As many others on here I 'm trying to access the Admin Console only to get an error message saying I dont have access to it and to contact the administrator for the account (me). Someone from Adobe please advice.  

I was removing accounts to free up seats for new users and I removed an active user. I got his account restored but his files are gone. Is there anyway to recover files that may have been deleted? 

Hi evereyone,  is there anybody that could provide me with a Incopy CC 2021 DMG file please ? Our dmg became corrupted last week for an uknown reason and we don't have any Backups.  We tried to contact Adobe support and ask them to send it back to us but they said that they don't have it anymore. We absolutely need Incopy 2021 for another 6 months because we are using an older version of Woodwing wich only works in the 2021 version.  We are suppose to upgrade in about 6 months. We already tried to download old version from Adobe Creative Cloud but the older version available is 2022 Version 17. We also tried to create a package from the adobe admin console but again,  the older version available is 2022.  Adobe Support suggest me to ask here in case someone would stil have the DMG and would be kind enough to send it to us.  So if someone has the DMG for Adobe Incopy CC2021, please let me know. Thank you ! 

We are right in middle of rolling out InDesign/InCopy 2021 to workstations in our enterprise and v16 just disappeared from the download page! Where can I find an installer for this? It's critical we have 2021 and not 2022 or 2023.

I have no idea where to turn anymore. I'm feeling so defeated by dealing with support. They have absolutely drained my entire day by passing me around and apparently commiting fraud.So so fed up. Can't even talk to a person of authority to fix my situation.Adobe, I absolutely can't stand having to do business with you.

Hellowe have severall macOS Systems (Ventura and Sonoma) in our Windows AD environment. Each has the same problem saving JPGs from Photoshop to an network drive. Every jpg has only 0KB and is not usable. Of course saving locally works. Copy from local and paste to network share is working fine as well. I know Adobe is not intended to savo on network shares, but that far from any working reality. Any ideas what might be the problem an how to fix it? Best Rgds

Dear all,a few weeks ago, we ordered an additional licence Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Pro in our Enterprise portal. However, the licence was disabled not even a week later for lack of payment, before we even got the invoice from Adobe.We contacted our Account Manager via e-mail and agreed that he would re-activate the licence, but since then we have not gotten any answer anymore and the licence remains disabled. This causes us immense trouble, because one of our employees cannot fulfill their dutys since many days.Mind you, we received and payed the invoice in the meantime, but still cannot use our licence.Please let me know, how can this be solved? Is there something to consider when ordering licences that we may have done wrong?I'm afraid that to us this looks like a terrible blunder on Adobe's side.Regardsbaramundi software IT Admin

Hi! I need help getting into Adobe illustrator and photoshop, when I open the app it tells me to contact the admin for access? 

Just wondering can anyone help me solve this annoying issue I'm having. thankfully I'm not the only student in the class having it either. I have bought my monthly plan subscription which gives me photoshop. It loves to tease and run when it wants to and sometimes it won't let me use it at all like what's the point? It was working completely fine for me these past couple of weeks until recent days. it's highly annoying. I have tried contacting adobe help and they were no help at all which I am not surprised. any help would be highly appreciated. Will be checking constantly for replies.

We have been trying to renew our subscription since October 6th without any response from anyone. I contacted support and got the name of the new rep and again no response. Finally we got a response with the renewal quote a day before our subscription ends. We requested to update the number of licenses and again we get no respomse again. now we are in the grace period and follow up again. after few attempts we get another quote with the new number of licenses but the pricing has increased. after going back and forth with the rep because she can't honor the previous pricing and wasting the time, she gave us updated pricing to find out that they have renewed and downgraded our subscription from Enterprise to Teams licenses without informing us or stating that the license will change. Now we are chasing the rep, the manager and another manager to get clarification on the change. What do I need to do to address this licensing issue? I am having the hardest time with taking care of my business VIP invoice. I have been sending emails requesting an invoice beginning in September - Our renewal expiration was October 30th. I have emailed numerous times, opened two cases (they get closed after a response that the case was sent to a different department), spoken with a CSR (They could not help and told me to email the renewal team), opened a chat and I have still not had any luck getting an invoice to pay for our renewals. We are unable to access the program and the program is part of our curriculum in our district so students are sitting in class unable to access work that they need. I have asked for the account manager contact information and keep getting referred to a generic renewal email address.  I don't understand why getting an invoice is so hard during a renewal and how they can just allow  business accounts to come close to expire without proper customer service. We are facing an issue with Creative Cloud starting on all machines after each user sign-in requiring the popup of signing into Creative Cloud. Is there a way to disable this for everyone? We are wanting Creative Cloud to not pop up after the sign in process, but still allow its processes to continue. Some professors on our campus do not use this product in the classroom and we are looking for a way to stop this on our classroom machines. 

Does anyone else have issues with Adobe Acrobat where it will prompt some users with a serial number? We have an enterprise license and it seems like the only way to fix is to uninstall and reinstall CC but that takes about 30 mins. Verified that the user does have a license, it is the same deployment as a working user, and the verison is the latest. I have tried the "IsEnglenabled" registry "fix" and that only works some of time. The chat support suggests uninstall and reinstall but seems kind of odd they don't have a fix. Any insight would be helpful

Hello, I'm a consultant with AEP access, I've been granted access to my clients org. When I try to access the support section of the Admin Console it throws an error. There seems to be some sort of flicker where the page starts to load then it displays the error message. Has anyone encountered this? Is there another way to submit a support ticket? Thanks

Would anyone know where I can get the updates for Photoshop 20.0.0 to 20.0.10? Also having issues with https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/security/products/photoshop/apsb22-52.htmland https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/photoshop/apsb20-63.html#Solution  Does 20.0.10 address this or is there a fix available for PS 2019? I am stuck at this version of PS for now because we use Export Kit and it only works up to PS 2019 for now. Unless there's a patch that addresses these issues we will be forced to uninstall because of these security issues.

So recently i started doing photography at college, and my college has access to all of the adobe apps, however when i try and log in on my home computer, it doesn't show any of the apps. any idea why this could be and/or how to fix it
