Hello, I love being able to create art brushes from my art work in iPad illustrator. However, can't figure out where they are saved! They do no appear in the art brushes section. I can use my art brush as soon as it is created, and it is automatically selected in the brushes panel. However, if I close the brushes panel, do something else and then come back to brushes, my new brush is not there!can I not save new art brushes? Do I need to do something special to save the art brush I created on iPad illustrator?

I can't select my AI files.  When I go into FILES, and then the AI file folder, all of my files are greyed out.  This is frustrating a crap.  

I'm trying to fill a circle with the gradient fill, black with blue in the middle. The problem is that whenever I try making the middle blue, it keeps reverting to a purple. (EG The hex color I want is 0000FF and it keeps going to 381292) How do I fix this?

Objects either disappear altogether or cannot be selected (greyed out). Today's instance would be the umpteenth repeat of this situation. In the screenshots attached you will notice (unidentifiable) objects that mysteriously disappeared, highlighted in yellow. I reviewed the version history but there is no option to recover a particular version and perhaps backtrack in order to recover the "lost" objects. What is going on?Any thoughts? ... or is there a reported bug that I don't know about?

I saved my Illustrator file to creative cloud on my Macbook Pro and then went to open it on my iPad Air 3 to do some pen tool work. Everytime I try to open the file, Illustrator for iPad crashes. Other files open successfully, but not this one. I tried some troubleshooting already with no luck: I made sure all Adobe programs and all of my Apple devices were up to date. I re-started my ipad. I deleted the Illustrator for iPad app and re-downloaded it. I created a new file and copied the artwork onto it, it still crashes. The blue loading bar fills all the way up, and then it sits, and then it crashes every time

I have an iPad Air 2, and its on IOS 15.2.1.Technically, it should run it, but the app is not compatible.Are there any plans to add iPad Air 2 to the list at all?

Hi everyone, Not sure if this is possible yet, can I exit a drawing without auto saving? There has been a few times when I have a complex piece of artwork that gets accidentally messed up by the user (me, lol) and it can be difficult to see exactly what went wrong, but I know somthing bad and it's obviously ruined. Is there a way to back out of the drawing and reopen it fresh or "revert to open state" prior to closing/backing out to the projects Home Screen and having the app auto-save the destruction?? Or would you suggest creating duplicates as you might backup files on desktop each time significant progress is made or prior to opening file to negate loss or ruin? Any tips or tricks would be appreciated!

I can create regular triangles (isosolese, equalateral), but try as I might (3 hours and counting) I can't simply draw a traingle and pull the corners around, fill etc. It's infuriating! 🙂I've tried trying to draw one - curvy mess.Tried drawing three lines and joing thim - can't edit the corners/pull them about to where I wan them.There must be an easy way to do this, surely..?

Is there any feature to erase a rectangular stroke path in iPad illustrator

hi! with the latest update (as of this week) i can no longer move files out of a folder and into another one. i know it was select until it slightly enlarges -> hold/hover over the folder icon -> itll remove it. any suggestions on how to do this with the update or if i missed something? thanks in advance!

 Good afternoon developers, A couple years have gone by now so I thought I would ask again.... Are the desktop warp tools coming to the iPad version...ever??? This is an important feature, as are so many others too. But, it's been years now...your competition moves forward...you do not. I had high hopes for the iPad versions of Illustrator and Photoshop but they continue to underachieve is so many areas and Adobe has, had, been the standard that all tried to achieve in the marketplace. Many of us do not understand why the iPad applications continue to drag behind in development. My goal was to be able to go into a clients office with only my iPad to close deals on designs and make adjustments as necessary for the customer. Two years and this is still a non-starter. Read disappointment here. I simply cannot go into an office with my laptop and all it's accessories to work with a client without being frustrated. Hello, as I'm using the Illustrator more and more on the iPad, I saw there is a Keyboard Shortcuts modal, but still not quite sure how to access the keyboard without having an iPad case with an external keyboard. Perhaps double-tapping would be accessible, we can simply press the shortcuts directly onto the screen. Would love to provide further feedback! 🙂 Many thanks!

In Illustrator iPad, the Home screen shows multiple formats (see example screenshot below).  Today, I’d like clues as to how one can edit these formats.  For example, I’d like to change a format having CMYK to one with the same size but with RGB. I’m fully aware I can create a new, custom format, but then I need to know how to delete unused formats so I can maintain a minimum number of them.

Just bought a brand new iPad for school and it seems to freeze as soon as I open illustrator I am having trouble even getting through the interface once I do I can use it but it seems to freeze whenever something pops up. Thanks for your time thank you for your time

Just started using illustrator. 1 file, 3 layers only (I just started), crashes when drawing with Apple Pencil 2App up to date, uninstalled then reinstalled. iPad up to date. Any suggestions???? Not a great start to using this program.

Hi, I am an online teacher for Adobe illustrator on the iPad and I want to know if there is a way for me to have an early access to the upcoming updates? so i can be a head of making tutorials for my students.Is there any pre-released version? any one can help me out here? 

I have an 8th generation iPad with iOS 15.3 installed. I have plenty of storage capacity and RAM. When I used Adobe Illustrator, the application crashes. When I draw with an Apple Pencil on the screen for a long time, the application closes itself. The application seems to work fine if I use short pencil strokes or save after each line I draw. What can I do to get this issue resolved?

Using Illustrator 2.0.3 on an iPad Pro. I vectorized an image and switched over to the Outlines View Mode to clean up some paths. When I try to switch back to Preview it stays stuck in Outlines. I closed out the app and reopened it but nothing changed. I duplicated it and the duplicate is stuck, too. Any idea?

All files lost on iPad after subscription expired. I purchased a new subscription and log in to see all my files are gone. Is there a way to recover the data?
