Bonjour,Savez-vous comment permettre d'exporter une image au format PDF avec la version 2022. L'export PDF n'est pas proposé dans la liste de "Enregistrer sous". J'ai pu le faire avec la version 2021.Avez-vous rencontrer le problème et trouver une solution pour que le format soit à nouveau dans la liste ? CordialementLoïc

My new cd install into my brand new computer  of photoshop 2018 on my PC will not let me choose the 720 dpi  only the 360   . I cant print my art like before now.  What went wrong?  On my old 15 year lap top I had many options of printing. with the same program.. Not now. ??

I purchase Adobe Elements 2020 for OSX back in 2020. I'd like to try new features like photo merge etc in 2024 version. How can I upgrade?? Or is Adobe screwed me yet again with no upgrade path and only on-line subscription services.

I am using Dell XPS 17 9710 laptop. Windows 11. Version 10.0.22621. Intel 11th GEN I 9–1190H processor. 16 GB of RAM. 1 TB SSD.  PSE Adobe elements organizer 2024 is taking 1 hour 14 minutes to save the metadata for 250 files.  This is 4.93 hours for 1000 photos. For my collection of 40,000 photos, it would take 8 days (197 hours).  I had the same problem with previous version, before I upgraded to 2024. Is this expected? Is it supposed to take this long? If not, how can this issue should be resolved? I have tried all of the following:Optimize Catalog: File > Catalog > Optimize Catalog.2. Check Hard Drive Health…CHKDSK (Windows) to check for disk errors or fragmentation.Minimize Background Processes: Closed unnecessary applications and browser tabs to free up system resources.Save in Batches: save metadata in smaller batches to reduce strain on the software.Repair catalog. I have recently un-installed Pe15 in the hope of fixing a problem.  I then reinstalled it. Should I have deactivated it when I uninstalled and then reactivated it when I re-installed it?

I am looking to import several hundred Keywords and Categories in text delimited format into the IPTC metadata so that they can be selected where relevant in classifying images. I am not sure if the current versions of Elements allow for batch importing of this data or if not which versions of Photoshop do allow this. I seem to remember that this was a feature in the past. Any insights gratefully received.

Photoshop Elements 2024 Installer is just white, cant choose any Option

I'm having a really weird problem with thumbnails. All my backgrounds have the same image! Obviously it's really hard to find what I want. I've already tried uninstalling and redownloading elements 2022. Still have the same problem. I've been reading about some other graphics problems that may be because of upgrading to macos sonoma. Anyone else have this problem and can it be fixed??

I want to navigate straight to the Photoshop Elements Editor or Organizer without viewing the Welcome Screen, on PSE 2022 bought from microsoft store.Im tried to locate  *.exe files in VFS folder but they do not start (error message appears). 

color picker has a split color box on top, solid on the bottom swatch libray only shows 1 color for all the boxes.  (if you click on box with eyedropper, it shows another solid color for all boxes) preferences are set to "adobe" colors are set to "H" up top adobe support is supposed to get back to me after some research re-launched the program due to the "move tool" not working--fixed that issue Thanks for any help!!     [Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]

There is distorted color at the top of the color picker square, and the foreground color square is split into two colors.  I have tried reseetting preferences and restarting Photoshop, and I have uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it. I am using Photoshop Elements 2021 Editor and the MacO|S is Sonoma 14.0.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  

For some reason, the top box in the foreground/background selection is split in half and I can't get it back to normal.  See pic (the top box is split black/white) 

I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 with a Mac studio with 32Gb of memory and the latest Mac software Sonoma 14.1.2After I use the Lasso tool on a photo there is a 5 to 10 second delay if I want to re-use the Lasso tool to add additional selections. My photo files are not large!What is causing the delay and how can I correct it?

Photoshop Elements 2022 Color Picker Tool doesn’t work

My MacBook Pro recently stopped working and I had to use a Time Machine backup to load all of my harddrive again.Photoshop Elements 22 is "buggy" now - slow to operate and the colors are all lines and messed up. It's almost impossible to use like this. I think that I need to reinstall the program but when I go to Utilities to try and uninstall the app, it's not listed there. So now I have no clue what to do. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi ... I somehow made it so that the foreground/background color icon at the bottom of the toolbox changed so that the foreground box is now divided in two-- half black and half white-- and I haven't been able to change it back. Has anyone else run ito this? Ideas? thanks for any help you can offer.

I'm working on a Macbook Air M1, and I've been using Adobe Elements since I got the laptop last May. Just recently Premiere Elements has had a particular trouble with the Color Picker. It's not displaying the colors in the tool, then opening the color picker gives me the odd pallete displayed below.Has this error shown up for anyone else, and is there a solution for this display issue?  

Hi All,Just off a lengthy effort to identify why my background/foreground color selector tools went wonky (see image)--and I found out that PSE 2022 does not play nice with the newest iOS Sonoma 14.0 release. It also affects the graphics tools available--like backgrounds. No solution at this point, but it was escalated to Adobe's software engineers. The temporary solution is to upgrade to PSE 2023, which is not great since 2024 should come out soon. But "maybe" a 30-day trial bridges the gap. My opinion: Adobe should comp 2023 to 2022 users if they can't fix this during that time period. It doesn't make sense that 2022 should become a brick this soon. 

Having display issues with Photoshop Elements after upgrading my Macbook Pro to Sonoma. See screen shots for details.Color picker doesn't show color correctly. Color should show solid black not half white. Dialog also shows incorrectly once opened. Photos in Photo Bin are distorted if more than one photo is opened. This makes it very difficult to work with the files.

When I create a new Catelogue in the Organiser a splash screen wanting to import data from my mobilekeeps appearing. No matter how many time I state no and then have to select  skip to close the splash the next time I create a Catelogue the same screen appears. How can I stop it
