Hello dear community i need your helpII activated adobe premiere elements 2021 video editor today.My workspace is unrecognizable by horizontal green stripes. How can the error be fixed?

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 18.0 (20201207.daily.2234367) with Windows 10 64-bit operating system When I try to add MP4s shot on a GoPro 7 to a project I get the message "Unable to import media. Your system needs to be configured to import HEVC or HEIF type of media. Click on ‘Learn more' to know how to enable these formats for import." But I have ensured both the HEVC and HEIF apps are installed. I also deleted all the files from my C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\common\Media Cache Files folder I also updated my graphics device driver I then rebooted my PC and tried to load the MP4 files as media to a Premiere Elements project but I still get the same "Unable to inport media" eror. Previously I had this problem with MOV files shot on an iPhone. I had to convert the files with HandBrake in order to get them them into Preiere Elements. But I have never had a problem with MP4 videos shot on GoPro camera. There are over 30 of them so I don't

I have just moved to a new macbook air and when I install elements 2019 I get the following message when opening organizer:  “Adobe Elements 2019 Organizer” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

Hello - I'm using premiere elements 2023 - windows 10.Artistic fx is not showing in the drop down menu or panel for me.Are they available in this version? or am I doing something daft?Cheers!Steve.

I have premiere elements 2020 and when I add a text (example Typography07 ), I disable background, add text, and BOOM. Looks great! However, I have to add lots of text so I copy and paste this in my timeline, but the two are LINKED??? Why? Is there a way I can copy and paste these and just change the text on one without it affecting the other?  What is happening:Insert typography07, edit background, edit text. Done.Copy typography07, edit text, now original text block has also been changed. To confirm, I changed the name of the text block to "typography111" then the other "copied" one also has its name changed to "typography111". It would be really annoying if I have to manually add and edit all the settings for each text block instead of being able to copy one that I've done and just change the text. 

I tried the trial version using a bunch of MP4 clips but now those same clips have a trial stamp across them when I open them in the purchsed version. They don't have the stamp if I just play the clip in Windows. How can I remove the stamp? Thanks   Posted in the wrong forum... moved to Premiere Elements... Moderator

Hello, I apologise if this is obvious, but I cannot seem to find information on whether Photoshop Elements 2023 & Premiere Elements 2023 are for personal use only or can be used for business use.Can someone please advise? I need some basic video and photo editing software, which Elements fits the need. It would be used for material such as training , marketing, social media, recruitment etc.. Thanks for any advice Phil

Attempting to export a 1 minute audio clip from a 22 minute file in Adobe Premier 2022. Instead of just exporting the 1 mnute enebled clip, it exports the entire file including disabled sections. Spent 30 minutes with online support. They confirmed that there is no way to export only a clip. And suggested I purchase a different Adobe product. I am shocked that Adobe does not inlcude this basic feature in Adobe Premier 2022.

On my music videos, I often include a line or two of lyrics every 10 seconds or so. I first choose all my font characteristics so that they can show up against the video. However, when I get to the next part, it seems like I have to go thru the same thing of  choosing font type, size, and color. Is there a way to save my font fav's or preferences.Thanks.LNovik

I am looking to open an Adobe Premiere Pro file (.prproj) in Adobe Premiere Elements, is that possible? I want to edit a video a collegue created in Adobe Premiere Pro on my laptop, using Adobe Premiere Elements, but I cannot get the file to open.

I took dashcam footage while on holiday and downloaded each days video (3 min clips) onto my laptop. I'm trying to load them into elements a few at a time in order to piece together a complete video record of the holiday.When loading the media files into PE 2018 from the first days capture it only loads audio but every clip from all other days is ok when loading, It loads both Audio and Video.I keep reading about the codec (whatever they are) must be wrong and to download a program to convert the files but surely video captured from the same device should not show an issue like this.Also I have used the dashcam footage in the past with no issues at all. Please be aware that although I'm not quite a technophobe, I am not quite comfortable with "programming" issues either.

I say this every year, is there any reason to upgrade to PE 2023?Version 2022 is OK, it is slow and does freeze up sometime.I'm using a PC with a Threadripper and see many MAC upgrades.(like the Apple M1 chip) Someone help me decide please 🙂 

I already had adobe open shpowing other documents, gone to download another one and it says safari can't open file as no available application can open it???

1. Shot video in 4k.2. Edited clips, using motion for close ups.3. Exported for YouTube, etc.BUT, now I want to take the same project and convert it to square size. When I select a clip and click on Project Settings>General, frame size dimensions are grayed out. Can this be done? I don't want to have to import the prior exported video because then I won't have the clip cuts. Help?

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2022. I shot a timelapse video on my iPad of my digital meat thermometer that I was using to measure my oven temperature to see how well the oven maintained temperature. The iPad took a picture every 30 seconds. My end goal is to make an Excel spreadsheet with times in Column A and temperatures in column B and then make a chart to graphically show the temperature of the oven over time. I noticed that sometimes the temperature did not change for two or more captures but it would be hard to know exactly how many without quantifying the time between captures in the video so I opened the video with Premiere Elements 2022 and used Timestretch to slow it down so the captures occurred about every 2 or 3 seconds. Every time I see the reading change on the temperature probe display I stop the playback and use the "Insert Edit Point" tool on the timeline (see red box on screenshot) to insert an Edit Point. I do this because sometimes the temperature does not ch

My firewire card is working and my Windows 11 desktop computer can see my camera but nothing happens in the caprure window of P.E. 2023. It will not see a Panasonic NV-DS38 DV camera either. Is Premier Eleements 2023 capable of capturing these format. I purchased it because I thought it did. What am I doing wrong. Both are

Cannot import simple videos. It took one and added to Media but the rest )identical formats) receives the following message about HVEC and HVEF etc...seems that perhaps the Adobe and Windows is a low level compared to other programs and IOS?

When using Add Media to load groups of sequenced numbered photos the sequence is scrambled in Project Assets. I have tried importing groups of photos directly to the time line.  The photos do show on the time line, but some of them do not show in Project Assets.  I have approxamitly 300 photos for use in making this movie and I have more movies of similar structure to make.  The sequence of the photos in the movies is critical.  Having to import each photo individually is not practical.
