waar kan ik de handleiding Potoshop Elements 2026 downloaden

I’m importing photos for the first time using Photoshop Elements 2026. There seem to be some unexpected changes. There’s no longer an option to import from a card reader. OK, so I’ll import from a folder instead. But it no longer gives me the option to copy the files to a selected folder, and it no longer gives me the option to rename the files when it does so (for example, adding the shoot date to the file name). Is this normal, or am I missing something? So am I supposed to copy all the files to my hard drive first AND somehow batch rename them BEFORE I import them into my PSE library?

Photoshop Elements 2026 will not open on Mac Tahoe OS. I uninstalled PSE 2026 and previous 2022 version, then downloaded and installed PSE 2026. Anyone have a solution. Should I request Adobe refund?

hello together, i used the search field here, but didnt find an answere for my questioni have a sony a7v with sony lenses, i use PSE2022 with Camera Raw 18.2 included.In the settings of my sony camera i activated lens distortin to auto, so how can i see in my open raw file or in the settings, that camera raw is correcting this?i didnt find anything to setup in the settins menue of camera raw.is it maybe neccessary that i have to buy the PSE2026?Many thanks for some helt.Best regards Jochen

I am having a problem removing auto hyphenation in PSE2026.  I have encountered this problem before when I get a file from someone that was created in PS, but this file was 100% created by me in PSE2026.  I am using the Text in a shape tool and I can’t get it to stop hyphenating.  I have googled looking for a fix, but I only get answers related to Photoshop (not elements) and they refer me to a panel that doesn’t exist in PSE.  Any help will be appreciated.  

My hard drive died and so I am having to reinstal PSE9. I’ve got that installed but I’m having trouble getting ACR to work. PSE9 comes with ACR 6.1 but I need 6.3 or above (max 6.5). When I instal the ACR plug-in it is not being picked up by PSE - it is still showing as 6.1, even if I use the ACR 18.2 or 14.5 installer from Camera Raw plug-in installer. I’ve have reinstalling PSE but am still struggling.  It was working perfectly well before the crash so not sure what the issue is now. I don’t want to be converting all my files to DNG. Any tips out there for this?

I updated my Macbook Air and my PSE 2020 would not even open.I bought/upgraded to PSE 2026 and it’s been trouble ever since.   When I try to resize an element it takes a long while of waiting for a dialogue box to come up.  During this time everything is frozen, I can do NOTHING else in the program.   If the element is still not the correct size I go through the entire process yet again.  Over and over and over.   I wait and wait and wait….  Something that should take less then a minute can take more then 5 and I’m ready to trash it all.   SOOoooo frustrated!  This is only one of the many problems I’m having in this version, but the most troublesome….  I’m very unhappy.    Please help!

Running Windows 10 fully updated.  In PSE 11 it was easy to create and install new Picture Package layouts.  I have since upgraded to PSE 23 and the concept has changed in that now all the Picture Package entries are in “Read Only” folders.  It is now not clear how to either edit, create or install revised Picture Package layouts and which folders to place them in.

Since I updated my MacBook Pro, I keep getting an error message stating that Adobe Photoshop can no longer be used on this computer because it requires at least MacOS 9.1 or Mac OS X 10.1. However, I have the latest update, macOS Tahoe Version 26.1. installed. Can someone help me with this? Thank you very much for your ideas. I cannot uninstall it because I purchased it in 2021 and no longer have an activation code.     [subject edited for clarity after moving post — was "Compatibility Issue After macOS Update with Older Photoshop Version"]    

I recently purchased PSE & Premiere Elements and my MAC is using Tahoe 26. I HATE this version of PSE. Crop tool takes forever and I can’t adjust the placement or size after the initial placement of the crop. Then it takes forever to do the actual crop. I reset preferences to “classic crop mode”. Still sucks. I have never been SO frustrated using this software. I have been a user forever and this is the worse upgrade ever. How do I go about getting a refund and reloading a legacy version that will work with Tahoe? 

I recently upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2026 from an older version. On the old version, I could open multiple JPG files, edit each one, and then when I clicked the "X" in the upper right hand corner to exit I would get 3 prompts for each edited file:  - Save changes to the Adobe Photoshop Elements document <name> before quitting? - Select JPEG Image options (e.g., Quality) - Enter file name, defaulted to the original file name, but allowing me the chance to change it (similar to a Save As). In the 2026 version, I no longer get the 3rd prompt. On exit I get the first 2 prompts for each edited JPG and then it automatically overwrites the original.  I looked through all of the settings but don't see anything that would change this behavior back to the previous version.  Is there any way to get the 3rd prompt back?

In my class, I am directed to do this instruction:Essentials WorkspaceThis course will use the Essentials workspace. Workspaces control what tools and panels are visible at any given time. We recommend that you change your Workspace to Essentials. To set Photoshop to the Essentials workspace, choose Window > Workspace > Essentials. Next, choose Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials. That will set everything to the default if it is not there already.  But I am missing these in my PSE2026. I do not see Workspace or Essentials anywhere on the screen which is set to Advanced. I assume Advanced is same as Essentials.

I have just paid and downloaded Elements 2026 specifically to use the generative AI features.  Every Gen AI "insert image" prompt I try I get the message "We cannot process this prompt.  Please edit and try again".  The help forums refer to breaching of AI guidelines - but I get this trying to create simple images - e.g. a cat. My "complimentary" credits are still full - 35.  The only way to increase this in future appears to be to subscribe to a monthly package - there is no way to buy a bunch of credits. All in all, the experience has been disappointing so far. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been using Photoshop Elements for about 7 years and save most of my edited files as JPEG, using MAX quality option (I save the unedited originals, and RAW files when I use them in editing, offline). As my disk storage space now sometimes shrinks below 10 percent free space, I’m wondering whether MAX really bought me anything useful, versus using HIGH, which would have resulted in my having a lot more free disk space. I don’t publish or sell my photos. I sometimes share them with friends, and once in a while show them on my 60-inch TV, and that’s the extent of their use. Opinions?

Went to my adobe products page and noted all my old versions, prior to pse 2020 are no longer listed.   Not that big of a deal- I only use them to help answer questions.   I used to have all versions of PSE back to pse 2010, now my product listing stops at pse 2020.I seem to recall reading here that others have had the same thing happen.I have not changed payment method or account info in years.Anyone else note this?

Ordered this software via DELL.  At the website, only Adobe Premiere Elements were downloaded(Help form Dell tech support).  The incorrect software was downloaded? How do I fix this?Also, Premiere Elements Icon does not show a complete Adobe Elements Screen for editing?I might have to delete the above and move onto another software? If I can not get help on the above?Sy SBG 

Using Adobe Elements 2026 on a Windows 11 with 16gb ram so plenty to play with but its so painfully slow on start up, loading photos in the organiser and editor and it lags behind when editing, only started the slowdown this week….please advise as one is rather frustrated by the slowness?

This hasn't been an issue for me until today where suddenly after trying to import a JPG picture where it crashed my Photoshop now everything is importing through Camera Raw, I don’t want to process it through camera raw I have bulk to process and i’m not interested in clicking this prompt hundreds of times.Ive disabled everything in the Camera Raw settings, Supposedly WEBP Was native to Photoshop since 23.2 and I stopped using WEBPShop years ago due to native support but now I’m forced to convert it through Camera Raw?This doesn’t seem right.I am thinking of rolling back my Photoshop version as resetting to defaults hasn’t achieved anything.

Hallo in die Runde,wie bekomme ich denn bei Photoshop Elements 2025 eine aktuellere Version des Adobe Camera RAW installiert?Momentan läuft in meiner Photoshop Elements 2025 die Version ACR 17.0. Versuche ACR auf Version 18.0 oder aktueller zu bringen funktioniert leider nicht. Eigentlich hatte ich ja erwartet, dass bei einem 3 Jahres “Abo” von PSE 2025 diese in der Laufzeit auch immer mit den aktuellen Updates versorgt werden würde. 

In the organizer People panel on the Names side, there are triangles noting new faces are found and when one clicks, there is a section to confirm those faces.  Sometimes Confirm/Not This person works as expected but I see the following erroneous behaviors:Click on confirm or not this person but the entry remains. The overlay check/not symbols do not display and the circle seems dead. The circle image is drawn incorrectly with half of the circle on top and half on the bottom as though the entry is mis-framed. Blank spaces appear in the array of circles.It is difficult to go through the entries when they are not functioning correctly. Is there a workaround or fix for this?thanks

When my Elements 14 licence expired I upgraded to Elements 26 only to discover that I cannot run it with Windows 10. How do I get a refund?

using Photoshop Elements 2024 on Windows 10.  Clone tool is not working, started yesterday. I get a message that says the opperation could not be compleated because no pixels were selected. tells me to alt click on source. I HAVE been doing that! repeatly. also, in addition to the message box coming up, I get my computers , I don't know what it's called - the area that tells a person what is on thier computer so something could be selected.  It comes up too at the same time. I am wondering if Adobe is doing this delibertly to get me to purchase the 2025 version of Elements?  ( I have gone to Preferences and clicked on reset at next launch. ) problem continues. 

I need to temporarily deactivate my licenses for PS and PE Elements 2024.I’m getting ready to send my computer to Dell for service. This may require them to replace the hard drive. If this happens, I want to reinstall the apps on the new hard drive. Last year, I had my computer serviced, and PS Elements stopped working with a license error saying I had installed it on too many computers. Support said there was no way to unlock it, and my only option was to buy 2025. After pushing and pushing, the support team was able to give me a new serial number for PS 2024. I don’t want this to happen again. I want to deactivate before sending my computer away and free up my license to reinstall if I have to. I looked at my products page online, but didn’t see any way to turn it off for this computer until I get it back. 

I am using elements 2026 and need to remove glasses glare from a photo

I would appreciate finding a solution to deleting a missing file that prevents the ' Reconnect All Missing Files ' action from completion. I am working with PSE 2024 on a Windows  11 PC desktop which is new and updated. When I initiate  Reconnect All Missing Files ' , it quickly identifies all the photos except one. It is the top half (orange roof) of the desktop icon for the Window Home folder. I think it represent a file that is so large that PPSE cannot generate a thumbnail in the left side. Since there is no thumbnail, I cannot reconnect the 'HOME' icon. I cant find it i the catalog and cant delete it.  Interesting enough, this one missing file does not prevent backing up the catalog.  I have no idea about how the icon got into the catalog.
