I have the same issue on a PC.  It is a 22 Core top of the line system with striped SSD's and when I do a quick export or even try to render in the editor it does't work.  This is a Windows 10 system with latest MS updates and Graphics drivers.  I knew I shouldn't have gone back to Adobe since I am not a MAC user.  $$$ down the drain.   Title edited by Mod

I installed Adobe Premier Elements 10 from a disc and I only have 1 Title and 1 Theme, can someone tell what is going on 

I have an old version of APE on my computer and want to edit some videos.  Can I work with iPhone 7 videos.  Error indicates Codec is missing.  Can I upload and install?

I clicked on the App on my desktop and was given this message. Tried doing a "compatability run" but to no avial. Bought this is 2015, and last worked on it in April 2020. Called customer support, they sent me here.  HELP!

I though I bought the program ourwright a few years back, but now it is saying I am forced to start a free trial and buy the program at the end of the trial. Anyone have this experience?

I am at a loss for words. I have been working on this project for nearly 6 weeks now and I haven't been able to get proper sleep for the entire time. The rendering time for this project took nearly a week and this was the recent exporting percentage versus the estimated time left til completion. I don't know what to do anymore and it seems like there is no support for Premiere Elements 2018 within the online chat. My job is on the line despite the majority of this being completely outside of my control!      

I am looking for a solution.I shared my screen with Adobe Agent, He tried to fix it for almost an hour but We got nothing. I guess the issue is HEVC files.I provided the ss.https://ibb.co/5G2RVLj Anybody have that issue and fix?  

I have a mixture of 2K and 4K (at 60 F/S) GoPro Hero 7 videos taken this winter. Now that I have time to edit with the Corona Quarantine I am finding I can edit the 2K videos but not the 4K in Premiere Elements. I get the following pop up for 4K: "Your system needs to be configured to import HEVC or HIEF type of media. Click on learn more to know how to enable these formats for import." https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/hevc-decoding-on-windows.html On Clicking it brings me to the Microsoft store to buy a $.99 extension. I know GoPro uses HEVC so I buy that one. The Adobe directions say "Clean the Media Cache by deleting the files present at the location: %appdata%\Adobe\Common" But I cant find that directory after searching "%appdata%" for all drives.I've got all the Hardware for 4K, the monitor, the i7 and Nvidia card... editing should be the easy part. Not even GoPro has the software for desktop 4K editing, I was hoping Adobe could solve the problem

Adobe Team & Community, I'm having challenges uploading MOV files to Elements 2019 using Windows 10 on my Dell computer.  I've researched this and discovered two options - adding codec or converting Mov files to Mp4 with a converter. I found a paid conversion program but is that the harder/more difficult path? Can someone please advise how and which codec to add so the MOV files will work without an Mp4 conversion?   I am decently tech savy but appreciate a cliff note/adobe for dummies reply here as all I've read on other post hasn't helped me figure this out yet. Thank you!

In premiere elements, how do I get rid of the standard Font Style list. It looks like it comes from the Seventies and I just want a small list. Every time I delete them, they just come back!!!! 

How do I set default settings to delete empty tracks? (So I don't have to delete empty tracks every time to make it more customizable with less work?) Thanks

Sorry for posting about an old version, but: Did Adobe remove a bunch of effects from Premiere Elements at some point? This version has very few worthwhile effects and no blue/green screen capability as previous versions did. Thanks.

I just used the trial version of elements 2018. I made a video. Now I just bought the actual program. Will my video still be there when I use the actual full program? I dont wanna loose it. Idk if using the link to install elements will over write? Thanks peeps

I presently (COVID19-days) have the job of creating DVDs of my Church Online Service for our vulnerable and isolated (and offline) members.  As part of this I need a simple DVD menu with my own fullscreen image as background and a couple of simple buttons but I can find no way to achieve this.  The pre-supplied templates are universally inappropriate and useless for this task overlaying my image with fish, cartoon biffs or weird flowers.  The nearest is the terminally dull 'General/Faux Widescreen' and that mucks up your image. So the question is how do I produce my own template or find a simple one?  I'm astonished that there isn't an 'Empty' menu that just needs a fullscreen image and adds basic rectangular buttons for this purpose.  Did I miss something?

I am upgrading my DJI Mavic Pro Drone to a DJI Mavic 2 and it saves in H.265 10 bit files. Will I be able to import them into my Windows 10 Premiere elements 2020?

With the Autoanalyzer tool from Premiere Elements 2020 a video can be cut up into multiple scenes. How can I automatically export these as video clips to the Organizer and apply smart tags to them?

This is now the second time this has happened.  The program (not my computer) freezes up and no matter how long I wait or what I do nothing frees it up.  after exiting the program and trying to reload the video it says unknown error.  I just lost one that I spent hours on and had a deadline that I will not meet now since im starting over from the begining.  Customer service is useless and refuses to help.  how can I recover my video?  

I have some Zoom recordings -- MP4 -- that are about 850mb. When I use Premier Elements to edit, even after removing some sections, the size jumps to 3.5GB. Why? Even when I take the quality down, it is 1.5 gb.It made posting the videos impossible on YouTube unless I broke down the individual sessions into smaller groups.

Is there a way to delete clips without causing the other clips to move to close the gap? When I just use "delete", all the clips will move to close the gap. I don't want that. I want to keep the gap. So, when I use "shift+delete", I am able to delete a clip without closing gaps. This is good! However, if I go to the keyboard customization settings I see that "delete and close gap" is done by "shift+delete", while when I press "shift+delete" it does not close the gaps. How is this possible? I am a bit confused by these shortcuts and therefore not able to change them the way I want.  I would really like to just press "delete" (and not "shift+delete") to remove clips wihout closing gaps, so without the other clips to move. Could you please help me to set the keyboard setting right? Thank you very much in advance! Ps. Before I purchase this camcorder, I want to know if Premiere Elements will recognize and read it. I believe the video information is stored on a card, so I'll need  a card reader. I checked the list of compatible camcorders on the Adobe site, and although they listed a couple Canon Vixia camcorders, they did not list this one I think this camera records mpeg. I welcome your input asap!  Thanks! Scott
