Admins should have the ability to unlock accounts and reset passwords via the Administrative Console. It is a tedious process to have to go through Adobe Support for this, when it would just be a few clicks for an administrator. 

Hello,I'd like to ask for how to install photoshop and illustrator app in Adobe CC, and have some issues for that. I attached the screenshot of sign, and it mentioned that 'photoshop is not yet available for your device'. In my case, I've been using Adobe apps like photoshop for long time with student account, but this time I cannot re-install photoshop as well as illustrator.  I've already used Adobe CC cleaner to delete all the past version, and even use new OS account to run the apps, but it didn't work.  Additionally, right before this issue, I updated MacOS to Monterey(OS.12). And when I looked at 'the available plan' on CC, photoshop and illustrator were already dropped this time. Please let me know how to solve the problem. Thank you. 

I work with a team that's creating content for a math curriculum. We've got curriculum writers on one team and about 20 artists working on art assets on another team. All the artists have Adobe for Teams accounts but the writers don't. I want to be able to share the art assets with the writers so they can incorporate the art into their lessons. I've generated a webpage following these directions that I've shared with the writers but with over a thousand assets and growing, I've not found an efficient way for them to search for an image. Using the typical FIND feature in the browser (Chrome) doesn't work unless the asset you're searching for is visible. So for instance if I do a search for "button," it'll come back with zero results even though there ARE assets in the library tagged as button, they're just not on the current screen I'm viewing. I don't have any CC licenses assigned to my account but I support numerous users who do.  And when I open Creative Cloud under my account, no matter what the status is of the apps on the server, checking for updates always comes up empty.   It would be nice if I could update the existing apps on our server without having a license assigned to my account.  I just want to ensure the server is kept up to date with all available patches and keep from having our users get interrupted with the process of updating the apps themselves, assuming they would even try. Just my $0.02 worth...-Michael.  

We have AEM 6.5 installed on On PREM AEM.. Adobe fraklin  may work on prem AEM? or it works only on AEM Cloud Service? Regards,Chandra

Hi folks, I'm heading up a team of editors and was curious how others approach updates to their Adobe suite and operating systems. Do you get the team to update simultaneously on a certain date? Or maybe one of you trials the new version to check for bugs etc? Thanks!

My computer broke down and I had to reinstall everything. But the creative cloud won't let me download my apps, even though I have a paid and active account. Can anyone help? 

Dear  Team, As an admin, I am looking for features in which we would be able to remove the user ID from the console based on the usage of the license. If the user is not using the license for some specific period of time, we should be able to get reports, and based on that,  we can remove and reclaim the license. Regards,sujaya

Hello,My orgainzation has need of analysing licneisng information associated with a user and adobe various softwares.I have seen UMAPI but it doesn't retrive any information regarding to the lincesing and I have aslo seen Adobe Stock API which seems to retrive the license information only related to adobe stock.,Is there any adobe API that can help to retrive such information.It would be great help if anyone can help with this.For example consider the secanrio below:Adobe creative cloud encompasses various software in the suite. Additionally there are stand alone licenses for software within Adobe Creative cloud. A user may have access to Adobe Illustrator and now they need access to Adobe InDesign. They might get access to Adobe Creative Cloud (which includes both InDesign and Illustrator), however their stand-alone licenses from Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign do not get revoked. They continue to have those stand-alone licenses.  would like to get insights into these scen

When touching mousepad, Illustrator goes all over the place. Needs a couple of minutes to process it. Then I can give another order (only 1) or, when I want to scroll again, Illustrator goes again all over the place. Not a workable area. Tried to delete the programm with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and re-install. No success. Tried another version of Illustrator. No success. Please help.

My university used to give me acess to the full plan, but since I graduated and lost this plan I'm unable to enter my profile, even thought when it still exists and is connected to my e-mail.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for like an hour an nothing is working. I have an account with my school and when I go to look at my plan, I don't get the "manage plans" option which is how you cancel your subscription. I can't even view what type of plan I have. It gives me zero options on how to cancel my account or even look at my payment plan, the only option given is to deactivate my computer. I want this thing off my computer bc it's destorying it, but I don't want to keep paying for a subscription if I'm not using this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?

Hello Any frustration in my tone is directed at Adobe not teh community. 🙂 I have reviewed eh community posts and support articles.We have Adobe Acrobat pro DC on about 10 PCs and none of them are auto-updating.The Task to check upates runs  without error but no updates are installed.I checked registry settings and teh option for updating is set to download and install.I reset preferences, although Update is not an option anymore.Creative Cloud is running.Anti-Virus is not blocking updates as far as I can tell looking at the corporate AV console.It says apps are up to date but our Tenable nessus system identifies that we are not up to date and have vulnerabilities.This is very frustrating.I cannot re-install Acrobat on everyone's PC.We update Reader via GPO so I suppose I coudl do the same for Acrobat but not sure if that is even an option. Any thoughts on how to force the Acrobat Pro DC to update woudl be appreciated. regardsAdrian 

Why can't I download my apps after PAYING for them through my admin? Every time I go to download, I am required to "request access." After that I check with my "admin" and NOTHING. Now he doesn't have access to the apps after being able to see that I did, in fact, request access. Is this a joke? What is going on with your services? We are losing productivity as a result and pay for 2 accounts, which we can't access.

Good morning Once a week I receive an email from Bharat Jagwani <jagwani@adobe.com>which tells me: I wanted to circle back with you once again on the below individual licenses, which could be consolidated to a centralized business account. Is it really from Adobe? 

We bought 6 Standard licenses and I was under the false impression, that it's possible to first install Standard and then Reader on our RDS servers. Standard works fine for our six named users but installing Reader was not possible and now the majority of our users are unhappy with opening PDFs in Edge or Firefox.  Is there a way around this? Apparantely the unified installer is only available to enterprises, which is the only "solution" I have found thus far. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I am implementing Adobe Target through the platform Web SDK and have configured all the steps as mentioned in this article : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/implement-web-sdk/applications-setup/setup-target#set-up-and-render-a-custom-decision-scopeAfter i created an activity in adobe target i can see that the changes from activities are getting applied on the page. However, pageviews are not getting recorded.    I Checked in the debug mode and send event is getting triggered.Any suggestions to resolve this issue will be really appriciated.

The organization I work for is experiencing a problem with Adobe Stock, it says we don't have any free assets, it's been 4 days since our team has been able to download the images, Adobe's support is very bad, they can't resolve it, we have several jobs stopped because We cannot finish the pieces without the photos being uploaded. You ask for support and support treats you like an idiot, asking for a screenshot to see if you logged in correctly, or if the account is in a business profile. We are about 15 users, each in a home office, and there is no way to say that it is the company's network as each one is in their home with their own internet. Don't try to say that it's the company's network. And everyone has a professional profile and a company login.Very tiring

We are facing difficulties of claiming our invoices from Adobe.We tried many troubleshooting processes with unfortunately no success, the invoice history should be available in the "Account" tab (according to the knowledge article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/manage-invoices.html#:~:text=Sign%20in%20to%20the%20Admin%20Console.,amount%2C%20and%20status%20of%20payment.) still it is nowhere to be found.Tried changing the contract owner to eliminate the possibility of computer/account issues.Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any help would be deeply appreciated as we are kind of circling around this issue for quite some time now.
