The install for 2017 Pro & Standard is the same, just a different license used. When you look in add remove programs it is listed as Adobe Acrobat 2017, no discernable difference between the two versions. We are trying to manage licenses and we are unable to determine what versions are installed on which computer without actually opening the application and looking at the application bar or the about section. I need a file or setting that I can run a query on.Has anyone else run into this issue and found a registry key or file on the systems that determines which version is installed?
Hi Everyone,I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC with App-v and deployed to Citrix desktops but unable to get any of the add-ons to work for Internet Explorer or Office applications. They are not disabled just not visible at all. I can't run a repair as it is a sequenced App. We run everything through Windows 7 with machine creation service. We also have done a test install on a standard desktop without any issues.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Chris.

Hello Adobe Community,Is anyone else having issues deploying and (oddly) paying for their Creative Cloud for Teams subscription? We have purchased 18 licenses for our team across Ontario (we're in Canada) to be used in an educational setting and it's been a nightmare from day one.Simply paying for our subscription was beyond frustrating. Adobe does not accept direct payment (we would have preferred to pay by credit card) for this type of account and instead, makes it's users submit payment to a third party called 'Digital River' who only accepts wire transfers (a book keeping nightmare for Non-profits). Adobe and Digital River don't seem to communicate, and no one at customer support knows what was going on. We received two different invoices on two separate occasions and had no clue what one we needed to be paid. One invoice actually said we had a credit of $5000 before we made any payment at all. Once we finally got the correct invoice, payment was very difficult because our ba
I am attempting to use the Cleaner Tool to uninstall all Creative Cloud products. When I run this it does not do anything when I select option 4, then Clean All. I have run this several times selecting different options and then Clean All. None have worked for me. I am provided a log with the following error:[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool completed with ERRORS![Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Check the end of the log file for list of errors[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] [Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] *-*-*-*-*-*-* ::START:: - SUMMARY OF ERRORS *-*-*-*-*-*-*[Wed Jan 03 11:19:56 2018] ERROR: option C not recognized[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] *-*-*-*-*-*-* :: END :: - SUMMARY OF ERRORS *-*-*-*-*-*-*Can anyone please provide me any information to help troubleshooting what "Option C not recognized" could mean?Other information:After manually uninstalling these, some through command line, some through control panel, I was left with Core Sync and Adobe Fonts. I'm trying to install Creative Cloud through the Packager. When I run the installer after it's downloaded, I get this message:I've tried ways to fix this that have been mentioned on this forum before; like clearing out the Packager cache, uninstalling Creative Cloud, and running the Cleanup Tool.None of these solutions seem to work.
I work as part of a large team that uses CC - about 75 people. We are looking to install updates across the team (we haven't updated since our initial install in 2015). Our plan is to update a pilot group of about 6 staff to ensure there are no issues with the updates and our work. Would this cause any compatibility issues with the other users that haven't been updated? The primary programs used are Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Some folks do use premiere pro and after effects as well, but are in the pilot group and likely wouldn't be sharing files. Thanks in advance!
Why did you abruptly end support for a lower version of Premiere such as CC 2014 or CC 2015?I wonder why suddenly I can not download a subversion from the Creative Cloud desktop.
Hi Allhow do I tell what version of Acrobat is installed on my devices.... we own 100 + licenses... unless i log into the device i cannot tell what version is running. it makes difficult for updates and upgrades. We use LANDESK to query and track our software installs.thanks
Hi,So I created a package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for the latest version of Adobe CC 2018.I used setup --silent as command line and when the installer is done nothing is installed.I checked the install.log and I see that all the components get installed but then setup continues and flags everything for uninstall. No errors, just this: Sorting packages to uninstall Package (Name: AdobeAfterEffects15 Version: 15.0.0.180) selected for Uninstall Starting 'UN-INSTALL' task for Package (Name: AdobeAfterEffects15 Version: 15.0.0.180) &
I can't get an answer from Adobe support. Can someone point me in the right direction? My school's previous tech coordinator got CS6 licenses and I need to recover the licenses from computers that got wiped and/or discarded. The old site does not track how many licenses were used or what computers they were installed on, nor does it allow me to revoke licenses from defunct computers.Does anyone know an address at Adobe I can email to get help? Still on hold, and chat only responds after I have waited over 30 minutes and had to leave my desk.

Hello,I have created several deployment packages lately via the Creative cloud packager. They are deployed via SCCM and when both InDesign and Illustrator have been working fine while Photoshop kills the Explorer.exe under the deployment. The explorer.exe does not come back automatically and have to be started via task manager.I also created a package that includes several programs, among them Photoshop and the same happens with it.Note: Photoshop do complete the installation and are working correctly. Is there anyone that have encountered this problem before, and do anyone have a solution for it?
We have an Acrobat DC 2015 deployment (Classic Track 15.006.30355 currently) packaged and deployed via SCCM. Installs the 30033 base and then patches it with the 30355 update. In the middle of last week we started seeing installation failures on new systems. Eventually tracked it down to the fact that our newly imaged systems now come with an updated version of the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable, 12.0.40660. It looks like this update was released sometime in December and got rolled into our image. When you try to install the 15.006.30033 base, it doesn't recognize the new version and prompts you to try to install the VC++ 2013 12.0.21005 which is bundled with the install. That fails since it won't let you downgrade the version. I saw earlier that there exists an "IGNOREVCRT64" switch for the install command line--is this a viable workaround or will that disable parts of the program since it assumes that the VC++ is totally absent? Has anyone else seen this, and found any other workaro
Hallo, habe ein Team-Abo alle Applikationen und kann Lightroom CC nur als Testversion installieren. Wie kann ich das Problem beheben?
I am having issues with Adobe Reader DC compatibility for Windows 10 1607.On newly imaged clients Reader crashes after ~30 seconds.I think that this has to do with Microsoft Updates for Windows 10 pushed in the past couple of months. It doesn't matter if the install files are pushed via SCCM or downloaded from Adobe Website.Once the Reader is installed the only way to keep it from crashing is to turn off bProtecedMode DWORD Value or delete it out of Registry.I can not do that due to STIGs.This is a GPO that is pushed to all of the machines and is tattooed in registry due to security measures on our network. Is there a fix for this issue without disabling Protected Mode? Also, I have found that enabling the compatibility mode for the USER to Windows 7 fixes the issue, but enabling the compatibility mode for ALL USERS to Windows 7 doesn't fix the issue. I did this via GUI and Command Line.Command Script that I used for Current User (WORKS)REG ADD "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Cu

"An error has occurred during download. Please try again later." I have tried every possible permutation of the advanced settings on the Packager, removed and reloaded Adobe Application Manager, removed it completely, because the first thing the Packager does is to install the Adobe Application Manager, so my question is, why in the world is the Packager trying once again to retrieve the Adobe Application Manager, and why would an error occur during download of something that is already downloaded, and stopping my install? 3 days of this is beginning to wear on me. Thanks.
having same exact issue with multiple machines in our environment.
