Hi there To get straight to the point. I have created an Illustrator file on my iPad using the Illustrator app. It is saved inside the Cloud Documents. Now I wanted to open said file on my Macbook. However this error message keeps popping up:  "Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more information"  Well I am the owner of the file and I have no clue. So asking myself won't solve this problem. And YES I am signed into my own account on both devices (I only have one account). So I am very confused as to why I don't have access to my own files that are saved inside my own account?? Any help is much appreciated!

Illustrator doesn't work [profanity removed by moderator]. I EXPECT MORE FROM ADOBE! Zoom in and out doesn't work, pan doesn't work. See the video and the notice the ruler changes as I pinch in and out but the art doesn't zoom or move. This so ridiculous!

my iPad 2019（Seventh generation）Ai format file cannot be exported after installation.Repeated attempts to find that once in a while it can be exported.In addition, when I build a new canvas, I often can't draw graphics and fill it with any colors.Open the layer and find something, but the canvas doesn't display.Also, there are frequent flashbacks, which are basically flashed when saving files.I hope you can tell me the solution, thank you.The video is as follows:

Hello allI'm a brand new user and recently saw how to do this in a YouTube video but can no longer find it. What I'm looking to do is reduce the opacity of an object's fill but keep the outline at 100%. I'm thinking that  disconnecting the outline from the fill would be a  workaround. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, how can I copy layers between two docs using "Paste remember layers"? It's a wonderful feature on desktop and I would love to use it on iPad as well

I am trying to sign into illustrator on my iPad Air. I signed in with my student account but it is still asking me to subscribe to "illustrator for iPad" but I have a student account do this program should be free. How can I bypass it to actually use the app?

I'm having trouble displaying fonts properly after selecting my text and cycling through the different fonts available in the app. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? The different font styles display as numbers and symbols, and in a lot of instances not at all, and the font list goes complete blank at times. The fonts will not show up properly until after click back inside the image area. I'm using a brand new M2 2022 ipad pro with the lastest software updates. 

I have an air 5 Apple Pencil gen 2 and I cannot open the app on my iPad it opens for about 1 second and crashes I have done EVERYTHING but it does not work

Hi, I downloaded Illustrator on my iPad but it doesn't seem to be asking for a subscription or anything? I have Photoshop for iPad and Lightroom,?and PS Exress, and of course a cloud login.I can't find any information on what the deal is with Illustrator on iPad . Can anyone shed light for me please?

I am somewhat new to adobe illustrator and few issues I keep having are, the grids wont change from dots to lines when I select the option to change them. The second issue, which is one that is causing more trouble, the anchor points I have will not align to the grid in any similar positions and im not sure how to fix this. I've tried moving two similar points to complete new areas and in no way will they align, it is almost as if they are operating on a separate grid from each other? I have tried turning smart guides and snapping on and off, changing the measurements from inches to pixels and nothing seems to be a solution. I attached some screenshots showing the anchor points being moved as little as possible as well as some screenshots moving the anchor points as close as possible still does not have them aligned even when the numerical values show that they are so im unsure what is causing that. If I try to edit the values them through the transform menu and change the exact numeri

Good morning,When I use Illustrator on the iPad, opening a new document or sometimes opening an already created document, the app crashes and needs to be restarted.I checked the version of the app and the OS of the iPad but they are both at the latest version available.I also tried reinstalling the app but the problem persists.What can I try to fix the problem?Thank you

How can I copy a shape from one layer to a new layer? I cannot find any help on this online at all~ Very frustrating. I have a shape on a busy layer that I wish to copy and paste on a newer layer and I do not want to redraw. Help! 

Since uploading the newest update Illustrator won't open, I have deleted the app and also deleted Creative Cloud several times and isn't nothing has worked. please provide any resolutions 

Countless issues.I've wasted DAYS trying to export one design.  The app closes out mid design. The app will not let me save my work. The app will not show the whole design when I try to open a file. The app will not export as PNG or AI files. The app does not work as it should for the amount of money we are paying for it. Even Adobe customer service will not explain or fix the issues, or issue refunds. 

I downloaded the Adobe Illustrator app for my iPad, it worked for 2 days. After that every time I click the app, it opens up for .2 seconds and then crashes immediately and doesn't let me open or use the app at all. I have reinstalled the app numerous times, each time it opens up to the log in page just fine, then the second I type in my log in information and it realizes it's me, it shuts down immediately and continues to not let me even open it. I check for updates every day this past week, and nothing. It works perfectly fine on my laptop. I have no idea where to go from here.

Hello I recently got the new illustrator app on iPad, I love it but I see that it is automatically saving every file at 75 dpi. What's up with that! I need to adjust that but I can't find the setting for it when I start my design, also if I import a design from a 75 dpi resolution into a higher dpi file will there be an issue with resolution? I'd hate to have to redo my whole design again..thanks for the help guys

I've been working on a file for a while and have been able to export as .ai previously, but now when I click export as ai the 'exporting' text appears and then just disappears and nothing happens. Other files are fine.I want to save it and then scale it to a new larger art board to finish work on it. I've been working on a small scale as the tools I want to use come out better like the pencil for outlining elements of the picture.. It has over 60 layers at the moment and I don't know whether file size is the issue. I have iPad Air 3rd gen.any help or suggestions appreciated!

The reorder of layers functionality on Illustrator for ipad isn't working and I can't find anyway to fix it. Really need some help.All tutorials I have read suggest that you simply click and hold then layer, then drag into new order. But my version won't allow you to drag the layer at all. What am I doing wrong?

I am unable to move and place objects with precision while using the iPad. Is there a way I can do this?
