I know this is a long shot, but i've had a client from many moons ago ask for an artwork for a book cover as a layered PSD...I no longer have it but I do have the high res flat Tiff. Pray tell are there any solutions that will save me hours of work that i'll not get paid for? Thanks

Hello Adobe Community, I hope someone can give me a definitive answer to this. I have a full license to the Creative Suite CS6 that I purchased and have registered in my name since late 2013. I'm a professional traveling photographer and it has been my primary production tool on my Macbook Air which it has always been installed in since late 2013. CS6 is still my primary production tool as I don't have Internet in my home and any subscription service is unaffordable at this time. My Macbook Air has battery issues and is now a liability and I must upgrade. I'm only looking at new Macbooks because I own this CS6 suite already and it still meets all of my needs and then some. I will only invest in a new Macbook if I know for a fact that my existing license will transer to a new a computer. I don't have installation CD's, I purchased a digital download version of my software from Adobe. Can this be done? I've heard conflicting answers some saying no, because Adobe will no longer honor the

Hola, He estado buscando información sobre cómo tener instalados varios idiomas en Photoshop, y todo lo que encuentro dice que hay que desinstalar Photoshop, cambiar las preferencias de idioma en la aplicación de Creative Cloud, y volver a instalar Pohotoshop. Pero yo quiero tener varios idiomas instalados sin tener que hacer todo este proceso.Lo que he hecho es lo siguiente:Instalar Photoshop en español, copiar la carpeta de idioma (Adobe Photoshop 2025/Locales/es_ES) y guardarla en otra ubicación (en el escritorio por ejemplo)2. I do not have the "adjustments presets" options available in v26.9 on Mac. I tried going to the dropdown to select "modern view" but i dont have this option either. Somebody said if i go to Layer there should be an option to add "new adjustment layer" but i dont have this option either. So i'm very confused what could be specifically issues with this specific feature set. Not sure if its relevant but in another thread I read that the adjustments features have a "call home" feature. Not sure what this means but maybe something could be preventing access from connecting to the server? But i disabled firewall and gave full disk access to photoshop and this still persists. And yes, i have tried re-installing, deleting .plist files, installing older version, no luck. Hi, everyone. I've found that when I change the properties of a font, the settings are sticky, so the next font I use will have the same settings (Tracking, Leading, etc.) I'm working on a scrapbook where I want the journaling font to have extended Tracking and custom Leading, but I don't want these properties applied to the title font. This means I'm revising properties of each for every new page I create. Is there a way to save the properties of the journaling font and not have them affect any other fonts I may use?I'm using PS 26.8.1 on a Windows machine. Thanks for any ideas you may have!

I recently reinstalled MacOS Sonoma on my iMac 24, along with the same version of Photoshop as before (25.0).  Immediately after the reinstall, I disable virtually all special keyboard functions so as not to interfere with Photoshop, but now some new keyboard-related gremlins appeared. When MacOS settings > Keyboard settings > Function Keys  “Use as standard function keys” is active… then the Photoshop Selection/Feather keyboard shortcut (Shift-F6) works as before. Perfect. But, the following 2 MacOS functions no longer work.  - pressing the Global/FN key worked with all FN keys.- pressing the Global/FN worked with the Delete key to forward delete text characters. Strangely… if I disable  “Use as standard function keys” then the FN keys work as labelled on each key, BUT the Photoshop Shift-F6 shortcut no longer works. So, I am baffled how to get things working as they were before. I created a set of actions to open a RAW file, set to auto, save for web and then close the image.This all worked well as I wanted to save the image for web at 1920px. I now want to save jpgs as the size it is in RAW 6000px approx.To that end I then recorded another set step that saved at that size, but having gone to the trouble of setting up a previous step that saved at a lower size.Can I do the following.Run the action group and say, DO NOT RUN the 1920 step. Is there a way to turn off steps and not execute them, or do I have to create a new action set by recording save at 6000px and copy the open RAW/Close steps as a new set? I can see that there are check boxes, next to steps that you can click on and they then have a little square icon appear, I cannot see what this means, anywher.Any kind help appreciated. When I print from Photoshop, it is suddently printing two of everything. I have been printing the same item for years now, and suddently this week it prints two of the page. I haven't changed any settings. I updated the firmware and software on my printer (Epson ET-8500) and that didn't fix it. My settings on the printer and photoshop all reflect a single page being printed, but as soon as I hit print and go to the print center, it shows two pages being printed. I don't know how to fix this!!! Literally nowhere does anything show that I'm requesting duplicates. Even when I try to print it out of a different application, it prints just one page, for some reason this randomly started happening this week and only in Photoshop. I'm so frustrated because this is a set of labels I print several times a week and now it's printing so many every time; I have to run to my printer and hit cancel before a second page prints and wastes all my color ink.

Is there a feature in Photoshop to automatically and fast, Heal the lines and word "test" from the picture? I know it can be done manually but i was interested in something auto.

Hi! I have a problem i guess with my color profile in photoshop, I work with Lightroom the rwa file then export in dng and when I open the file in photoshop the file loose saturation and look not so nice like in lightroom, in the general setting i export the file in sRGB. Any suggestion on where I get it wrong?thank you! Sarah

I can't print with PS CC 2017 because the print button is greyed out. I am using windows 7 pro and can't find a way to delete their photo viewer which sucks but it's the only thing I can print with. HELP! And THANK YOU in advance  : )

I just did a clean install on a new Mac Mini, so Photoshop's just been loaded. Photoshop recently started to stretch the lower part of the image if it entered the bottom third of the screen. Simillarly it stretched the image to the right - as shown in the attached picture of the screen - though the rest of the UI appears correctly. I uninstalled Photoshop and deleted all its settings before installing the latest version, but the fault is still there. All other apps on this Windows 11 desktop system appear correctly. Screen resolution is 3840 x 2160. Any help gratefully received as I am running out of ideas.

Hi there! I am working on my document, and a word "analecta" keeps appearing all over the document when I am finished with the text. Yet it does not allow me to select it. And the bug is not specific to just that layer. 

Photoshop makes me save all images every time I quit and I end up having to force quit all the time because I dont want to save them all.   There are so many.   Couldnt find any info about this.  Must be doing something wrong.  Hoping someone can help me

My Photoshop program suddenly won't allow me to click on a layer by clicking on the image. I can only get to the right layer by sifting through the layers in the layer window. This has never happened before, and I'm hoping there's a fix?    Also, I'm using this program on Windows.   Thanks for your help!

I've been supplied a photo by a singer who has asked me to retouch a black Stetson hat onto her head on a photo she supplied.. I used genearative AI with a very precise brief. A warning came up saying I had broken Adobe guidelines. What guidelines woud I have broken and how do I enable Adobe AI to allow me to make this image change.  I have permission from both the original photographer and the subject of the photo? The photo is a standard rock star pose and not at all offensive or sugestive and has not been previously published.

I've seen multiple posts on this problem for previous Ps versions (specifically 26.2).  I've never experienced it until upgrading to 26.9 on an M4 MBP w 128GB of RAM.   Remove Tool will take so long that it seems to have frozen - like 10 seconds or more sometimes. Doesn't matter if Generative AI is on / off / auto. Doesn't matter if brush size is big or small. Creating a 50% grey overlay layer then retouching on another layer over it doesn't solve this.  Anyone else having this?Might have to go back a version again to be able to use the program like I need to...

While using the brush tool in Photoshop I hold the option key to activate the eye dropper tool, but when I select the color I want to use it is putting it as the bottom color vs the top. So in order to use the color I need to flip the colors. It never used to do this. I am in v 26.9 of PS. Does anyone know how to fix this?
