HelloIn the company where I work we bought the license for Adobe Illustrator Creative Cloud, but I as a second administrator can not use it. I don't know if I need to enable something, could you support me please.
On all of our PCs, whenever a CC application is open, every 5-10 seconds, the cursor will change to a wait cursor for about a second. This is continuous, and happens even when nothing is open in the application.I traced the issue to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\CCLibrary\CCLibrary.exe". As far as I can tell, it's executing and crashing in a loop. If I close all CC applications, then rename or delete CCLibrary.exe, the problem goes away. Alternatively, if I close "Libraries" in a CC application, then close and re-open the application, the problem goes away. Most of our users don't use Libraries, but I still need it working for those that do. The problem exists on Windows 7 and Windows 10, on different hardware, and at different sites. We're using the latest 2017 versions.
I have a user at my company who is trying to download CC apps. We have assigned her a license and she has access in our SSO but whenever she goes to download an app it says "Can't reach Adobe servers. Check network connectivity." She has a working internet connection and the firewall is not an issue. We also tried resetting her host file. Nothing worked. Can someone please assist with this issue.
Hello, We recently replaced all our Macs in the studio and now have a display issue with one of our fonts. It's displaying differently between Macs and compared to previous versions of the files - the kearning is different and the £ symbol has changes for example. We've all installed the same fonts but it still switched between Macs. Any ideas on what it may be??Thanks,Halley

I am using Creative Cloud Packager for education to deploy Adobe apps. I used the Create License Package to get the serialization executable as well as the RemoveVolumeSerial.exe.I install one of the Adobe apps on a PC. Once I have it installed I can see the device is with activated license through my web management interface. I then copy the license folder, which I previously created through Creative Cloud Packager --> Create License Package. I then run the RemoveVolumeSerial.exe as an admin and wait about 5 min.The device is still with an active license. I checked the log file AdobeSerialization.log in C:\Users\Current user\AppDaqta\Local\Temp and here is the output:09/13/17 14:22:52:261 | [INFO] | | CreativeCloudPackager | Utilities | RemoveVolumeSerial | | | 3808 |09/13/17 14:22:52:261 | [INFO] | | CreativeCloudPackager | Utilities | RemoveVolumeSerial | | | 3808 | ##################################################09/13/17 14:22:52:261 | [INFO
What if, the person that the product was registered to is no longer with our company and I am the new user to be registered? The product (CS5) was left with the parent organization and assigned to a different user within the organization. We do not know who it is even currently registered to.
I administer a group of three users. One of the users has had some issues for over a year, but he's managed to work in spite of them, although it would be nice to get it cleared up.The other user is working on an older computer that is not compatible with cloud. She has been using CS6, but her computer broke down, and our IT guy is fixing the computer. But we need a serial number to load CS6 on her computer. I can't find a serial number anywhere on my account administration pages. Like I said, we've been paying for her on Cloud. We just need some kind of number, so we can get her loaded up.

Using Acrobat Pro DC in a Citrix 7.8 environment, with a roaming install and Adobe supported configuration. After DC was published to the PVS image, users are using an error that states "No dictionaries were found".Anyone else in a virtual environment ran into this issue and found a fix?Any help appreciated, thanks.
Good grief. Y'all have the most complicated subscription licensing process know to mankind. Network Install, then get prompted to login with Adobe ID. Go through that whole processManagement console "invitation" prompts to install from internet, regardless of already installed. Wait for 2 email confirmations.
I have been working on automating our user management for Creative Cloud. I am able to get the JWT to send https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/exchange/jwt and receive a 200 response but I do not have the access token in the body of the response.Is there something else I am missing?KeyFactory keyFactory = KeyFactory.getInstance("RSA");KeySpec ks = new PKCS8EncodedKeySpec(privateKeyFileContent);RSAPrivateKey privateKey = (RSAPrivateKey) keyFactory.generatePrivate(ks);String imsHost = LocalProperties.getInstance().getProperty("imsHostBase");String orgId = LocalProperties.getInstance().getProperty("orgId");String technicalAccountId = LocalProperties.getInstance().getProperty("technicalAccountId");String apiKey = LocalProperties.getInstance().getProperty("apiKey");String metascopes = new String (LocalProperties.getInstance().getProperty("metascopes"));String aud = "https://" + imsHost + "/c/" + apiKey;String meta = "https://" + imsHost + "/s/" + metascopes;jwtToken = Jwts.builder().se

Hi Adobe,when will this version be available to enterprise? I can't build it from Creative Cloud Packager.. keeps building the old version 4.1.1.202. Our Staff have restricted internet access and cannot update from the internet so they are now locked out of the application because it cannot be updated. any chance of an offline updater I could use if you are not going to update creative cloud packager?I'm guessing this isn't a priority for you? the release notes haven't even been updated? lol, not a very funny joke.I'm glad adobe is so forward thinking when it comes to enterprise customers.
I am trying to re-download adobe acrobat 8.1.0 professional on my computer. When i get to the download e-license step I get a "Unable to connect to the internet" message. I tried downloading the e-license through different networks and I get the same message so it can't be the firewall. My level of patience with Adobe is near nill.Your frontline support only ever offer to give you ports and addresses to whitelist when you mention that you're working within a proxy environment. Yet you're happy to bill us $270 a month for our corporate subscriptions! How is this considered a corporate service!? Where is your complaints department?!We work within a proxy environment where we use a global blacklist. There is nothing to whitelist. We are able to communicate with all your ports. The issue we're experiencing here is that your connection to our Creative Cloud Suites are wanting to be streamed through our proxy. This is not possible.Can Adobe offer any kind of support to fix the issue that isn't level 1 "whitelisting ports"!?
Hi, I have a computer lab of 24 computers and they have already package installed. It is Photoshop and Lightroom but i need to add Illustration. I am trying to install the creative cloud desktop app at my workplace. It always worked normally in the past. I just started running into a problem where the installer will die at 42% with error code 205. I have read in the forums and understand the implication of error 205. Here is all of the relevant information:The error happens on a windows 10 Surface book on a wired connection, a Windows 7 desktop on a wired connection, a windows 8 vm on a wired connection, and on a windows 10 surface book on both our secured and unsecured wireless connection. Firewall on or off makes no difference. The wired secured network has a hardware firewall and a proxy. The unsecured network supposedly routes around both of those appliances. Whenever i run into an issue downloading something on the secured network I always fail over to the unsecured public network just to circumvent the security appliances and get the download done. This always works for me, I was very surprised when the cloud installer st
My customer just buy the Education license and create the install package from Adobe Creative Cloud Packager to install as the device license on computer in lab already but when they sign in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App it still show as "Try" on the app that already installed then I have the question how to make the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App show the installed App as "Open" or "Up to date"And the application that install from the Packager can open with full function license
Installed Acrobat Standard 2017 out of the shrinkwrapped box. Used our single Adobe account to try to register it. Despite using the serial, it tells me I'm only allowed to have 2 installations (of previously shrinkwrapped product) at one time. My only option (because who would be signed in to product I just opened the box for?) was to 'unregister' whatever other versions they thought we had.We are a corporation. We use one account for all things including our CC licensing console. Going forward, we will be doing the CC/DC online licensing.I understand that I can't unify our existing product going forward to the new licensing management system, but I'm afraid that limitations in the system will prevent us from moving forward with thousands of dollars in Adobe products that we should be able to use and uninstall, unassign and repurpose for years to come.I did chat with a CS agent. His only suggestion was to register it with an other Adobe ID. we can't manage boxed software registered to
We recently deployed Acrobat 2017 to our Windows Server 2016 XenDesktop environment. Today all users received a CMD window pop up stating "Updating Policy...User Policy has completed successfully. Certain user policies are enabled that can only run during logon." At the same time, the Acrobat Update Service was running. We have this disabled using the .mst and with group policy. Is it possible that the Update Service updated Adobe or ran and caused a change in the User Policy?
