Hello!,I just got a new laptop and I can´t dowload Illustrator on my PC, I have all the requirements met, -i have the paid version but in Creative Cloud Illustrator appears only available as a tablet app and I can´t download it. And also Indesign doesnt appear in my Creative Cloud. I tried to download both from browser but doesnt work. Can someone help me please? I urgently need those applications. 

I can't transfer from window to window of the same installation, nor from installation to installation, whether it's curves, raster or even text! Big problem.

How to save Magic wand settings in Illustrator? I am tired to change it after every restart.

I am trying to create a brush texture infill in Illustrator (see attached image). But it seems like brush texture can only be created for stroke. Is there any way to achieve brush texture infill?

I am reworking a logo.  I saw this Back To Nature logo recently and thought that the general idea might work well for my logo.The text for my project is PALM COVE VISION.  Is this a case for text on a path or is there a better way to approach this?

Yellow Legends, I have just downloaded the latest version of illustrator for iPad. I have just started to try using text. I click on the text icon and the text box opens. I click on the keyboard icon but the keyboard does not open. Any help would be appreciated. A further twist - the keyboard function works on my desktop. 

When I try to move anything in Illustrator, I hear a ding noise as if there is a pop up (but there isn't). The object doesnt move. Nothing is locked and my Illustrator is updated to the current update. I can only move the object after clicking away and trying agian. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.

Hi, has anyone experienced this issue before with editing existing cloud library files and then they break/corrupt? If so, has anyone found a solution yet? Eu devo ter apertado algum botão, pois apareceu uma mensagem dizendo que o arquivo não pode ser visualizado ou algo assim, e logo em seguida tudo ficou sem sem cor e sem imagens...

Ciao quando vado a creare piu tavole da disegno sul mio file di illustrator mi salta la numerazione , ad eesempio ho due tavole n 4 e mi manca la n 3 e quando vado ad esportare le tavole mi salva due volte la grafica della tavola n 4 saltando la grafica  della tavola n 3 !foto delle tavole in allegato .Grazie

The align button is stuck on the 'align to artboard' setting. I have two items selected (a text box and a vector square) and it will not allow me to align to selection. It is "stuck" on 'align to arboard.' It was working perfectly when I started my project. The issue seems to have started after I went into the preferences and selected "scale strokes and effects" in the general tab.

I can make a document, put in any file I want and there is no issue, but as soon as I close it and re-open it, I get the relink error. Trying to relink the file gives me the same error, and ignoring it causes Illustrator to crash. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my computer. No luck

Hello, how are you? I had a video call today to present a project, and when I went to open the file, I encountered the message "Illustrator was only able to partially read this file." The file is on my C drive. I had been working on it and saved it (the file was already saved; every time I make changes, I go to File > Save to keep the updates). After it was fully saved, I shut down my computer. Later, when I came back and opened it, this message appeared. I clicked to open it anyway, and the entire file is completely blank. I tried recovering the file through data recovery, but the folder is EMPTY. I updated Illustrator, but the same error occurred. I tried opening it in Acrobat, and it says the file is damaged and cannot be recovered. However, when I go into Illustrator, I see a preview of the project in the Recent Files section... I followed some advice I found in the forum, but nothing worked. Is it possible to recover it?

Did I read somewhere that you can drag and drop artboards to another file (Ai v29.2.1)? Or did I imagine that? If so, can someone point me to some instructions please? If I was hallucinating and there's a feature request out there, I'll upvote it for sure!  Thanks!

Sometime over the years, I recall receiving a file whereby any object that was placed onto a certain layer had certain properties applied to it. At the time, it was maddening, because I didn't have a need for that function.   I now need that particular function and I cannot figure out how ti implement that behavior. Can someone tell mw how to do this?

Hi guys,this issue has driven me crazy. when i open adobe illustrator recently, it always pops up a window which says " we can not verify your subsription status". however, i just got new license, it still is not working. Do you guys have any idea what is going on?

Hallo zusammen,seit dem letzten Update zeig mir Illustrator die Pfadansicht in der GPU Ansicht sehr merkwürdig an. Ich muss jedes Mal auf die CPU Ansicht umschalten, was den Workflow unheimlich aufhält. Das ist bei jeder Datei Habt ihr auch das Problem und / oder kann mir jemand dabei unterstützen?

Hi folks,So, every time I move my handlebar, the other end of the handlebar disappears and cannot be edited. My professor said he had never seen anything like this and it is also very confusing to him. I will attach screenshots so you know what exactly it looks like. ( The process is, firstly I drag out the handles on the anchor point, then I drag the one on the right for editing, after I release my mouse, you see how the left one just disappears?)Is there anything in the setting that I need to change?   

I have 10 artboards with 10 different transparent images I want to export as separate PNG files (and SVG if possible).I know to get rid of deadspace on one artboard you go to Export> Save for Web> Uncheck 'clip to artboard'> SaveI know to save multiple artboards as separate files you go to Export> Save for Screens> Check the artboards you want> Export artboard.But is there a way to combine these so I don't have to manually crop the deadspace in each file I mass export?

I'm working on illustrator, everything was ok until i save as PDF. In review i can still see all the details and picture attachments. But when i open both the AI files and PDF some of the details disappear even though you can still see it in review section. I've tried to restart the computer and still have the same problem.This is how it looks on AIand this is how it looks on review section with all the details still visible. 

Hello all, This is probably a super obvious answer, since I'm basically trial-and-error trained, but I learned through various tutorials that an easy way to create a color swatch was to drag an object of the desired color into the swatches panel and drop it there to create a swatch.  Fast forward to (how did it go that long without my noticing?!) weeks later and I realize that all the swatches I have for a project are pattern swatches, therefore, difficult and inefficient to edit or tweak the actual hue/saturation/etc, and just generally wrong, which annoys me. When I realized this, I also realized that every time I tried to create a new swatch through the panel, it would come up as "new pattern swatch." I started to go through the eyedropper tool and the swatch panel made normal color swatches, so the issue is no longer urgent, but I would like to know for future reference - does drag and drop only create pattern swatches, is there something wrong with my document
