Every so often I get a 'Conflicted Copy' file duplicate, here's the weird thing – the duplicates name the computer involved in the conflict, but the computers belong to co-workers who haven't opened the files (sometimes never) like our manager, or photographer who doesn't work on these files ever.Anyone know what this could be?Our photographer did add some images to a folder, but this was over a month ago and they haven't been back since, and they never opened the InDesign files. The manager may have opened them once to check something, but not recently. So I don't understand why these 2 users' names are coming up as conflicted copies?

Before my upgrade to big sur on my imac I had green ticks/red cross indicators when synching files to icloud, seems to have been disabled? Must be a preference thing but driving me nuts, any help appreciated.

Is it possible for university students to use education FTE named licenses? 

I bought the Creative Cloud as a Student last week on January 28th, 2021. I was charged in my bank account for the first $19.99 purchase. However, as of today February 4th, 2021, my purchase as not registered the apps say "Buy Now" and "Start Free Trial" even though I purchased them. And inDesign will not even attempt to open for me. The application will not load. What would cause this? 

My plan inexplicably turned into the Enterprise plan(all apps serve none of my purposes), when I subscribed as a student. I have no ability to manage my plans, even when following the directions Adobe itself provides. This entire situation is great source of frustration and I simply want out of this this money pit so I have never have to deal with anything from this company ever again.

I have called the german hotline, have talked in the chat,nobody wants to provide us with a direct download link!Developermode incl sideloading is not an option for company pcs here.So anyone any luck with an offline installer? the 4 mb file does not do me any good!we have good licences which we cannot use due to the sideloding of the installer.  

Does anyone have conditions that must be met by the user to use the government license in Europe?I can't find anywhere. Thank you for help in advance!

We have some Creative Cloud installs that were done before I created a self managed package in SCCM. If I try to uninstall Creative Cloud on one of those machines it wants me to uninstall all the other Adobe apps first. Is there a way to change Creative Cloud on those machines to self managed without uninstalling everything. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to add adobe app to okta for SSO but none of the options allow provisoning.   Our comppany has a team account not an eterprise account.  Is is possible to add adobe to okta for provisonining and deporvisioning NOT just SSO capabilities?Best,Hania

when i try to upload the trial version for the illustrator it opens the adobe creative cloud and says "you dont have acess to manage apps. permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps management." and the illustrator is not there i dont know how to fix it. can you please help, thank you.

On my PC, which is a new system, Adobe Creative Cloud requires me to login every morning when I turn the system on. When I launch an app I am greeted with the login screen, then I'm presented with the other computers my account is logged into. One it my home PC the other is the computer I am on, but for whatever reason Adobe CC doesn't recognize I'm on the same computer. Hello, I am using an Enterprise account from a remote location because of Coronavirus but away from the main campus - Creative Cloud will not reliably sign into the applications. Sometimes I can - more often I can't.I can sign in on our Enterprise Creative Cloud, I can see the Apps but I keep getting the "can't verify Subscription Status" however sometimes even when I am logged onto Adobe's website - (even at the same time as trying Creative Cloud) I can't sign in.Sometimes like today - there's a 20 minute delay between signing on the Adobe Website and then being able to open PhotoshopLuckily I'm not due to teach Photoshop or any of the other Apps just yet but I will be completely stuck when that time comes - I find it strange having to wait 20-30 minutes for the servers / syncing to work because that could be 20-30 minutes lost to a lesson just uwaiting to be allowed to use the software.

Hello,  I am system admin for a new company that needs adobe services. How do I get access to enterprise admin console for a new organisation if such never had used adobe software?  

In adminconsole user added: **@***, (user) in mail download and installation started,  (run as administrator) after install I got error. Registration is initialised please wait and try again. Adobe Pro DC will start but after few seconds disappeared. What is the solution?? (did reinstall and fix cleanup)

I thought i had more then 1 licence when i furst purchased Adobe. I remember purchasing more to assign to my colleague but apparently i only had 1 licence and had to purchase another and then assign to team member. So i did so and now have 5 licences. Not sure how that works but can't seem to get rid of the other 3 and no one to contact other then this comment section.

Despite being signed up for autorenewal we lost access to ALL our apps today and were unable to do business with clients as a result. Everything is up-to-date and accurate, which has been confirmed now by 5 differerent "reps" at Adobe. "I do see you have an active account, so what's the issue you're facing?" We've tried to receive help via chat and calls for 6 hours today (we've gotten disconnected from both multiple times and had to start over!) Everyone tries the same thing, it doesn't work. Then they sign off...The furthest we got is that someone said it's in the backend and they'd work on it...This should have never happened. We have it on auto renewal specifially so that we will NEVER have a lapse in services. And it DEFINITELY shouldn't take all day (days?) to resolve. Please FIX IT ASAP!
