Hi,We are having issues using the appv packaged version of Adobe Reader DC. Firstly we cannot print any pdf from within the virtual app. When the document is sent to print the application hangs until it is forcibly closed. We can print fine through other virtual apps.The second is that when trying to open a pdf in the IE11 browser adobe reader fails with the error 15:3.I have followed the official guide located here: App-V Deployment: Reader DC — Enterprise Administration Guide I have also tried the common google found solutions such as switching of enhanced protection mode within IE but to no avail.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Simon

This is the second time I have been unable to download a new update for the CC programs. I have still not been able to download Bridge 2015 after being on the customer service chat for over 2 hours and attempting a second day and uninstalling all my older versions of Bridge. Now Indesign 2017 and Bridge 2017 won't download either. And the option of " retry " doesn't work. That is not helpful as a fix for the error Adobe, that should not be a "solution" to fix the problem. I am on a mac and used to have CS5 installed and have removed most to all of this software. I am using IOS 10.11.6. Do I need to download 10.12? Hello,My organisation has historically had access to Adobe Creative Suite 6 on a specific computer. Unfortunately this computer is no longer functional and crashes when we try to use InDesign, Illustrator etc. I have worked at my organisation for about one year and was not working here when Adobe Creative Suite 6  was purchased, presumably several years ago. A colleague of mine gave me what appeared to be the original serial number for the software and the official DVD-ROM to install the software, plus an Adobe ID (not this one - I don't have access to the associated email account) and password which I presumed would be associated with the order. I deactivated the software on the broken PC, then installed it on a functioning PC and entered the serial number. I was then asked to log in, and used the ID and password I had been given, but received the message that there were no products associated with the account. Is it possible to fine tune AUSST so it only downloads user-specified updates and products? The AdobeUpdates folder has recently blown out to over 200GB and continues to increase in size. This is not sustainable for us.

I'm running into an issue on a Windows 10 x64 (LTSB 1607) where I'm trying to install Acrobat standard 2017 via command line but I keep getting errors about the .msi not installing the c++ runtime and I need .net framework installed. I know its compatible with my machine because if I run setup.exe it installs just fine but I need to be able to deploy this silently with the .msi. I've tried to install the individual components first (c++ runtime/.net) but I get the same errors. Could someone point me in the direction of exactly what it needs in order to install when using the .msi?

Hi,I get premier pro and a ton of other adobe applications for free from my school. They provide a rar file that u click and it downloads the app and creative cloud. The thing is it downloads the application to the main drive (boot drive). With the recent release of the 2018 version of the Creative Cloud suite, I was looking to create a new installation package with Creative Cloud Packager. All looks like it's going well, I select all of my options and tell it to start building the package.When it gets to the point of downloading Lightroom Classic CC, it stops immediately and goes back to the list of applications to include in the package. Lightroom CC Classic now has a yellow triangle with a '!' in it next to it. Mousing over it, all it says is "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again."I've tried purging the cache, as well as going into the cache folder and manually deleting everything from that folder. I've also tried pointing the cache folder to a different location to shorten the path. So far, nothing has worked. Strangely enough, after purging the cache, it still shows a number of the applications as partially, or fully, downloaded. I would've thought that would wipe out all of that. I've tried to go hunting

The previous Purchasing Agent within our division had purchased Adobe Professional for all the office staff.  This Purchasing Agent has left and we now have a new Purchasing Agent.  We have had some turnover with staff, role responsibilities has changed, and new equipment for some staff has been replaced.  Is there a way to get transfer license and registration information to other pieces of equipment and also update our account with adobe professional to the new purchasing agent.

Hi,I am trying to uninstall CC 2017, however, I cannot find a way to run the uninstaller located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Utils\Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe" in a silent mode. It keeps prompting a window asking whether I want to uninstall or repair. Is there a specific command line argument to make it silent?I also tried to run the CC Cleaner Tool; but it is not silent either. It prompts a dialog panel, asking to choose the language, to agree to terms, to choose the products, etc.Please let me know if there is a silent unattended way of uninstalling CC.Thanks

l'm looking to get Adobe usernames and passwords synced with those in active directory and want to be able to link accounts to Adobe using LDAP. I can see available applications for some products but none to manage a Team. Are there any products that I have missed or is it not possible to use LDAP?

The title says it all but I'll reiterate. How do CC apps downloaded with the Creative Cloud desktop app get installed without asking for administrator user/password? Its the sam on both Mac and Windows and I don't understand how its doing it. This seems like a security hole to me.

Hello,In company we use licenses per user (not computer), we also are using terminal servers for users to work, but specific people are allowed to use laptops to work locally.My question is about Creative Could - even though license is per user, she cannot use it locally because it asks her to sign out from the other computer (terminal server) where she's working (and she have access to Adobe there too). Is there a possibility to somehow fix it, so she can use it on terminal server aswell as her local laptop without signing out on the other one?Best regards,Damian

Our production network is off-line and never touches the internet. We create packages with CC Packager to install off-line with attached licenses and have never had a problem until this past summer. We can't get any packages to run. Each will spin away for a while, even install AE, Audition and Character Animator then fail and rapidly uninstall the three apps. I've reinstalled Packager (several times). Any suggestions?
