Is there any feature to erase a rectangular stroke path in iPad illustrator

hi! with the latest update (as of this week) i can no longer move files out of a folder and into another one. i know it was select until it slightly enlarges -> hold/hover over the folder icon -> itll remove it. any suggestions on how to do this with the update or if i missed something? thanks in advance!

 Good afternoon developers, A couple years have gone by now so I thought I would ask again.... Are the desktop warp tools coming to the iPad version...ever??? This is an important feature, as are so many others too. But, it's been years now...your competition moves forward...you do not. I had high hopes for the iPad versions of Illustrator and Photoshop but they continue to underachieve is so many areas and Adobe has, had, been the standard that all tried to achieve in the marketplace. Many of us do not understand why the iPad applications continue to drag behind in development. My goal was to be able to go into a clients office with only my iPad to close deals on designs and make adjustments as necessary for the customer. Two years and this is still a non-starter. Read disappointment here. I simply cannot go into an office with my laptop and all it's accessories to work with a client without being frustrated. I received an annual Adobe Illustrator subscription via iPad on February 19th 2022 Which I bought for eleven thousand nine hundred Pakistani rupees, For a couple of days I used Adobe Illustrator properly, But on February 21 20, when I turned on Adobe Illustrator, I was asked to buy a subscription again.

Hello, as I'm using the Illustrator more and more on the iPad, I saw there is a Keyboard Shortcuts modal, but still not quite sure how to access the keyboard without having an iPad case with an external keyboard. Perhaps double-tapping would be accessible, we can simply press the shortcuts directly onto the screen. Would love to provide further feedback! 🙂 Many thanks!

In Illustrator iPad, the Home screen shows multiple formats (see example screenshot below).  Today, I’d like clues as to how one can edit these formats.  For example, I’d like to change a format having CMYK to one with the same size but with RGB. I’m fully aware I can create a new, custom format, but then I need to know how to delete unused formats so I can maintain a minimum number of them.

Just bought a brand new iPad for school and it seems to freeze as soon as I open illustrator I am having trouble even getting through the interface once I do I can use it but it seems to freeze whenever something pops up. Thanks for your time thank you for your time

Just started using illustrator. 1 file, 3 layers only (I just started), crashes when drawing with Apple Pencil 2App up to date, uninstalled then reinstalled. iPad up to date. Any suggestions???? Not a great start to using this program.

Hi, I am an online teacher for Adobe illustrator on the iPad and I want to know if there is a way for me to have an early access to the upcoming updates? so i can be a head of making tutorials for my students.Is there any pre-released version? any one can help me out here? 

I have an 8th generation iPad with iOS 15.3 installed. I have plenty of storage capacity and RAM. When I used Adobe Illustrator, the application crashes. When I draw with an Apple Pencil on the screen for a long time, the application closes itself. The application seems to work fine if I use short pencil strokes or save after each line I draw. What can I do to get this issue resolved?

Using Illustrator 2.0.3 on an iPad Pro. I vectorized an image and switched over to the Outlines View Mode to clean up some paths. When I try to switch back to Preview it stays stuck in Outlines. I closed out the app and reopened it but nothing changed. I duplicated it and the duplicate is stuck, too. Any idea?

All files lost on iPad after subscription expired. I purchased a new subscription and log in to see all my files are gone. Is there a way to recover the data?

I'm stuck!!! I can save adobe stock previews from the library. Once I do that and I go to import and pick it from my saved preview choices it will pop up a download box and download.And that is where it stops. The art board is blank. I've checked the layers. Nothing. Am I missing something? a step? I just purchased an iPad Pro with the M1 chip if that makes a diffference. I'm such a rookie too.   

I recently bought ipad Pro 11. What ever, I use Hand or Ipencil.Everything on screen works fine, but if I need to choose some tool from the tools with flyout option,I click/touch them, they disappear with in a sec. I can manage to be very quick to select from few tools like pencil, rectangle, etc. But its nearly impossible to select our desired color with in a second. The app is up-to-date, I tried to uninstall and install again. Not working.Ipad version: 15.1adobe illustrator version: 2.0.2

I know how to find the length of the line in the desktop version (doc info window), but I use the IPad tablet version. Is it possible to do it? Thx!

Hi everyone I'm new to the iPad illustrator I design dirt bike graphics on my iMac I make my template a clipping mask and draw into it trying to do it on my iPad and struggling making the mask ok it's just clicking in to draw 

Hello!I'm currently working on an artwork with about 100 layers on Illustrator on the Ipad which I need to export as individual png files with transparent layers.Do you have any tips on the best way to do this?At the moment I am creating individual artboards one by one, re-sizing them to fit the image and then doing an export by Export As > PNG > Background: transparent but this process is painfully slow.There has to be an easier way to do this. Maybe I need to export the AI file to Photoshop and Export all layers as PNG or something similar?Please help me and my sanity! lolThanks!

How do I create curved text in adobe illustrator on my iPad 

Hi All,  Does anyone know if illustrator on iPad can open multiple files at the same time for copy and paste like desktop ? Your help is much appreciated.  Rico 

When I export an artboard I get a little square parentheses looking thing with lines in it. What is it? If I click it it changes the picture colors or quality? Will this little symbol print when I take it to fedex? I don't know how to get rid of it.
