팀용 adobe 플랜을 더 이상 사용하지 않아 환불 및 취소하려고 합니다. 하지만 상담원은 맨날 없다고하고 근무시간에 해당되는데도 없다고 뜨면 언제 해줄 것이며왜 플랜취소를 내가 스스로 할 수 없는 것입니까? 개인 플랜처럼 그냥 취소할 수 있어야 하는거 아닌가요?도대체 왜 이 방법 만으로 취소하라고 하는건지도 모르겠고, 어떻게 하는지좀 알려주세요.

It would be awesome to run a report for users on our console to see when they last logged in/used one of the products they are assigned.  There really isn't a way to audit activity at this level and I feel we have licenses that could be reallocated or freed up from users who don't really ustilize the license that has been assigned to them.

Should be displayname. I want to delete my adobe account, but I can't work out how. When I try to chat to support, it says I need to refer to my organisation, but this is a personal account unattached to an organisation:

We are being asked to move our user management off the Sign portal to an Adobe portal that controls sign.  We are about to cliam the domain but found that other Adobe portals are also in play with our company domain.  If we claim the domain will it break anything with the existing SSO setup on the other portal?

Hi, we move out from SDL to user licence. All our staff using the same device (previously used SDL). When sign in, the device still show 'this is share device' and unable to use the app.New licence purchased and in Adobe console, the user info correct.We try to uninstall the apps and reinstall with new package - still not working.Need help.

That would require login to the Adobe sign to authorize access. Which then generates the code needed for the token service. https://api.adobesign.com/oauth/token Our solution would like to invoke APIs without the process via browser and that requires login to the Adobe sign. Is there a way to acquire that code programatically. That can be send to the token service without the browser interaction and approval process. activity report: I would like to reclaim licenses if a user has not had any activity in 90 -120 days

Hello,      I am trying to add a user in the Admin console but it always comes up with the message "Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later.".  I have tried using different browsers, different computers and even different networks to log in to the console.  But it never lets me add a user and I always get the message.

My personal account is my work email account for Adobe Creative Cloud. We have a business account for the rest of the workspace for those who use Acrobat. I am the the only one who uses Creative Cloud at my workplace as I am the marketing department. When they moved my account to business my premium access was removed from the work email address and added to the business account. This is fine, except the only way to move my projects over is to send a link ONE BY ONE for over 3 years worth of projects in Adobe Express to move them to that account. Does ANYONE have any other advice on what to do? I have gone back and forth with the chat support all morning and have been transferred back and forth with no real answers here. Basically, at this point, I want to just reverse being added to the business account and go back to what I have been doing for 3 years now with my previous plan. Just getting that done has been a hassle. Please someone give me some advice. I am currently on the 30-day

To whom this may concern, I would like a refund from multiple unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my card of a total sum of £400. For a subscription product which has been wrongly authorised.  I have never used your product before and I am failing to understand how all these transactions came about at one time.I am in desperate need of my money to be returned to my account due to financial difficulties and dependents. I've inherited a client where they have 4 different companies (from same group) and only 1 had Adobe Enterprise plan.We would like now to make licenses available for the 3 other companies, maintaining they're identity, etc.Is it possible to do it?Best regards,Diogo Sousa

How can I contact Adobe with an issue about software All Aps not functioning after renewal of licenses?The support request form does not let me fillin a product name and send the request.

I deleted a user from the admin console, tried to make the backup as usual, but received an error message accompanied by an email indicating that the backup could not be performed. As I was told, I tried to make the backup again but I can't because the user appears active in the user list but when I click to delete it gives me an error because it is already deleted. In short, the user is deleted, it appears as active but I can't get it backed up.  

i have setup the SAML SSO auth along with Azure. When i try the Test Sign in from the Azure Entreprise Application i am challenged with the SSO Auth but i get the message :to note that Authentication under adobe directory works fine when i try the Test button, Domain has been joined successfully and the Sync has finished after doing the Provisioning from Azure Enterprise application.Does anyone know how to solve this error message?  

We have a weird issue, we have an air gapped network and i need to update the licesne of our Adobe Pro, which we vertuilize. We have an offline installed we get from Adobe to do this. Odd issue where if i run the packaging tools in VMware Application Volumes mangager and then try installing Adobe pro, it will promt that it cannot reach out to Adobe to verify license. Sounds like installer right? Well same VM, if you isntall from the same downloaded installed with out App Vols running it installs fine with no issue. Tried this on a couple different VM's and no matter what, if its trying to package with App Vols it then thinks it need to reach out to Adobe and fails. Im at a loss and its not exactly and easy problem to Google.  Any suggestions are appreciated.Thanks

Um for some reason, since Oct. 2023, I have been charged twice a month for two separate plans. Either Im stupid and signed up for the wrong plan but I used my university email to make an account as I was supposed to have a discount for being a student and I remember it telling me it was supposed to only be 20 something a month becasue that was the deal at the time but now I have admin access. But its not normal, I Im the admin and the student so I think im paying for both but I dont know how I ended up with this situation and now to cancel it. its like 200+ bucks and adobe wont help. The chat bot just shows me my billing info but it only shows the creative plus all apps charge (64.03) and then another which I dont know what it is for (37.35) Im spending so much money and I dont even need it for school this semester!!!!! Help please!

Goodmorning,Our company has about 10 people using Adobe Expres, I as the admin don't have a licence.Is it possible to add a font for these 10 users, but from within the admin console, or do al 10 people need to add this themselves?

Hello,I've been working for 3 months on my old schools adobe account thinking that I was on my new schools adobe account, Yesterday while trying to work on Illustrator I wasn't able to access my files (it was saying that the files couldn't be found and that I needed to contact the owner of the account the file was on to open it). Im guessing my old account got shut down. PLS help I have no access to my cloud and might have lost all of my work.

For a large organization where we are automating as much as possible, would be nice to have the ability to assign Admin Roles to a group which is synched from Azure AD.

HiI have a personal subscription for Lightroom CC and a work subscription for Acrobat Pro CC. Whenever I am signed in with one account for one app I can't use the other any more and vice versa. What am I doing wrong please?I am using Mac OSX 12.4.RegardsRalf

The last time I used creative cloud, I was on a school account. That school account has now been deleted and now, every time I open creative cloud, it gives me a sign in page. There are no options other than a sign in button, thus meaning I cannot sign out because I cannot sign in. I deleted and reinstalled creative cloud multiple times. Please help, I cannot use any Adobe apps because of this.

I have two profiles with my Enterprise plan, one under my work email, one under my personal email (which I mistakenly set up because I didn't realize which plan I was signing into).  I never use the free account, and I already have a separate photography plan that I pay for, separate from the company account.  I've looked at all the support documents on how to delete an account, but I don't seem to have that option when I'm logged into the free plan.  So, three profiles:Personal photography plan (no changes, personal email)Enterprise plan (no changes, paid for by my employer, employer email)Enterprise plan free (I want to delete this one, personal email) How do I delete it the free one? Do I need to contact my company's administrator? Thanks.
