Granting Lightroom "Full Access" simplifies access to your camera roll.   Lightroom does not harvest any personal information about you other than the images you choose to import. We take the protection of user data seriously, and you can opt out of any data analysis Adobe does to improve products and services.   Of course, you can select specific assets to reveal to Lightroom for the Device tab to browse. In iOS Settings > go to Apps > Lightroom > tap Photos, choose Limited Access, and proceed to select the photo(s) you want the Lightroom app to see.    (Note -  Sharing directly to Instagram by selecting the Share icon > Send to Instagram requires Full Access to Instagram & Lightroom)   You can find links to Adobe's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on the About screen in the Lightroom Settings. Hello, I have problem with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. I have a classmate that can use the premium account functionality with his school account. Why can't I use it. Can someone help me please ?

hey guys, I started using Lightroom to edit some photos for insta but the moment I send them to my phone it looks way darker than it is on PC, is this just how phones view the image or does Lightroom change some stuff (or even I use the wrong export settings)?  i know the phone one is a bit blurry (cuz I sent it to PC by Discord) but you get the point. idk if u can tell in these images, but if u take a look at the not screenshotted one, on ur phone and PC, you can tell the differences. this just might be the projected on different screens but surely there's a way to make it look exactly the same    

Bonjour,Je souhaiterai exporter des photos retouchées sur Lightroom, en vain. On me dit qu'il est impossible de les exporter sans me donner de code erreur. Cependant, je peux sans soucis importer et exporter une photo sans retouches.  Je travaille sur un mac et quelques heures plutot cela fonctionnait très bien. Sauriez-vous , s'il vous plait, m'aider à résoudre ce problème?  Merci d'avance.

Have anyone found a solution to "Not enough free space availble" in Lightroom Downloader? In my case I need to download 4.2 TB to a external harddrive with 6.9 TB free space. I am running Win 11.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]  

Hi, since I have the new iPhone 16 Pro the Lightroom mobile app won't load any new pictures I take with the phone. It only says: photo can not be loaded. Error Code A100000. dng_error_unknown - ReadNegative SmallOriginal. All the pictures I took with the old phone or new ones sent to me via WhatsApp etc still load just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks so much! 

The colors are completely different. I've tried several import modes through Lightroom Mobile settings and doesn't work. When I try to import with other applications like snapseed it works perfectly with the colors being fully identified.Someone can help me for God's love, I no longer know what to do. I think of canceling my premium account

The new update makes the space bar to open or close the panel that we are working on instead of serving as zoom in zoom out option like before. Also this new blue square all over theplace is quite unncesary and can't be dissabled as far as I checked. Please developers understand that this program is based on FAST EDITING not making it more extra steps slow and annoying.

Hi all, It seems following my Lightroom CC update to 8.2, I've lost the ability to produce AI generated subject selections, and it's also affected AI Denoise function, giving me a weird colour static instead.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, checked drivers, updates etc. All the usual troubleshooting checkpoints and i can't seem to figure out what's the issue. Anyone else in the same boat at all? I've attached screenshots belowof both issues. Bonjour. Je souhaite retraiter une photo déjà importée dans LR et supprimée depuis plus de 60 jours. LR ne l'autorise pas, en indiquant que la photo a déjà été ajoutée. Mais elle n'est plus dans le catalogue des photos supprimées car je l'ai supprimée il y a plus de 60 jours. Comment faire ? Merci

and i can't export it either!

I imported a single .XMP preset, and now i cannot find it (states it was already imported when i try again).I have many folders, how can i locate the preset name or find the default save location. I sware adobe wants me to cancel my membership.

 Edited:I have a previously shared album in Lightroom. When I add photos to the LrC shared collection that is the source of the images, I  see those newly added images in the "Shared" tab, only after switching to the "Album" tab and then back to shared.  However, the previous web address of the page of shared photos does not show the recently added photos. Do I need to reshare the album everytime I add photos? If that's the case, it's a pain notifying all the sharees of the new web address. I have checked the preferences to see if there is a "Update Shared Album" or something similar and found nothing. Thanks.  

I currently have a yearly LR subscription which I pay annually £48.99 for which includes 100GB of storage.  I need more storage so am considering purchasing the £11.99 per month plan.  Do I need to still continue with the yearly subscription in order to get the monthly plan or are they two separate things? 

I have several photos I've taken in the same room and lighting with the same lens and camera.  The first picture I took was of a grey card.  I would like to set the white balance, and only the white balance (maybe lens correction too, but I'm not worried about that right now), from that first photo to all relevant photos that follow. I don't see how to do this. Thanks.

I'm looking at moving away from Lightroom Classic as i find i do more editing on my Ipad than my PC However playing with desktop Lightroom, I have noticed that if i make a edit on my ipad it dosnt sync back to the local storage. Lightroom Classic dose do this and will update my edit from the ones on the cloud.  I currently have Stora a copy of all originals turned on.  Am i missing something? 

I have two monitors connected to my PC. Both are connected with display port cables. One of them is an older 1920x1200 monitor running at 60hz. The other one is a 4K HDR GSync compatible monitor that runs at 120Hz. I have an NVidia 1070 video card with the latest drivers, and all Adobe apps are GPU accellerated.   If Lightroom CC is on the old monitor, it works perfectly fine. As soon as I drag it over to the new 4K monitor, the interface lags, it flickers constantly, and becomes completely unusable. However, if I go into the Windows display settings there is a setting for the new monitor "use HDR". If I turn this setting off, then Lightroom CC works absolutely perfectly on the new monitor. The old monitor doesn't have that setting, so HDR is always off on that monitor.   Please update Lightroom CC so that it works properly when it is on an HDR monitor in Windows 10.

For a few days now, the subject recognition in Lightroom has no longer worked. Most of the time, no motive is recognized at all or sometimes something completely wrong.In addition, something hangs in the synchronization - possibly a connection ?I have already reinstalled Lightroom - no change. It works without any problems in Camera raw Any ideas what I could try next ?

El programa de Lr está fallando de la nada se pone la pantalla negra, se congela la pantalla y no me deja editar 

Since updating to LR 8.2 for MacOS the AI Denoise function says "Unsupported Photo" whereas it worked previously.

May i know someone facing same issue? When i import xmp file , lightroom mobile show error message , Preset Failed to Import.
