Hallo zusammen, ich wollte euch nur informieren, dass Adobe seit der Juli-Rechnung 2024 anscheinend das Feld für die alternative E-Mail-Adresse in den Lastschrifteinstellungen entfernt hat. In der Rechnung steht jetzt wieder die E-Mail-Adresse vom Vertragseigentümer. Habe jetzt als Workaround unsere Buchhaltung als Systemadministrator hinzugefügt, damit sie wieder die Mail mit der Rechnung erhält. 

I apologize in advance if this has been addressed but with the limitied time I have I was not able to find documantation that supported my need. I am a Creative Director with a team of designers. I am also have a system admin role within creative cloud.  What I would like to have access to all my temas created files. I find it to be a waste of time to ask if I can be shared on a new project file. I would also like the ability to set up files and have them easily shared throughiout my team instead of haveing to share with each individual team member. I mostly care about getting imouduate access to my teams files. I need to access projects all the time and if the creative is not available to share this introduces a major work issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi @36104460, I need to revert back to an older version of Photopshop as 26.1 does not support my Windows version anymore. However, there is no option for "other versions" available anymore in the context menu. There are only "delete" and "add ons" available. Any ideas why I cannot see the option "other versions" in all of the installed apps within Creative Cloud? I am running CC version 5.5.0.617. Cheers,Martin

I have received an email stating that "you no longer have system administrator rights"The administrators of your company .-Deleted-Org have revoked your rights as system administrator to the Adobe Admin Console for your company.-Deleted-Org. I am only the administrator and how can this happen? Please support on the how to restore permissions.

I need to cancel my school account.  The school did not set it up, I set it up using my school email.  When I go to Data and Privacy, there's no option to delete data. In Manage Account, there's no Cancel link to click.  I've been charged to my PayPal account, but there's nowhere in my Adobe account to delete or change payment options.  The AI chatbot tells me to contact my administrator, but I have none.

We have been transfering content from one environement to another using package manager in AEMaaCS, But is there any optimized way to transfer content from lower to higher environment without using package manager  in AEMaaCS ?

I have a user with Adobe acrobat installed, stated it was previously 64 bit but has crashed and now only a 32 bit program, which they cannot seem to change, and report it creates more issues. They did have Adobe reader installed at some point, it has since been removed via control panel. I've ran the repair tool and updates from the help menu. Everything appeared fine. I have the sysinfo too if that could help.Should a fresh uninstall of all adobe products be done and the AcroCleaner run before reinstalling Adobe Acrobat ? I Would love to get this on sorted as its been installed 3 times before it ended up in my queue and people keep doing the same thing over & over.

Hi, I have the same issue. At the admin console, I can see which plans I have and who they are assigned to, but when I go to the personal profile of the user, there is no "manage my plan" option. As an enterprise (named user licensing), a really important thing to be able to understand is whether a license that has been "granted" to a user for Adobe applications is actually being "utilized". For example, if a user asked for and was given an Acrobat Pro license, but they my actually have continued using Reader and never actually signed into Creative Cloud.  Being able to report from the Admin console whether named users are currently -- or have ever -- signed into Creative Cloud would be a wonderful piece of data to obtain.

Hello,Does anyone know if it is possible to know when is the last time a user has logged onto their licenced product/products?Ex: User A has a licence for Acrobat PRO DC licence and uses the application everyday, so their licence is maintained.User B has an All Apps licence but only uses Photoshop and Lightroom on a daily basis. If a report is generated in this sense, I would rather give two Single App licences to User B and revoke their All Apps licence.Thanks,Joël

I am sofrustrated with the lack of responsiveness and efficiency from my account manager. A recent example highlights this issue: I requested to add another 100 transactions to the enterprise plan, but instead of providing the correct link, I was repeatedly sent the wrong one. This has caused unnecessary delays in my project progress.I would like to know if it is possible to request a change in account manager to someone more efficient and responsive to my needs.

I'm requesting the removal of the mandatory password change feature. This requirement is causing significant inconvenience by forcing me to interrupt my work, sign out of all Adobe apps, and potentially lose unsaved progress. Additionally, it increases the likelihood of me forgetting my password, as I'm constantly being forced to create new ones.

I've looked at the online docs, and apologies if I missed something, but I'm a bit unclear... we are planning on moving away from using the User Sync Tool and replacing it with Azure Sync. I'm wondering if someone may be able to clarify 2 things for me: #1. Please read all the details. This problem has plagued our company for a long time and the last time I came looking for help the response was "Make sure you have internet.". We have all the prescribed firewall rules in place for our production systems. How do I formally request a new account manager? I have had nothing but issues with my account manager. I'm attempting to renew an enterprise account. Every invoice I have received has had errors, things have been added, or the number of licenses increased with no notification from my account manager. They are trying to take advantage of us by slipping things in that I'm not asking for and hoping that I miss it. The installation packets of Creative Cloud failed to install.On all windows versions (windows 7, 8.1 and 10) the same error.I get the message " Installation failed. Please refer to PDApp.log for more information.

Hello,I would like to know if is still possible to download InDesign 18.x from the Creative Cloud.We are having problems with Indian languages where some characters/ligatures show corrupted in versions 19 and 20 but not in 18.It doesn't matter what font we use or what paragraph composer, the corruption is still there.For what I can see in Creative Cloud the earliest version you can download is 19.0.Thanks

Hi, We are having some trouble with the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App. The app doesn't appear to work in our environment for standard users, when we have Windows UAC turned off. When we turn User Access Control back on, the Creative Cloud Desktop app functions correctly. If we turn UAC off, standard users are presended with an error message "Something went wrong If reloading your apps doesn't fix the problem, please contact customer support for help. Get Help" after they log-on to the app. We are using Windows 10 Enterprise - 1909, with the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app. Turning off UAC either via registry change, GPO or manual change via the Windows interface results on the desktop app from presenting the above error message for non-administrative users when UAC is turned off. Is there any reason why the desktop app does not work any more for non-admin's with UAC turned off? Regards,Richard

Good afternoon, all. I have seen variations of this question on the support threads, but never a conclusive answer and instead a fair amount of deflection to other threads which proved dead-ends. Bottom line, I am the administrator for a Team/Pro account with six users, including myself. We recently moved to new email domains, which I am trying to update in the Admin Console. But I can't. The online guides claim you can edit profiles - including names, etc. - by navigating to Admin Console/Users and selecting the person in question. That is not true. When I try, I get this ... There are no three dots. Not there. Not where they're supposed to be. And when I do examine the available options, the closest solution I can find is to wander through the business of downloading/uploading in CSV format.  If I am forced to mess with CSV, then I guess I will. And I guess I'll cross my fingers and trust that that will work as advertised. But it won't explain why the ed

HelloWe are using Selfservice Creative Cloud packages with a Shared Device License in our environment. Since the last update of the Creative Cloud, all users receive a UAC and can no longer open the Creative Cloud.Why does this UAC appear?Creative Cloud should be able to update itself without admin rights?Kind RegardsPascal
