I bought a subscription of one year after all payments my app dont allow me to have primium feture please help me out 

I'm entering this as a 'Bug', because that's the only explanation for this terribly faulting search. Because Lightroom has still has not been given the ability to 'Filter' by lens (duh! it's a no-brainer!), users are required to 'Search' for 'Lens', and it returns only a few of the lenses I've used to make photographs. Interestingly, the lenses on the list are listed the same way they appear in the Metadata, so Lightroom must be accessing that data in its Search, yet, not even the lens used to make the photo directly in the background of my attached file is listed. Definitely a BUG!Lightroom version 10.3.0 9B89DD/197iPad version: 11" iPad Pro M1iPadOS: 18.4.1To reproduce this BUG, simply type 'Lens' into the Search.

Hi all, I have images in my Lightroom cloud account that were directly imported into Lightroom Mobile from my camera card during an initial cull in the field. All my images are stored on a hard drive after I return home, and these can be viewed through the local tab in Lightroom desktop. When I want to review all the images after returning home, I can choose the "Add photo" option from the Cloud tab, and lightroom desktop recognises the previously imported images in that file structure and wont let me re-import them. But if I browse these same folders on my hard drive through the Local tab, Lightroom does not recognise the versions previously imported and now in the cloud, meaning I can easily end up with many duplicates in the cloud. Is there a way to search/identify from the Local tab these previously imported images? The "Copied to cloud" filter only seems to return images copied to the cloud from the Local tab, and won't find the images imported directly fr

The most frustrating thing about getting a new laptop is glitches like this, with no other person online experiencing this. I recently switched from a cheap low end Victus gaming laptop to a  Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 9 Gaming Laptop - Intel 20-Core i7-14700HX(Beat i9-13900HX), NVIDIA RTX 4060, 16" 240Hz IPS WQXGA, Windows 11 Pro, 64 GB DDR5,  you'd think it would run everything much better and it does, at gaming. But when it came to denoise, the ENTIRE photo is covered with green pixels !! Looks like when an old TV loses signal. I tried EVERYTHING in the performance tab, from turning off GPU processor to ticking the high performance box, no change. Why is this happening??! And what can be done to fix it. And yes a did restart the LR and the PC. And yes it's not just the preview the saved photo has the same thing. PLEASE HELP thanks

Running on Windows 11, all drivers up to date, I'm so confused...Lightroom is Version 8.3, and it crashes a second after starting the app. No error messages, no nothing. Just closes. I've tried running it as administrator, nope. Actually dumbfounded.

How do I increase my 1 TB ios Lightroom subscription to 2 TB ? 

Hi! My prior Adobe license recently expired. I today purchased a new license, but when I open Lightroom (Web or on windows) all my photos are gone. Is there any way I could access my old cloud storage connected to the previous expired license? The previous license was a company license, but I have always used my personal profile. Or do I need to request this somehow with Adobe support? Daniel

After the Lightroom Update 8.3.1, the Dehaze tool makes the entire picture black! And on one of my edits, someone's white hair is entirely black. When I try to use the Dehaze tool on that photo, the rest of the photo turns black and leaves the masked white hair.   PLEASE FIX!   I'm using a Macbook Pro with Sequoia 15.4.1 installed 

Hi,besides my Sony camera, I shot quiet often with my mobile as well. On Xiaomi 15 Ultra I use two applications for shoting - GCAM (AGC 9.2) and default Xiaomi Camera app. Both have pros and cons, and both produce a bit different DNGs. I wanted to have them correctly handled, so I took my X-Rite Passport ColorChecker to the studio, took some shots, and with Calibrate Profiler prepared 8 profiles, 1 for each Xiaomi camera for each app.Then I have imported them to LR on my computer. And there where problems started to appear. When I select DNG from GCAM, then I see 4 GCAM profiles:but when I select DNG from the main app, I do not see any of imported profiles for that app:Actually, I cannot see these profiles for the Xiaomi Camera app nowhere. So I figured maybe I did not import them at all. I tried to re-import them, but I just got message that they are already imported.So my question is - how to make them appear? Or how to remove them, if I cannot see them in the camera profiles? That'f

It would be handy to see the file details of the file I am currently editing.  Specifically as they can get converted to DNG or Tiff or Jpeg.

I know there are at least on previous post on this matter, but I wonder if anyone out there knows of any progress in this? My computer is a Snapdragon, latest itteration. My Lightroom and Photoshop versions are up to date. As far as I can see, it's not possible to open any file from Lightroom into Photoshop except for using the "extra" open up function, primarily aimed for using other applications than Photoshop. But that way the functionality gets limited. Any ideas? Any similar expreinces? /Bengt Carlsson

My sales manager does online client reveals of my images while meeting with my client over zoom. Or at least that is the idea. I would like to be able to share my client's LR collection with my sales manager, have her do a zoom reveal/sales session where she is able to rate and make comments on each image, then have her send that collection back to me for final processing. We both have Lr and LrC. We cannot figure this out to save our lives. Please help.  I was able to initially get the collection to her via some version of Lr, but she was not able to make any comments or ratings, so it was not helpful for our needs. We are both using the latest versions available.  I am on macOS and she is on Windows, but I think that shouldn't matter. Perhaps we are confused about types of Lightroom. We both have the icons that say Lr and LrC but when she clicks on my invite to the collection, it goes to a "web" version. Can someone help explain this to me like I'm 5 years old? It shouldn't

I shot a Timelapse video on my canon R50 and cannot figure out how to get the original photos or capture frame from the process. It was my first attempt at the Timelapse so I made it far too short, but feel like there's gotta be a way to snag frames from the video to edit. I've tried other forums and videos and my Lightroom doesn't give me the options most of them show (stacking, capture frame, etc). Any tips or ideas for how I could do that?

I am using the Lightroom desktop app on my Acer device and it will not load when i am on my school's network - i have no issue with it at home though. The school computers work fine which is what i find weird.  I can use lightroom on the web my it limits my use - i cannot mask or use generative AI which is frsutrating.   

I please need some help. Just out of nowhere lightroom does not open anymore. I runs in the task manager but it does not open . I have upgraded, rebooted, uninstalled, re-installed, tried older versions, so far nothing has worked. Does anybody have any idea what to do?

Gostaria de saber se tem como vocês recuperar minhas fotos, pois exclui do lightroom e não foi para lixeira, perdi mais de 700 fotos 

I've been using Lightroom CC and now would like to use Lightroom version 8.3 the issue I have is Lightroom is seeing my Adobe 100G cloud account not my 200G Apple iCloud account my iPhone and iPads are synced to. How can this be fixed?Thanks, Dave 

I am unable to see any of my photos from my phone or Ipad, the LR apps there are showing my photos in the cloud and saves locally . 

Just took my computer home from work this evening, as I do often. Never had any issues with opening up Lightroom but this is the message I received: Lightroom cannot start because it cannot create files in the temporary file location “/var/folders/fy/10cdg0nj7_370vvhpt6cwk5h0000gn/T”. Lightroom needs to be able create temporary files in order to operate correctly.Won't open. Any insight anyone? Can't seem to find the question answered in any of the forums. Not very techy so I'm hoping there's a simple solution for this. Please advise. Thank you!
