I have following products: Design and Web Prem and Premiere EelemntsI got new computer and its now 64-bits Windows system.When i click Download i find just 32-bits installation files (my old computer is 32 bits). I downloand that but i am not able to install, i got error.Where can I find  64-bits downloand to install on my new computer?Thank you!

I have a new PC that is fitted with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. Too late I find this is not on the Adobe GPU list. I am using APE15. Is there no way for APE to use this card or do I have to replace this brand new GPU with a new one?

I moved my copy of Premiere Elements 15 to a different computer by uninstalling it from one and installing it on the other. The layout has now changed and I'd like my old layout back but I can't figure out how to get it. On the old computer the workscreen for editing videos had three or four available tracks so I could load up multiple video and audio files without having to place them end to end. This helped me fade from one scene to another. Now I only have a place to put one track. How can I get the other tracks back?

When I was trying to edit it wasn't responding. I even tried restarting my laptop but it still didn't fix it. Can somebody fix this?

Hi!Is it possible to trim a clip to playhead using a keyboard shortcut? I have seen some references to this feature but it might be for Pro only. Not sure if "trim to playhead" is the correct nomenclature so I will try to explain to avoid misunderstandings. I have positioned the playhead some frames into a clip and I would like to trim away these first frames before the playhead. My current procedure is to move the mouse and click on the clip start and then "trim" the start to the playhead.I am using Adobe Premiere 15.Best regards,Henrik

Hello - I primarily use Elements for publishing annual memory videos for our children's birthdays, made up of still image and small video snippets throughout the year. I export at 1280 x 720, 29.97 fps. I just this year updated my computer and version of Adobe Premiere Elements to Elements 2020. In the past, I would often export videos using the Publish tab and the iPad/Apple TV preset, which resulted in a roughly 1/2 hour or so file at a very good quality I was happy with for around anywhere from 600-900 MB. With Premiere Elements 2020, I see my presets are limited a bit more and have found that trying to set similar sized videos to that file size range using the low-high settings in Elements 2020 definitely results in a lower quality than I was used to for the file size in the previoous version. My question is, has anyone found an equivalent setting in Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 to the iPad/Apple TV settings in previous versions? I appreciate any and all he

my premier elements 15 will not load up it just asks me to update to premier elements 2021 but wont load up my 15 version . any idea why  

I know that Premiere Elements is not backwards compatible, but here's my question: Using Premeire Elements 2020, I started a project on an iMac ( High Sierra 10.13.6).  It has been fine.But now, I must finish the project on a Windows laptop, Windows 10, 64 bit, meets the specs.   I installed Premeire Elements 2020---but the file won't open.  It says it isn't compatible....but it's the same version, so I'm confused.     There are no older versions to download from my Adobe account.  

Why will Adobe Premiere Elements 14 NOT accept video MP4 File recorded on moto g9 plus phone. Error Message reads: "The importer repoted a generic error."

I changed the default setting of "scale to frame size" and I have changed it back but the clips are still going into the timeline at the wrong size. I am having to right click every clip and select scale to frame size every time I add something to the timeline. I have tried restoring the default preferences with the Alt key and I have tried restarting the program and those don't help. Bottom Line: When I open the Edit>Preferences dialog box, there is a check mark by Scale to frame size but it just doesn't happen when I add clips to the timeline.

Hi, I have had my Macbook Pro 2019 for about 1.5 months now and I have been starting to mess around with video editing for personal/school use. My Mac seems to get hot very quickly even just working on very short clips when rendering. Is it normal to see the CPU exceed 210°F while rendering a short clip and use over 1,000% CPU power (6-core system)? I am coming from a Macbook Pro 2014, so I don't know a lot about how hyperthreading and video editing works especially with a seconds graphics card. Are there any ways to best optimize Adobe Premiere Pro for the Mac? I am not planning on doing anything intense really, I just want to understand more about what to expect with my new Macbook Pro and why it seems like it takes a lot of power just to do short video editing.

I have version 15, it has always worked well, but it hasn't worked for a few weeks!When I try to start it, it starts spinning and doesn't go any further.I tried to uninstall and install again but the problem remains !!!I would appreciate some suggestions, thanks.

I am new to Elements Organizer and am setting up my folder structure for working with videos. Until now I’ve been using the default Windows “Videos” folder for all of my video files. I would like to create a new folder called “Video Projects” for storing files edited in Premiere Elements. In my testing so far, I’ve created the new “Video Projects” folder placing it at the same level as the “Videos” folder.  When I open PSE Organizer and display the Folder tree, I see five main folders: Pictures, Videos, This PC, Network, Offline Media. In order to access my new folder, I have to dig down several levels into the “This PC” folder. Is it possible to display my new “Video Projects” folder so it is visible at the same level as the five folders that currently auto display when I open Organizer?

I can't use this program because everytime i try adding a video file to edit, it says my computer needs to be able to convert HEVC and HEIF. So i went and made sure they were downloaded and they are. Also deleted my data cache like it asked me to and restarted. still nothing. can anyone help because i'm about to ask for a refund. Plus I'm disappointed I haven't been able to get help from adobe. very frustrating 

I bought a Premiere Elements 15 half a year ago, buying a GoPro Hero camera 6 some of my videos can not be edited, the program does not support h.265 HEVC 😞 Does the new version 2018 already contain this?Thank you

I have used Pinnacle editing software many years.I went to Mac Mini and their software does not work on Mac. So I tried Premier Elements.I feel like it is program designed for first time users only, not a Lite versionof the Pro.I can't even find a way to import a lower third graphic I made to use as an overlay as a name banner.I feel sad I spent money on this program.

Hello. I am Olof fråm Sweden. I have uses for exempel Open shot on my computer and it works fine. But yeasterday I installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and it does not work.1/ When I start the program in the Expert mode, and I put a video-clip ( mp4-format)on the timeline. Than when I start the video on the timeline, the sound it good but the motion picture looks very bad. It is ribbons all over  the display. It looks as if the screen is damaged.My computer has a new I7-processor with 16 gb Ram. I have Windows 10 home version 20HOS version: 19042.1083. What can I do?  ( I tried to install the program on a 8 years old I5, Hp laptop.   The program seems to work there. But I could not upgrade to verson 2021.01 either)(2/ Also I could not upgrade to version 2021.01 which I wrote about in another post(thread)Regards Olof  in Sweden

Hi,  I've recently shot some footage on my GoPro Hero 9 black in both 4k 30fps and 4k 60fps. When I try to import all the footage into Premiere Elements, it only imports the 30fps files and not the 60fps ones. It says "file not supported or missing a codec" Does anyone know how I can import them? Or if not is there a way to export the 30fps footage as 60fps once I've finished? Thanks in advance

I am on iMac with Big Sur and newly installed premier elements 2021.  I have extensive background in video but have chosen to transition to amateur product since I have retired.  I am having many problems.  These are just a few: Playhead doesn't start and stop by depressing the space key or the play/pause key.Playback does not include play of the video even though it is in the timeline.Software freezes during render and will not progressSoftware freezes up and will not progress while simply attempting to add a title to the timeline. I have worked several hours trying to produce a 1-minute video as my first project with this new software and I still can't make it come together.  Formerly, I have produced thousands of hours of video projects using Premiere Pro..  It is more than maddening. Any ideas as to how to proceed?  If you guys had paid phone support, I would pay for help. 

Hello. I have worked with OpenShot and it works fine om my computer. But now I have installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and I got a lof of problems.1/ Could not upgrade to version 2021.1Error messages: UpdateconflictErrorcode 1312/It is difficult to use Premiere Elments because it very  often prompts you to upgrade.But it is not possible to upgrade  What can I do?Regards Olofin Sweden 

 Hello,Running PE21. I can not select hardware acceleration using the GTX 1060 6GB of my system. The option stays greyed out. Tried driver versions: 399.24 - 416.94 - 425.31 - 461.40 - 466.27 - and the latest studio driver from nvidia. The option does not unlock. I have a video that is one hour long. I want to select a part that starts at 15 min, 12 seconds and ends at 24 min and 34 seconds. I then want to export that part so that I have a new video that is 9 min and 22 seconds long.I actually want to do this at various parts of the video so that I have short parts of the original that I can play individually or all together.Can anyone point me to a video or paper that tells me how to do this?Thanks.
