I am currently suffering through a botched migration between different Adobe accounts and my rep has been unable to provide accurate answers or contact information for real technical support.Currently, I have 2 team accounts - our old one and one on a new VIP contract.  All of our users currently have matching licenses on both accounts (over 100 users/licenses on each side).  My questions regard when the original team account is finally closed.  I've had mixed reports from my users on how they are interacting with their software with the migration and have no idea if they are using the new licenses or the old ones.  The instructions we were provided basically said users would only have to log in to the adobe website and their new license would be active, but they have had differing experiences of being logged out of their software afterwards.  Is there an actual procedure somewhere that users should follow to ensure they are using the correct license?  Is

One of our users decided to set-up their own Adobe CC account and purchase Adobe Pro DC. We already have a corporate licensing portal with Adobe! Is it possible to import this new license/subscription into our central portal?Thanks, Rob.

Hello we are having an issue in our organization with Creative Cloud and Acrobat XI.  This problem exists on ANY computer that has Acrobat XI installed alongside a CC application.  The problem is the Adobe CC application sees Acrobat XI as Acrobat DC.  This occurs regardless of which program is installed first.  In the images below the computer has Acrobat XI, and Premiere Pro installed.  You can see in the first image the CC app sees Acrobat DC installed and offers to update it.  The second image shows the Programs and Features window, Acrobat DC is not installed.This is a problem because we configure our CC deployments to allow the user to update their application(s) without admin approval.  When the user updates all their apps, the CC application takes the liberty of updating Acrobat XI to Acrobat DC.  Since the user isn't licensed to use Acrobat DC it runs as a 7 day trial.  When the trial expires, the user is unable to open files or pri

I bought 9 licenses of Adobe Acrobat 2017. When I install it, the application will not launch. I have tried removing any trace of Acrobat Reader installations, using the Acrobat Cleaning Tool according to directions, I've tried cleaning up the registry, nothing seems to help. I install it, I launch it, it starts to launch, then crashes. The only PC it works on is one that is not up to date with Microsoft updates. Help, please. Windows 7 Pro.

I am trying to deploy Adobe Reader XI to our Windows 10 computers using SCCM 2016. I am using the following command in my package"AcroRdrDC1801120035_en_US.exe" EULA_ACCEPT=YES /qn and while the deployment works and installs Reader, the EULA acceptance doesn't. Whileit's only a minor inconvenience, we don't want our users to have to accept the agreement, especially if there is a way to automatically accept it. Can someone pleasehelp me? thanks

We have been working on deploying the latest Center for Internet Security Controls for MacOS (CIS Apple OSX 10.12 Benchmark version 1.0.0). We have found that Adobe apps are using the world writeable privilege. That security issue is addressed in CIS 5.1.1 Secure Home Folders5.1.4 Check Library folder for world writable filesWe have to write specific punch outs on the policy just for Adobe. None of the other applications rely on the world writeable permission in order to operate. Has anybody else run into this? More importantly has anybody else been able to fix it so that 5.1.1 and 5.1.4 are in full compliance?

I am a student at Savannah College of Art & Design. I have access to the creative suite as apart of my tuition dues. I am trying to download an Adobe stock template in InDesign but I get a message that says I dont have access to Adobe Stock. So maybe my school didnt give us access to Adobe Stock but it is free. shouldn't I still be able to download it if its free? Please Help!

Hello,I have recently tried installing Adobe CS3 Design Premium with their new installer on a Windows 7 Terminal Server. However each time I do that I get this error message: The machine recently had Web Premium which I uninstalled and used the tools available to clear the machine like the WinCS3Clean and the new CS5 Clean and neither have helped. I then tried installing Web Premium with the new Installer and that also gets the exact same error message.I tried looking in the installer logs and the only error message is the one above.I would link them but I don't see a place I can do that.Can you please help me with this as it is very urgent as people are not able to access Adobe CS3Thank you.

I was install illustrator a few days ago.Today I tride to use 'Stylize>Drop Shaodw' of illustrator CS5.But My illustrator have only 'Glowing Edegs...'.I tride to software update of illustrator, but failed. (Error Code : U41M1C213)I want to use 'Drop Shadow' of stylize.Please help me.

Originally me wife and I had one (free) CC account, and we both used it from the same computer. We use it to synch folders and files from our desktop and it has worked well - although it is getting full. Recently we tried to create two separate accounts, one for ´Steve´ with a dedicated e-mail address; and one for `Anne´ with a (different) dedicated e-mail address. We then deleted all folders and files from the Anne account. Now, when we log onto the web view, we are told that the Anne account is 94% full, despite the fact that it has NO folders and files.  When we log onto the web view we are told that the Steve account is 94% full (which it is) and it has lots of folders and files. It seems, somehow, that the two accounts ARE not separate. We thought of c~losing both accounts and starting again with two new ones, but are afraid that new accounts will not work with ols e-mail addresses and we don´t want to have to get new e-mail addresses just for this purpose. Any ideas?

I received an email from Shomen Khasnobis asking if I an interested in consolidating the various cloud accounts we have purchased for our employees.  I love that idea, but I am suspicious this is a hacker. His customer service seems too good.  Is this a legitimate communication from Adobe?

How can I suppress the EULA for Adobe Reader 2017 on macOS for a lab deployment?Is there possibly a feature lockdown preference that I'm missing?Before the answer is "Use the Wizard", remember the wizard doesn't work for Reader on macOS, only for Acrobat Pro.Thanks.
