Hi all, Im trying to reinstall LR Classic as I have a bunch of presets that have gone missing. Anytime I try and reinstall the presets, I get the "these are already installed" message. I've tried every concievable setting but the presets are simply nowhere to be found in any panel.  I just want to start over completely. An absolutel fresh LR Classic install. Problem is, when I unistall and then reinstall LR through CC, it just gets me back to where I was. All the existing presets, library, edits. It's like I never reinstalled. Can anybody help me start over from scratch? As a LR user for 15 years or so, it has become increasingly frustrating to do simple things. Thanks in advance for any help! Kurt

não consigo separar as fotos por filtro de texto, o programa simplesmente trava, não mostra nenhum erro, mas a tela fica preta na aba revelação, deixei o dia todo e não carregou as imagens na aba revelação, simplesmente travado

Does anyone know how to use AutoHotKeys Version 2 to launch a plugin from its menu title rather than a menu position? Here is a the Topaz Photo AI plugin in Lightroom Classic: The menu path is File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI In the AutoHotKey script, I have !PgUp::{MenuSelect "A", , "File", "Plug-in Extras", "Process with Topaz Photo AI"} This should assign the Alt+PgUp key to open Topaz Photo AI, but it doesn't work.  If I change the AutoHotKey script to !PgUp::{MenuSelect "A", , "File", "Plug-in Extras", "2&"} then it works. The "2&" specifies the second item in the flyout submenu, but using it like this is going to fail when other plugins are installed. Any ideas?

I am in the middle of a legit catastrophe. I deleted my whole Catalog for lightroom classic without noticing. 10 years worth of organization and edits gone. I have not backedup my catalog in a year. I am having a metdown. I have tried two recovery apps and have not been able to recover the catalog file. The file was over 200gbs. Any tips or idea on how I can recover this deleted file. I have tried it all. Anywhere special I can take my macbook to be looked at for recovery of this huge file?

Suddenly I'm facing  a problem with LR 13.2:When I close LR classic and try to open again (same catalogue or different catalogue), there is no screen with LR visible. When I close again then and reopen, it works sometimes. LR is also not always visible in the win taskmanager even when working. I reinstalled LR again twice, but it didn't help. 

I want to export my photos with all the changes I made to the photos from Lightroom Classic, but no matter what settings I choose, only the original photos without the changes are exported. Any idea, what I make wrong?

Like the title says... how do I submit a formal support request to Adobe to get a support human to provide some support?

Lightroom Classic Version 13.1 (Windows 10) - As of today I have the problem that the images in the library change their colors automatically, automatically, one after the other, without my intervention, becoming very bright colors. How can I stop this? What has been changed here or have I not knowingly changed it? As before, the images were imported without any presets. When I look at the settings under Develop, an automatic correction was done in the basic settings and under calibration the saturation of blue was set to 100%. How can this automatic “development” of the images be prevented and, if necessary, reversed? Is anyone able to help me?

Need your help! When I take pictures with my iPhone 14, they go into "Photos" on my Mac. I export them from "Photos" to my desktop and then import them into Lightroom. Nearly all import properly, but sometimes get this error message below.  I’m using iMac OS 14.2.1 and Lightroom 13.1 .In a series of photos taken, why (for example) would photos 1, 2, 3, 5 import okay, but not #4?! Frustrating...what to do? Thanks!

When I tried to open Lightroom Downloader, the message was "No Library Found." Adobe Lightroom support said my product is End of Life product and they are not trained to help. He said to post my issue here and the developer team will get back to me. We have a lot of photos saved on Lightroom Classic. Please help us to recover the photos.

I think the title says it all - Is there a way to split the reference view? I'm not talking about before/after for a single image, I'm talking about a split view comprised of two different images. I need to match exposures for timelapse image sequences, especially in the sky, and it helps a ton to have them split so I can compare exposure for one image against the other along a vertical or horizontal line.  I can do it in Photoshop, of course, but the Photoshop method is very cumbersome when you have dozens of images to match. Thanks

Export of MAC photos, GPS data is handed over without North / West. Can I set something in LRC or change it automatically?

See image in LRC 13.2 library. Using MacOS 14.4.1. Click on develop and image appears as in library. When use crop or mask the image disappears plus no long in my library view.

Files collect with Lightroom over the years. I don't know why Lightroom doesn't clean up after itself but I tried deleting once and wound up with an awful mess. What do the experts recommend? Just leave them? Seems to be the safest. This screen shot is only a small fraction of all of the lightroom files that have collected through the years. I only have one catalog of files over several disks. I don't want to destroy my catalog which is working beautifully now. Any recommendations? 

I've been syncing Classic collections to web/mobile application albums for a long time. I have recently experienced a new issue. When adding a new synced collection (+photos), this collection shows up as an album (in Web/mobile) but with no photos in it . The photos do however show up under 'All photos' and can manually be moved into the album. Any tips on how to solve this?/LarsLrC 13.2 / Windows 10

Muy resumido: Lightroom Classic 13.2 Módulo Biblioteca: tengo ordenadas las fotos como "orden personalizado", cierro lightroom y aleatoriamente puede que me aparezcan las carpetas ordenadas como "orden añadido" , "hora de captura"...¿No hay forma de que me mantenga "orden personalizado" por defecto sin que Lightroom lo cambie? Muchas gracias por la ayuda

Synk in LightRoom classict doent work in a new waySynk is ON and shows that everithing is syncedBut there are no synk checkboxes in Collections tabI've tried to add images manually to All Synked Images and got thisI had such issues - with missing synk checkboxes - before but usually turning synk off and on worked as solution. For now I tryed it several times and even restarted LrC several times with no effect.Adobe should fix all these synk issues (also Forsing of reset settings and Metadata errors) before adding nex features. Synk is important part of existing workflow!

Hello.. I will describe the situation to you.I have a photo imported into Lightroom in the "XYZ" collection. I will edit this photo in Photoshop, adjust it and save it. When I go back to Lightroom, I no longer have this photo in the "XYZ" collection, but in the "Smart collections". Since I have a lot of collections, this is a problem for me. How can I solve this please? Well thank you

Hello AllI have recently upgraded from the 3900XT to the 5950x,lightroom software version is the same 11.5, i have been using it for the last 2-3 months and exporting approx 400/500 photos per 5-6 mins using the 3900XT ,Please note i have had the 3900XT for 2 years with this level of performance.further specs include RTX 3070 and 64GB ram plus 2tb NVME * 3 !held together on a Asus X570Prime Mobo.After upgrading to the 5950x few days ago, I noticed the exports being a little slower, so today i timed it, a gallery of 600 photos exporting at a rate of 25 per 1 min, so in 5-6 mins i only had approx 125 photos exported!!!! any ideas on what can cause this? the software version and everything has remained the same, CPU is running at 100% during exports all cores being utilised. Any help would be appreciated Thank you 

Hello,  Will deleting the lrcat-data files of previous LrC versions adversely affect my latest version lightroom catalog V-13? Are there any precautions I should be aware of? Thank You.

So I have no idea what caused this, but recently my keyword list decided to turn invisible. Within the library module the histogram is also empty and hitting "i" does not result in cycling through the information overlay.The main issue for my workflow are the invisble keywords though. I say invisible, because they are technically still there. I can see them when I filter images in library (see image attached). At one point they briefly reappeared, only for them to vanish again, when I thought that was a good point in time to optimize my catalog. I tried opening an older backup, which brought them back for a while, but even that didn't last long. I tried rebuilding my library from that backup by adding my newer images, but eventually I had to restart LR and they were gone again.  Does anyone have a similar issue, or an idea what might help? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I need help. I was attempting to enter a keyword. My screen went completely black and has the words "no photo selected".  I cant do anything but change the color of the screen?
