Why [cursing removed] are we posting in a forum instead of a chat app like Slack, Discord, or other?  This is slow feedback, monolithic. Hi, I've used up all of my credits and I'm being throttled for my useage, which admittedly is heavy due to my project type. On my account icon, where it shows the amount of credits one has used, it also shows a "Buy Credits" button. When I click on this button, it doesn't do anything. So, I would like to not be throttled in my useage and I would like to buy more credits, but how do I do it? I realize there are options for teams, etc., to purchases the use of tons of Adobe software types to get more credits, but I'm just one guy and I only need Photoshop. So, I would like to just buy credits outright. Thanks for any help!

Hey, I am trying to make the sleeves of a short-sleeved safety jacket longer on Photoshop Beta with generative fill. I have already used a lot of promts, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Can anyone help me with some tips & tricks? If anyone has a better solution, please feel free to let me know. Thanks in advance!

    My sistem is i7 3770 non k with a 1650super and 32GB RAM. WIN10 I cant update beyond 25.13.0 BETA. I can still work with 25.13.0 version, but there's a big panel notification that I cant close, it moves with the UI I do need to find a way to close that notification, so I can keep working at least with my current beta version.   Restoring the workspace, detaching bars, whatever I do it does not work.

For the past few momths I have had random buggy problems with photoshop beta. Right now I am getting an error when using liquify. It is not all of the time. I'd say I get through 5-6 launches of the liquify tool before it bugs out with a disk error complaint. The only solution is to restart photoshop and then it works for another 5-6 uses. Its really messing with my workflow. I'm using a 4070ti Graphics Card, this shouldn't be happening its more than powerful enough for photoshop. It started after one of the most recent updates. It's driving me crazy. I've tried messing with settings, nothing seems to help. Anyone else?

I dont know why, but everytime I try to update PS (beta) it starts updating, goes to 1%, then says "update failed" I don't know what to do. My account is current, and it says there is an update, but it fails day after day now 😞 

It just doesn't respond and doesn't open. Regular version works as well as previous beta versions.

Every time I use tools that make a mark (pen, clone, dodge, burn, brush, etc) the first time I touch my stylus to the screen, the tools shoots in all directions across the screen. It happens the most with the pen tool, I won't even move it but the second I touch the screen ill have one continuous black jittering line shoot out from the point of touch in random directions. Most of the time it only happens the first use of the tool then happen again when I change the color or change the tool. Its driving me crazy. Its been happening for a long time, not just the last update and I have tried all the normal fixes and nothing works.. (Wacom mobile studio pro 16; Windows 11, version 23H2)

Per quale motivo la versione beta 26.0 funziona anche senza il processore con le AVX2 ed invece la versione stabile 26.0 richiede il processore con le AVX2?

Good evening.I'm having a problem with photoshop beta shortcuts. When I lauch the app and start working everything is fine, but after some time on the app the shortcuts get mixed up and do not work altought they appear to be same. For example when I press CTRL+T it does not show transform options. When I press the tools shortcuts it does not activate the wanted tool...etc. Again, this problem does not occur when starting the app, it only happens after 10-15 minutes of using the app and things do not go back to defaults until I have restarted the Laptop.I have tried restarting the work space, checked the preferences and keyboard shortcuts menu, and everthing looks fine.Thanks in advance

Bar remains floating and does not find its anchor point under the menu any more. Only options bar is affected, all other tools and windows work normally.

Every time i Open PS Beta 26.1  i get this " offer " from Adobe about extending my plan . Evry time i check " dont show this again " box. And it shows up time after time. Drives me crazy !any suggestions how to stop it ? Should be illegal.Result :I'm looking for alternative software,( iäm on Mac  sonoma 14.7 / proper hardware ) 

Photoshop software is being disconnected from the Internet connection, while the rest of the apps and browsers are connected. It keeps asking to check for internet connection while using the generative tool.

In quick mask mode, when selecting 50% gray with a brush, the generative fill in the beta version completely changes content after the update. In the normal version it works fine.

Please be sure to check the steps attempted prior to this post. I am getting exhausted.  The full release of Photoshop, version 24.6.0, is rebooting my machine as the previous Beta was doing in the original posts and thread.   Please Note: I have stress tested my CPU with no issues. I have checked my RAM, reporting no issues. I have checked the Windows install drive with no issues. I have checked the Scratch Disks for space (2TB free) and integrity with no issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. Problem persists. Most importantly: Photoshop is the only app that causes my PC to reboot. Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and Acrobat do not cause a reboot. Digital Combat Simulator set to High settings does not cause a reboot. Microsoft Office programs do not cause a reboot. All of these programs running at the same time with 10 tabs open in Chrome do not cause a reboot.    If it is connected to a hardware failure, it is a connection that only Photosh

Grats on the release of OCIO support.  Before release I gave some readability feedback around the state of the exposure and gamma sliders. I see some improvements have been made that aren't in release yet. But perhaps it is still unintuitive now? It is super visible that it is 'disabled' but at the same time it looks like a glitch that the elements disappear completely.   Would it be possible to just grey out the needle and text (and set it back to 0 during disabled state) rather than removing them? That should be more familiar to read and understand in my opinion.      

(Ps Beta 25.1) When I use the Crop tool to expand my work area, Generative Fill automatically kicks in to fill that space for me. I would like the option to NOT do that until I ask it to G-Fill. I cannot find any setting to allow this. My primary use for this is revising logos and clip art from customers. All I want is to add a bit of visual elbow room so I can work. I don't necessarily enlarge my canvas area every time.  Am I missing a toggle somewhere to turn it off? Is this a feature that Adobe thinks I want to have everytime?Thanks
