Bonjour,Depuis les mises à jour 2026 je n'ai jamais eu autant de bug sur adobe... illustrator bloque et ne veut plus changer une simple courbe, j'ai des problèmes sur le nuancier qui ne veut pas supprimer certaine nuance, lorsque l'on double clique dessus il n'y a pas la fenêtre qui apparait et tout d'un coup oui. Et quand on importe un logo de illustator vers indesign avec des tons directs, ceux-ci ne s'importe plus dans le nuancier indesign. C'est une cata... vivement qu'ils refassent une mise à jour...Avez vous eu les mêmes problèmes, et avez-vous trouvé une solution?(j'ai du coup copier coller deux carrés avec les tons direct dans indesign mais bon c'est pas pratique)

Forgive me if this is a duplicate post.  (I can't find the one I thought I posted earlier today.)  I am drafting a pattern for a messenger bag.  I know I can duplicate rounded corners from one pattern piece to another by copying etcI, but it made me wonder how to actually measure the radius of a rounded corner.  I found some posts by others using scripts.  But I dont' know how to use scripts.  I have attached my file to show how I approximated it by measuring from the corner of a square of similar size (to the rounded corner) to the radius of a larger rectangle on top of it.  (See the Flap piece - the left hand rectangle)Should I just bite the bullet and learn how to script?  Or does someone have a clever way of doing it without scripting.  Linked File   

I changed the width profile to my paths to the tringle shape, some of my paths are reacting normally (see top line) and some are changing to a sharp change in width. To clarify they are both on the same width profile. I can't see that they're in any way different too each other in properties or in the layers, but I assume they must be somehow, anyone know why or how to fix?

Been Adobe User over 20 Years .. Cannot resize or move text with Mouse  Since Update 12/28/2025 . Has Always Worked .. Works Fine in Photo Shop  Not in Illustrator . Did they fix the buggy issue with Adobe Illustrator on Tahoe 26? 

There is a useless advertisement at the bottom of the artboards panel, I don't want the function and the "i" button doesn't even do anything. I really need that space, my toolbars are already packed.  I can't find an option in the prefference menus to deactivate this. Does anybody know how to deactivate this? Please help me. Thanks.  

Hello everyone! I really need help saving some pdf, I need to export just some spot colors but I have a mac and the PPD I used to work with for 2023 and 2024 version doesn't work on 2025. How can I make the poscript without the ppd or where can I find the ppd? Thank you

This new feature in Illustrator has sluggish performance.  I'm glad that Adobe allows us to disable a lot of the new features because they often either interfere with existing workflows or have performance issues.  In the case of the eyedropper Sampling ring, it has both problems. When working in Illustrator I often select the eyedropper for picking up or applying colors, but I'm also still manipulating objects in other ways by using key modifiers.  With this new feature, I press shift to do some other task and the giant, sluggish sampling ring appears.  As I move the cursor around, the sampling ring doesn't move with it because it's too sluggish.  Also, it's more of a distraction for me in Illustrator but that's beside the point.  It can be disabled under preferences/general.  It's the last checkbox on the bottom right.

Is it possible to get custom dots color? I got this red color by exporting native black dots in Ai & importing it in Ps.     

 Adobe Illustrator 30.0 on Win 11 64-bitStraight workflow. I picked fonts from Adobe and used them in design.On each opening I get message that some fonts are missing. (Proxima Nova)Each time it can't resolve missing font.In Creative Cloud app, I go to ad that missing font to Library  It says font is already in library.Today it says there are no libraries.  I see the font in Character panel.  Application says font is missing. (maybe it-s the font name or something)All in all.. multiple issues with fonts and  libraries . 

When I make an object with a pattern, rotate the pattern, save that as a Graphic Style, and save that into the library: then I re-use this object from the library (-option-drag from the library) in another document, the graphic style isn't copied along with it. illustrator version 30.0

Hi,I'm trying to merge into one object film tape I've created in Illustratr. The tape 'frame' is balck and solid with transparent, empty holes, and the film itself is semitransparrent. To twist it in the way I want (by using gradinet mesh or mesh tool) I need yo merge the film and the frame.  I've tried using:- shape builder (merges into one structure,  semitransparency of film is lost)- pathfinder (same as above)- expand (dosen't work at all)- exporting to vector (still separate shapes) I know I can rasterize it, but is there any way to keep it in vector?  

I have faced this bug in the newest and earliest illustator versions. The pattern options window disappears everytime after use: (clicking the pattern icon to edit the pattern, and then going back, whilst the window is still active)I know it's nothing more than an inconvenience,you can always put it back, but thats an endless task. Hope they fix this soon.

Any chance there is a way to open a file but OL the fonts if they don't exist on the system??

I am new to Adobe Ill.  I started with 2025 AI in September 2035.  A new 2026 AI downloaded and installed itself as an "update" so now I have 2 of them.  Do i delete one of them?  if so, which one?  Also I have a 2025 Ipad pro with the tablet form of Adobe Illustrator on it. How do I access my Icloud drive or my Google drive or the Creative Cloud from my Ipad Pro?  

Does anyone have experience creating artwork and printing decals?  Specifically, how do decal printers work?  For an AI file with 2 layers, is the bottom layer printed first, and then in a second pass the top layer is printed directly over it?  I would like to create a decal to be applied on the inside of a window to be viewed correctly from the outside.  I would place a mirror image of the artwork on the bottom layer, and then an identical white image over it on the top layer to make the image opaque when viewed from the outside.Thanks  Joe

Hey everyone,A quick question, as this still baffles me.I have a 2-page .ai document (1920x1080, RGB, 72ppi) that includes only two embeded images - one on each page. Both are also 1920x1080, JPEG, sRGB, 72ppi. One is ~600KB and the other is ~400KB so 1mb total.There is some text on both pages, using 1 font only. No other elements, no gradients, nothing.Exporting to PDF with default settings (and "Keep Illustrator Editing Capabilities" turned OFF) leads to a whopping 5MB PDF file. If I delete the images and export again, the file is now "only" 500KB (still a lot for 2 pages with text only, if you ask me).If I use the "Smallest file size" PDF preset, I get a ~530KB file, but with very compromised image quality.If I use the compress function from within Acrobat on the 5MB file, I get a ~550KB PDF, but with visibly better image quality compared to the Smallest file size preset, but still not close to the original source JPEGs (understanably, since the filesize is now halved).Why can'

This is a little embarrassing, but here goes. I've just upgraded to a 2024 iMac, OS Sequoia 15.7.2, and Illustrator 30.0 (2026). After a century of selecting individual points on an open or closed object with the Direct Selection tool —or selecting a subset of points—this current 30.0 Direct Selection tool is selecting nothing(?!). I can use the Lasso tool to select subsets of one or more. but not the Direct Selection tool  Can someone set me straight?

Illustrator 29.x shows the character dropdown on top of other panels in Illustrator  After updating to 30.0, characted dropdown now appear at the back of panels
