Trying to reinstall Photoshop Elements 13 - it takes me on an endless sign in cycle. Hi,Hope you're well. I'm having issues trying to reinstall my copy of Photoshop Elements that I purchased a few years back. I've just done a harddrive cleanup and full Windows reinstall, and I'm trying to get my software running again. I've tried to install it a bunch of times, but each time I do it says I need to sign in to my Adobe account, and when I do it takes me to the terms agreement which I accept, and then it closes completely - when I open it again, it does the same thing, leaving me on and endless loop of succesfully signing in and then the software not working. I tried both "I have purchased" entering my serial number, and "I want to try", both with the same result. This morning I decided to give the offline activation a bash, which seemed to be going a lot better than the normal account sign in method - I can actually get the software open. But once I try do the actual offline activation, I enter in the request code and my serial, it says activation limit reached
