Just started with Lightroom CC. Some photos uploaded, but now stuck for more than a day with "Uploading . . . . 3919 pending on my mobile. I have updated both the desktop and the mobile app. When I go to lightroom.adobe.com I can see that 3919 files have sync issues. I can select them all. Should I delete them and try adding again from my mobile? They are on my mobile phone. If I delete them in lightroom.adobe.com, will that delete them from my mobile? What do you recommend, since 641 uploaded by the rest didn't. I still have room in the 20gigs in the cloud.

I don't get it. They say there's a free version but only with a subscription? That's not free. I just want camera controls and not Cloud storage. Is thatan option? How can I downgrade. There's no info on that at all.

I am getting so frustrated with how buggy LR Mobile is these days.   Opening LR Mobile on my iPhone 16 Pro, I am constantly being taken to the middle of my entire history of photos taken. Not to recent.   How long does the message "A copy has been saved to device photos" really need to be shown on the screen? I am editing multiple images and having to close that message manually every single time so I can continue is a frustration.

J'essaie d'utiliser Lightroom Desktop. J'ai un dossier avec 800 photos RAW et c'est vraiment très lent pour l'affichage. J'ai pourtant un PC portable assez recent processeur I7 avec une carte graphique GEFORCE GTX. Dommage, c'est rebutant d'utiliser ce mode.

Antes las fotos editadas aparecían con una etiqueta dentro de las fotos importadas, esto facilitaba la busqueda y el trabajo de exportacion, como puedo activar esta etiqueta?

You have completely changed my interface and I can't get the program to work at all. I don't want my photos to go to the cloud. I am not paying anything else and I don't want my photos in the wild. This new program will not even see the photos in my folders. All I am getting is a spinning wheel.    Y'all have broken the program with your constant updating and I have no clue how to even proceed with opening a photo much less editing one.   

No matter how many times i updated my LR mobile app still it can't read my RAW files from canon R7 and yes that camera also has been updated to the latest software available. LR mobile says it supports Canon R7 Cr3 files but it can't access the RAW file via app, you need to go to your phones/card DCIM folder then select R7 and worst it would not display any image preview (which is very helpful if you want to select a specific file to edit)  Any fixed for this?

I just upgraded to Lightroom desktop October 2025 version and scrolling from one image to the next in Fullscreen mode seems to be disabled. I am running Mac OS Sequoia on an M4 Macbook Pro. Anyone else having this issue?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max.  When using the Lightroom App I can't see the focus slider.  Why is that happening ?

I turned off culling. And I finally figured out how to disable the most annoying tool tip suggestions in the universe! Lighrtroom immediately froze, and I can't even quit.

Hola buenas, tengo un problema con lightroom (no lightroom classic)en mi portatil, ya que pese a tener un ordenador que deberia cumplir los requisitos de lightroom intel i5 de 11a gen, rtx3050 laptop y 16gb ram, cada vez que hago algun ajuste en la fotografia o abro algun menu en el que el ordenador tenga que pensar se me paraliza y congela la pantalla y vuelve a los 5 segundos, y la verdad es que se me hace muy pesado, a parte de pagar 15€ al mes para editar un par de fotos y encima pasandolo mal. He intentado arreglarlo de distintas maneras, desinstalando y volviendo a instalar la aplicacion, habilitando manualmente la grafica dedicada para la aplicacion.., entre muchas cosas. (tampoco es por editar desde un disco duro externo ni nada asi..) Si teneis algun consejo o pregunta lo agradeceria 

Hi,After the october '25 update Lightroom renders my photo's black or black/green after denoising.  Never experienced this issue before.

As the title states, Lightroom is not honoring Raw Default Camera Setting when preference is set.  Work around is to Reset Edits (command R) photo to original, but after restarting Lightroom reverts Raw Default  to Adobe Default. Please fix

The only thing that works in the latest update is cropping Masking does NOT work at allPresets do NOT work When go to the next image you need to restart LR but it does NOT work because you cannot close it. You need to use Task Manager. If you are lucky LR has crashed and you can try all over again but it you cannot because nothing there works. This has to be an Halloween joke. Please, how can I go back to the previous version? 

Album add new pictures automatically ,so my cleints recieve some other people photos due to this error. please fix this 

iPhone Air has a larger screen and higher logical resolution (420 × 912) than the iPhone 17 Pro. If an app is not adapted for the iPhone Air, it will display incorrectly as a scaled-up version of the iPhone 17 Pro app.Please see the attached screenshots comparison. The app on the right has been adapted, and its keyboard is smaller, which is correct. 

why have you changed the layout to some thing i do not want,have not asked for.thats more complicated than it needs to be .and as far as i can see is going to be more time consuming for zero gain to me.and lastly why am i wasting my money on something you have made into a usless tool...

Today I updated to the newest versions of CC (v.9.0) and Classic (v.15.0). The sync between CC & Classic is damaged.  Within 20 minutes of launch, the following were observed not to work properly even though both apps say they are fully synced (green check):   • A photo duplicated in CC syncs to Classic but shows a MUCH lower resolution.  It was cropped from portrait to landscape in CC, but the change isn't visible in Classic.  (Note: the lower resolution indicated in Classic is NOT the cropped resolution.) • When "rejected" the above low-res duplicate photo disappeared from Classic.  It reappeared when unflagged back in CC.  It's still not cropped. • Colour labels are only showing in CC for about 2% of the photos that are color lablelled in Classic. • Collection re-name in Classic doesn't sync to CC Album name like it used to.I have let each app run (separately) for a 15 minutes, but no change.   CC syncs fine too another computure running C

 I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement for Lightroom Mobile that would make editing more efficient and precise. Currently, when using the “before/after” review feature, it only allows me to compare my current edit to the original imported version of the image. However, as edits become more layered and detailed, I often need to compare my most recent adjustment or filter to how the image looked just before that change, not all the way back to the original. A “quick toggle” or “recent change preview” option would make it easier to evaluate subtle differences and fine-tune edits more accurately without losing workflow momentum.This small addition would significantly improve usability for photographers who rely on incremental adjustments to achieve precise results.Thank you for considering this improvement — Lightroom Mobile is an outstanding tool, and this feature would make it even more intuitive for detailed editing work. 

Hi - I am having a really tough time with the generative remove feature and I have tried just about everything to try and resolve the issue. I feel like with the most recent update my generative remove got worse and more difficult to use. My first issue has been that when I remove something it removes the object but then leaves a shadow of the object I tried to remove even if there wasnt any shadows in the area - the other issue is that it is just generating transparent objects so pretty much leaving what I am trying to remove but with a low opacity so you can still see it there ? I attached a photo where I had tried to remove an object and when downloaded there is just a weird overlay on top and the shadows are there as if the object was there still? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Often when I want to export something, there are delays because Ai Updating is in process. There seems to not be a notification when Ai Updating is complete. I need to export photos for clients and personal work. Why does it take so long for Ai to update my photos for export and when can I expect some type of notification of when my photos are available for export with the Ai Updating?
